hello everyone I hope you guys are doing well thank you for looking at this video today we're gonna go over the last section of a job application so you're at the end you made it good job hang in there today we're gonna go over the part where you have to sign okay some applications will ask for additional they have another section where they asked additional questions like Yogurtland has one so yoga and yoga plan has the section where it says what are your thoughts okay so if it has an extra sections where it asks you additional questions make sure you answer those questions with this extremely important you don't want to leave that section blank and then just go straight to the signing and then think that you're done whatever you leave out they're gonna assume that you're just too lazy to do it or that you didn't understand so make sure you do it so I'm gonna go ahead and do that section first before I go over to the signing part okay so yogurt man says it has two questions the first one says what would you like to contribute to the Yogurtland culture so contributions offer what can you offer to the Yogurtland culture so before you answer this question what you want to do is you want to go on to their website whatever company you're applying for learn about them it's so important I set this before when you're filling out job applications or when you go to a job interview you want to make sure that you learn everything you can about that company so what I know about Yogurtland is that they provide yogurt right people come in they get to choose what flavor they want what topping they want and then they get to sit in there and dine in or they can take it home but it's a it's for family it's for kids so that's what I know about Yogurtland so I want to say that I want to say something that aligns with what yo Gerland does and their values and their visions I know that yogurt provides customer service they want customers to come in they want customers to feel like the customer is important and how can i off what do I have that aligns with that well I am outgoing so I can say that I'm outgoing I'm friendly and because I'm outgoing and friendly I will be able to provide good customer service to their customers okay when you answer questions make sure that you answer in complete sentences don't say I'm friendly or friendly or outgoing and then that's it make sure that you answer in a complete sentence noise so it's always good to news paraphrase or question into your answer for example I would say I would like to contribute to the Yogurtland culture my outgoing friendly personality and then I go on to explain that because I'm not going and friendly I will be able to provide good customer service and therefore that will make customers want to return because they feel important okay and then the second question that says do you have any suggestions for possible yogurt flavors or toppings you don't want to say no you want to you you want to say something right you and then you want to expand on your answers if possible so I said here that I would like to see I would like to suggest I coconut bananas or chocolate chips flavors it could be something crazy like that and you don't want to if you answer this question you don't want to say something like vanilla because you know that you're at learn hats but know that so you want to do some research again that's where the research is so important right okay and if I haven't said this enough I'm going to say it again make sure that you do your research and make sure when you answer these questions you answer that in complete sentences okay all right now let's go on to the sections where you're gonna have to sign I'm going to show you he's had applications really quick if you look at Pizza had application you know that they're not you you see that they're not looking for those additional questions they just asked you to sign and their statement is a lot shorter well not shorter I think the font is just smaller it's a little bit different it's worth differently right but essentially what they're asking for in the signature section is that you agree right you certify certifies one of our bulk app board and certify means that you confirm in writing but everything you had stated in your application is true that you didn't make up anything that you didn't lie about anything and authorize authorizes you give them permissions to share some of your information right for purposes of doing background check or just to get more information from your previous employer and also acknowledge acknowledge means you understand that they have the right to fire you terminate that's our word fire you terminate if they find out that you fly or your applications or that you do not meet the expectations that you say you're able to do okay and then once you read those fine print make sure that you do read them before you sign you would sign your signatures your signature I we've practiced this in class but I want to make sure that you understand it's not printing so it's not like doing this okay it's not writing Shelly when it's not printing signature is your new sign right your cursive writing if your onus unique to you it's not printing so practice if you don't have a signature practice so you sign and put the date make sure you put the month day and here okay
