and our final tool is the signature tool so I'm just going to click to open that up and you'll see that we get a few different choices for elements that we can drag on to the page but before any of those up here we have the Sinese option and when we toggle that down while we're working on a template we're only going to see two different options default contact and proposal lead and default contact is going to be the person that you are sending the proposal to and proposal lead is going to be the person who creates the proposal so when we drag these on to the page to create signature blocks next time we create a proposal with this template it will automatically feel the person we're sending it to as the signee for default contact and the person who's creating it as the signee for proposal lead so we can actually just place those there and we are done and ready to receive signatures from those people however I'm gonna go ahead and generate a proposal from this template just by coming up here and clicking generate proposal and now we've created a proposal from that template and if we come down to the signature box here you'll see that it has indeed Auto filled the Sinese as john doe and myself but the thing is now that we're putting together a real proposal to a real company we know that we don't just want john doe design we want his colleague Mary Sue to sign as well so we can come over to the signature tool and now under Sinese you'll see that we have a few more choices so I'll choose Mary Jane and then I'll click and drag her signature box onto the page so that's how you can get signatures for multiple people in a single company and if I make a mistake and I would like to actually change john doe's signature to another one for Mary I can just click on it and change the need signing by field to Mary Jane our other options in the signature tool are initials if you want someone to just have to initial a page and an input form and these are a little different in you can use these to capture more than just signatures you can use these to capture any sort of data accept credit card information so we've placed this import Forum here on the page and then we're going to come over here to the properties panel and we do want the default contact to be signing it because we want our client to give us some information here and then we're just going to type in a question and you'll see that that question will show up in the field to prompt your client and then we're going to check mark as mandatory to make sure that they have to fill this out for the proposal to be accepted and then if we would like under multiple line text we could also check that and that would give us the ability to create an import form where they could type in as much text as they wanted and then when you create a proposal from this template and send it off to your client and they log in to look at the proposal and decide to sign it proposal Phi will automatically walk them through all of the different signature tool blocks that you've placed down to make sure that everything gets squared away so it will take them to every signature block every initial block and make sure that they fill out all of the input forms that you've marked as mandatory you
