hello and welcome to the second series of videos this one is related to the financial aid applications for Teton Valley Ranch camp to access our financial aid application you can navigate to our website WWE are camped org and come over to the menu and the far right under the menu select financial aid section little open up a page describes some details of our needs based financial aid program the deadline to apply is January 15th of each year and we'll review those applications after that point you can read through see what documents are required to apply and then select the financial aid application link this will open up the actual application you can see details about our financial aid program here as well as links back to the camper application we require that all financial aid applicants have already applied and submitted that application to Teton Valley Ranch camp as well as submit a $250 deposit by a check down below you'll see details about each of the supporting documents that must be submitted along with your application including a parent letter previous two years federal tax returns essay from the camper three letters of recommendation from non family members and you can submit all those materials to us via mail to the address listed below or via scanned PDF documents to me my email address you'll begin the application completing details regarding the name of your child their date of birth and details about their school year and grade what adventure group you'd like them to apply for how many years they've attended camp and if they've received financial aid in previous years as well you'll complete basic information on the parent and guardians your address phone number and email address we also ask for contact information from one teacher as some experienced and could serve as a reference for your child's financial aid application we'd like you to enter into academic here the subject they taught their phone number and email contact information as well please also enter any other locations where you're seeking financial assistance as well or not applicable if that's the case and then enter in your signature and date and you can advance to the next part of the application which is our financial aid worksheet this section is designed to gather required information related to your household as well as what you're able to contribute toward the tuition if there are multiple households involved we ask that this application be completed to reflect those details so select the applicable box there enter in the amount that you can afford for camp tuition including the $250 deposit how much aid you're requesting and then follow up with details related to your own families income savings money you're getting from friends or relatives from student earning student savings or any other sources below below we asked you enter in details on your annual income this is gross wages reported for tax purposes on the section below any total liabilities loans things like that mortgages on an annual basis net annual expenses can be entered below as well and household income less expenses can be entered there and then your signature and date of the application and then you can click Submit we'll be in touch with you regarding those details thanks
