hi guys this is rusty 780 609 Central Texas USA and exactly 9:25 ATM sets in standard time 71 top-down degrees kind of overcast day but that's not what I'm going to talk about one we'll talk about today I'm on highway 281 a picnic advise groceries and I just learned to touch on the fact that as you know I've got a 2013 jayco jay flight 26 b8 or sale and if anyone's interested in it they can go but what I want to touch on now that I've talked selling stuff is this whatever you could may sell something whether to use car or used RV or some of that's tied into particularly [Music] you can develop you can go do a google search for a bale of our bill of sale RV bill of sale automobile bill of sale and you can generate or print out a bill of sale and what's a bill of sale just basically stipulates what the buyer and seller have agreed to the terms of the agreement is it a binding agreement well you know it could be it could be but that's not what I use it what I use it for is just to be sure that you have a buyer that is instant really instead of not just phony-baloney it's been buying you're out of your vehicle you can also put in there how the money is going to be transferred you know the wire transfer cashier's check or whatever you're going to do and when it's going to be done and if you have a lien against your vehicle or RV then you can also stipulate that you know once they once I received the wire transfer you know I'll pay off the lien to whatever and then provides you with a signed title and then say seven business days and that's satisfactory in most cases and and then you get by putting up other irregular you if they come back with you they want to add something or believe it yeah you can add all those terms for believable you'll just make a note of them and then you know pry them out and then keep two copies one for you one for them but do you know mine my bismillah cell is very simple and you might know that is up at the top and big print I put our the bill of sale and then underneath that of course I've got the date of sale here's something else for you people who want to know the price of gasoline in Central Texas USA it's two eleven point nine for regular unleaded and now back to the bill of sale you put on there the RV bill of sale underneath that date of sale you write in to date that you agreed to these quote terms and then you can sellers bank within three days of date of sale settle agrees to pay off loan at lender and provide buyer with sian title within seven days of receipt of wire or funds at sellers bank and then right underneath that I have a print the buyers name and then the buyers signature and the buyers phone number and if you want to you can also add the buyers address and then you do the same thing to yourself if you're the seller you just put in your printed name and then your signature and then your phone number and address if that's what you want to do but that's basically all you need and a bill of sale and what does that do well the only real thing it does since the money has not exchanged hands at that point and the only thing you really have there is just a formal agreement ok that's basically it now could you take that into the court house if if this person reneged or did something that wasn't correct according to the bill of sale you Mike okay you might I you know it depends on the price of the product that you're selling in my case you know to go to small claims court and get an attorney or not get an attorney or you know probably be too much money to fool with okay but it does in my opinion about a bill of sale does do this if you have one ready and all you've got to do is just write in the date the sales price put in some names it does do this it puts it puts the buyer in the position of making that decision formal all right in other words it's no more BS we're doing this okay this is real this is no more a joke you know it's not this deal where well we're going to go talk it over and come back then you never hear from them again so anyway so if you're buying or selling a car RV or whatever anything that's titled my opinion is you know get you a bill of sale and I know I'll get some comments from people saying what you need to add this and this and this you have it's notarized etc etc well you know you can do a lot of things and you know you can also drive the buyer off or the whatever and if you're the buyer you could drive a seller off so but again it's up to you I try to keep it fairly simple but my whole reason for doing the bill of sale and this is just for me you other people to do other things I just want them to commit I mean I just wanted to know that hey now we have a formal agreement and you've signed it I've signed it we've dated it you know we got a document here okay and and then you get the wire transfer and do what you say and everything's right and then that way see that protects them - if it texts a buyer because if you delay for some reason I'm providing them with a title you know then they they might have a way to see they might you know they they probably have a little protection there because they can take that bill of sale to somebody and drag your little butt right into the courthouse and which would be great you know be fine with me I could drag me in there up I'll give you the title but be that as it relieves stress lowers your blood pressure and that is very good for you and you can do that when you're in traffic jams it does help relieve stress so do it stretch walk keep your health eat good
