it to you for free okay it's honestly this is one of the things that really holds a lot of people back is is they did it that they think holds a lot of people back is that fact that you think you need a you think you think you need a perfect contract you think you did the perfect agreement to get really to get started with your agency but really you don't um this right here is lured audited right I've had my my lawyers audited this contract I've had other of my clients lawyers their lawyers saw the contract said it looks good and I've uses multiple multiple multiple times I've every time I close deals so how it goes is after I've closed him on the deal over the phone they greeted everything what I usually do is I send the client my clients are there the invoice along with a contract and basically all I do is say I said as I say okay looking forward to working with you now I'm gonna go ahead and send you a contract don't say contract say agreement right so that's where I actually change it so agreement mmm the reason why you don't want to say contracts because like it kind of scares them but agreement contract it doesn't really matter but it's better to say agreement so I just send them to an agreement and then I send them an invoice along with it and then they just handle it and then it's pretty much done and after that I just on board them so here's the agreement like I month otherwise it just renewed itself again so I get them for another month and it depends for you as well right service is surprising payment is due upon acceptance of this proposal recurring every 30 days for three months so every single for every 30 days I will get a new payment in the invoice every single month every single 30 days for the next three months right so three month contract could be different for yours like I said the yellow ones the yellow highlights like I said are the ones you change the price for our services or your service below is a total of X amount of dollars every 30 that's it bagram it Bob has been uploaded click Next for the name so this is my email my name add recipient so years ago you'll you are gonna be the first recipients to your name your business email case it's just you and Bob that's signing it because Bobby is the owner of the business so click Next and then at that point you scroll down here write all the way to the bottom where a service agreement and that's pretty much done right once that's done it's done and you can access it to DocuSign or whatever it is so now like I said it's waiting for Bob to sign it so whatever email I sent it to Bob is just gonna sign that and that's it right that's your contract it's sign is in the database I'll have to do is go ahead and click manage it's there I don't want to show you guys my my agreements with my other clients but pretty much it's all there all right with that said like you don't you really don't need to get a membership for this so with that said you could use hello sign or
