to get started filling out forms and waivers and participation requirements for camp you'll receive an email that looks similar to this front player space which will have a parent center button to visit your parent Center to start completing your participation requirements when I click that button I'll automatically be taken into my account where I can start filling out emergency contacts waivers and health history I'll be defaulted to the emergency contacts section where I can see any contacts that have been previously entered for any of my child children to edit any of the information I simply click on the emergency contact and now I can edit Michelle Smith's information her phone number address email and select the relationship to any of the children that I have in my account and whether she is authorized to pick up or not and simply click update emergency contacts if I need to add a contact that is not currently on this list click the add new content button and enter in their basic information to get started on waivers click the waivers tile and now I can see the three children that I have in my account Susie Billy and Tommy I can see that Susie and Billy still have outstanding items with this red exclamation point right here so I can click on Susie and start filling out the waiver is that Susie needs for camp in this case I want to fill out her medical release I click here fill out and post and then here is the waiver to fill out for Susie apply your signature click dot and it will apply the signature that you create the first time that you click on a waiver and fill in any of the custom fields on the waiver for health history I click on the green health history tile I'll be asked to enter a code for the first time to create a security code for HIPAA compliance any other time you access the health history you'll be asked to reenter that code if you forgot there's always a forgot your security code link right here that will email you a link to reset that so I enter that code click enter code and now I can click on Susi to complete her health history and apply my signature and hit submit and I'm done with my participation requirements
