this they could start they could start there you go all right cool yo dan you guys are young bro yeah 20 years old yes sir and you've been doing this for three years yep since 17 yes sir what got you started in this uh i saw my brother my brother uh he said you know what man i'm tired of people telling me what to do and uh he started his own business he he sold his car and everything he got out of his car he put it into the business the car detailing business yes sir uh-huh and uh from there he started he started off really good and so i started following i quit my job as well and i started following him dang what were you working at i was a subway yeah and you're like i'm tired making sandwiches i got really tired of making sandwiches a year later uh he told me hey man all right it's time for you to start up your business damn so he wanted you to do your own thing he said he wanted me to do my own thing so i i was very hesitant about it i was i was saying yeah i want to but at the same time i don't like i don't know if i'm ready for it i don't know if i'm gonna be able to do it but i stepped up my game and uh was it scary making that jump into being your own boss doing it myself it was scary man i was i was afraid of uh getting rejected um customers saying oh no we don't we don't want you back things like that i was afraid of that but uh once i started uh on my own yeah i got so much love so much feedback from all customers the year after that i started with mobile wash i hit up mobile watch and i said hey guys can i uh get an opportunity with you guys they said yeah we'll go ahead and give you an opportunity they went through my background check they did everything they needed to do uh two days later i was up and running of course you might be asking but really is i hate my job or reyes i want to start making more side income but reyes what's the best way to start if i don't have any experience and we're about to give you the answer that applies to any business you want to start so let me ask you a question let's say somebody wanted to get into car detailing but they have no experience what advice would you give them i would honestly tell them number one start off with your car and family and friends it sounds funny but those are the people that you can trust and they'll start telling you how your work is because you do you want to practice before you just jump in once you start doing that you're gonna see honestly if this is the job for you or it's not i would recommend anybody starting off you don't need to get yourself you know top of the line gear get yourself some good equipment you can find a lot of stuff on offer up and five mile once you're comfortable then you realize when you're at that level where you want to move up and get yourself better gear better equipment better there you go there's some 399 knowledge for anybody that wants to get started start with friends and family then if you feel this is something for you invest a little bit more and then once you're ready to go legit you better hit up the homies at mobile wash man because they're gonna hook you up with customers hi eric that's right we'll take care of anything for them because if they find them in the supermarket they say hey you're with them yeah well i would like that all they need to do is download the app and guess who's going to service them the detailers are already there one thing i'm starting to notice is that you guys are not just a platform to get customers you also help the detailers absolutely more than anything we want to make sure that our detailers are very comfortable with the products that they use that they know what they're using if any issues occur they know how to respond they know what chemicals they use we don't want somebody to use something that they've never used before because that's a problem not just for them but for the company as well and if they have any questions all they could do is well send you an email call you text you they can give me a call they can text me they can call the office i mean we're there for our detailers we want to be able to help them 150 percent [Music] okay m 18 last month i made 18.99 but the thing was that you mentioned you have some stuff going on at home yeah you know but that's the of mobile flexibility yeah you can do it whenever you want um they're not on you on like you know you have to be on it you have to be on it you know it's like self-employment man you you do it when you want like me for example i have to go back to palm springs all the time to take care of my mom i i'm a little limited but having my own customers as well out there in palm springs you know i'm able to make more money where do you get i used to place that i go to any 3d store
