to show you all of that so let's get started so the program that i'm using is called y stamp you're going to want to go to ystamp.com there is a free version of this technology as well as an upgraded and i'm going to show you the difference between the two and what you get if you decide to upgrade to the paid version also there's an option for individuals and an option for teams i'm not going to go through the team tutorial today because that's a little bit of a different process but if you are someone who has a team of people and you want to create consistent email signatures for your entire team this is a spectacular feature i have a couple different clients that i helped them with this process and it's super user friendly it's not very expensive at all and it's a great way to make all of the email signatures on your team look congruent right but for this case let me just show you real quick uh what this looks like and then again just for pricing just so you know what you're up to there's basically a free version and one paid upgrade version and if you want to do the upgrade it's literally 5.80 a month very very cheap so even the paid version is not very expensive just so you know that right out front all right let's start with the free version so i can show you what this looks like and then we'll go from there so if you click on individual it's gonna take you right into this piece where you're just gonna start updating all of your own information so i'm going to fill this in just so you can see what this looks like so i got the basic contact info fit and you can do as much as you want to put in here you can even add things like your address if you want to add a custom title you can do anything like if i wanted to add fax for example i could add a fax number in here if i wanted to um if you wanted to add anything else that's relevant to your business that you want to have in your signature you can add custom things in there if you want to once you do that you're going to want to add a photo so i've got my photo added in and you're going to notice since we're on this free plan it's giving you a view of what that signature is going to look like and it's going to say down here right below create your own email signature that will be an advertisement at the bottom of your signature if you choose to stay on the free plan if you want to remove that that branding and have that be gone you're gonna have to upgrade to the plan i certainly do upgrade to the plan because i want this to look clean and professional just like mine but just fyi if you decide to be in the free plan you are going to see that create your own email signature thing which will be a link to the y stamp website at the bottom of your signature if you're rolling with free all right so we got your contact information which you're going to do the same process whether you do the free or the paid plan so it's good to just go and get this all filled out you want to get a photo in here and obviously this looks super basic right now but i'm going to show you how to dress this up here in just a second you're going to want to go into social once you get all your details filled out you're going to go into the social element and this is where you can go and you can add any social network that you want to include in here right so if you don't like these general social icons you do got some other options in here that you can use if you want to upload your own custom icon you will have to be on that pro plan and i'll show you what that's going to look like here in just a second all right but i can do facebook let me put a couple of these in here all right so i got my social icons in here let's say i don't want to do twitter i can ditch twitter i can ditch pinterest and i can even move these around like if i want youtube to be first i can put youtube in first and all of those will now be clickable which is cool now to dress this up and make this look a little bit more custom we can click on templates once we click on templates you're going to see in here there's some free versions and then there's the pro versions right so once you upgrade to pro you're going to have a lot more options for how you want to lay out your signature but there's a lot of different ways that you can set this up a lot of different templates and styles you can put your picture in the middle if you wanted to i mean there's a lot of really cool ways that you can set this thing up so choose whichever one that you want to use once you get your template set up you're going to click on design and once you go into design you're going to see color font logo all that stuff is pro features which you're going to have so i'll wait to show those to you here in just a second and then lastly you can do apps so some of these apps you can still use even if you're on the free version so like if you want to do a style sign-off for example you can choose to have your name animated and you can leave it just as a signature like that or you can actually animate it so when you send your email it'll actually animate it like that which is kind of cool you can change the size of it if you want to be a little bit smaller but that is a free feature that you can add if you want to add that in um you can add yourself a quote like if you want to put a quote down here at the bottom you can choose to do your own quotes or you can do motivational quotes and it will refresh your signature with a new quote every 12 hours which is pretty cool so if i want to say do a motivational and then i want to add that'll automatically put a quote down there at the bottom of my signature every single time my emails go out which is pretty cool you can add social buttons if you want to add things like find me on facebook or follow me on instagram you can do a disclaimer if you need to have that type of thing you can do a banner where you can actually upload your own image so if you have a promotion or something that you want to highlight from your website you can add add those in there and then you got some options to do some customizations if you want to do something custom the other thing you do is you can add things like green footers you can do a video in there if you want to have a video that you want people to watch all those things are really cool and you can also do some sales stuff too so if i want to do a sales event for example i could do something like this i could do new emails now coming out daily or i can do follow my youtube channel which mine actually has follow my youtube channel on it you could have a sale if you want to run some kind of a promotion and all those features are really really easy just type the name of whatever it is you want to put up there the link and that'll be a clickable link that people can hit right there to go to whatever it is you're trying to highlight so a lot of really cool features that you can add into this and all of those are available through the free version all right so once you get that thing looking the way you want it to look and you're all set you're going to click on ok i am done and that's when you're going to create your account and sign up and it'll automatically link it to link it to gmail and refresh it all right so that's how you work with the free account now let me show you what this looks like once you're on the paid version all right so i'm logged now into my paid version and you can see i've got all my details loaded in here i've got my social links set up so one of the things that i did is i wanted to do some custom links that looked a little bit more my style so literally guys all i did is i just went to my my stock photo site and i just found some social images that i like the look of and i use those to upload my own custom images so once you do that you can upload your own icon i just go and just pull those files from my computer you can see that i've added my own icons and i can put those in here with my link so i've got youtube facebook instagram linkedin as well as the link to my amazon shop channel where people can check out my products so i've got all four of those custom icons and they are a little more styled to my branding i've got one of my quotes in here and then i got the feature at the bottom which highlights uh subscribe to my channel which is kind of cool and i'll show that again to you here in just a second but so when i go to templates i'm actually still using the free one the classic because i just like the way this one's laid out so i'm not actually using a pro feature but again once you unlock pro you've got all different options for how you want to lay out your signature so a lot of different things that you can do there what i love about the pro version is that you can change all these different styles so i can change the font to whatever i want that to look like i can change the style i can choose red and change the coloring you know to match my line work so that's red the photo if i wanted to make that round i could make that thing round i've got these rounded corners a little bit and then you can also depending on how your signature lays out you can increase the size of the image to kind of fit and line up with everything which is kind of nice and then depending on what social icons you use if you find some icons that are that are square but you actually want them to appear circular you can change the circular you can also change the size of those icons if you want those to be a little bit smaller that's totally up to you and then depending on what kind of icons you choose you can also click on this and it'll do a cert it'll do an outline of those icons to match your color scheme if you decide to roll that way as well but being that i uploaded my own custom icons that doesn't do that for me that's right so that's real simple from that regard and then again i can go on apps i don't have the animated thing on there just because i don't personally like it but i do have a quote in here which i can edit so i can come in here and just add my own quote and choose to have that set or you can set these to rotate if you want those to rotate and i'm going to save that and then if i go into my sales event basically all i did is i just chose this little banner i talked about follow my live content on youtube subscribe to my channel becomes clickable then and then i got a link so if anybody hits that it sends them to my youtube channel so very very simple and then once you get this thing all done and you uh you have everything looking the way you want it to look you simply click update signature and then it's going to take you here and what i'm going to do is if i click on refresh gmail that is going to refresh my gmail account and it automatically updates my signature for me so now if i click on compose it'll automatically pop that signature right in there for me and it's ready to go every single time which i love when you go into gmail you'll notice this little y stamp plugin up here if for some reason you get logged out of y stamp this thing will actually say log back into y stamp and if you ever need to edit your signature you can just click right there edit signature and it'll take you right back to this signature page where you can make your edits if you want to alright also you can see that you got mac mail desktop web iphone yahoo all these all these different places like if i wanted to update my outlook account this tells you exactly how to do it if i want to do mac mail tells you exactly how to do it so this can be used on a variety of different platforms not just gmail and that'll tell you exactly where and how to get that plugged in if you want to get that plugged in all right so once you get that done that is literally it guys it is absolutely very much that simple you can do a lot of different things with this again there's a lot of different features in here for
