a you think you think you need a perfect contract you think you did the perfect agreement to get really to get started with your agency but really you don't um this right here is lured audited right I've had my my lawyers audited this contract I've had other of my clients lawyers their lawyers saw the contract said it looks good and I've uses multiple multiple multiple times I've every time I close deals so how it goes is after I've closed him on the deal over the phone they greeted everything what I usually do is I send the client my clients are there the invoice along with a contract and basically all I do is say I said as I say okay looking forward to working with you now I'm gonna go ahead and send you a contract don't say contract say agreement right so that's where I actually change it so agreement mmm the reason why you don't want to say contracts because like it kind of scares them but agreement contract it doesn't really matter but it's better to say agreement so I just send them to an agreement and then I send them an invoice along with it and then they just handle it and then it's pretty much done and after that I just on board them so here's the agreement like I said simple I'm gonna go over it real quick though yellow ones are the ones that you actually change so you're a logo agency nama for example my agency name is blocked me the agency three months service agreement so basically whatever however months you decided with your clients you change it to this so maybe you did a one-month service agreement or maybe you did a two-month service agreement three months three months is usually my average my usually minimum time that I stick with a client so three months now for the timing usually we are able to begin within a week of your approval and we will schedule a kickoff meeting right here but blah our relationship is month-to-month or you could change this whoever however you want we're never hitting many of those X's within the first 90 days right so I said three months is my minimum so three months is equal to 90 days it could be 60 days for you as well so just change that joint accountabilities you will be in charge of providing access to your current online platforms and content including logins so that means that they're gonna provide you with their logins if they need be if it needs be um that would aid for the project this would include providing photos graphics for the ad copy for the ad creative along with your cooperation for consecration we are a digital marketing and lead generation agency now that's for me right we are I am a deep digital marketing and lead generation agency I don't really do social media management anymore you can also put aa we are also a social media management agency boom that's it all right depends really what type of agency you're running if it's running lead generation so really I recommend this if you're just starting out right and that's what you're probably here for it because you need a contract cuz you're just starting out terms and condition blah blah blah blah blah blah this contract will remain valid for however long you set the deal for so mine three months yours could be one month yours could be sixty days depends termination the client may terminate the contract with a written agreement seven days prior to the third month so what I usually do with them is that if seven day notice via email or message then it will be renewed for one more month after it will be terminated after that okay so they have to let me know seven days before you know the start of the month otherwise it just renewed itself again so I get them for another month and it depends for you as well right service is surprising payment is due upon acceptance of this proposal recurring every 30 days for three months so every single for every 30 days I will get a new payment in the invoice every single month every single 30 days for the next three months right so three month contract could be different for yours like I said the yellow ones the yellow highlights like I said are the ones you change the price for our services or your service below is a total of X amount of dollars every 30 days or whatever it is for you now here's for the service right it really depends what you offer them it really depends what service what services you guys agreed upon so I like to stack my service so that's it bagram it Bob has been uploaded click Next for the name so this is my email my name add recipient so years ago you'll you are gonna be the first recipients to your name your business email
