okay you guys so i hope you all are signed up with amrock if you are not make sure to do so i'm going to go over the latest email that they sent out and i also want to remind you all to make sure that you're reading these emails um amrak sends out some really great emails signature closer sends out great emails um the nna sends out great emails and these emails are packed with information that can be helpful to you and your business so first i want to say amarok and other site big signing services will send out information on a regular basis um in regards to like the major errors that they see all the time right and so you want to pay close attention to that because if they're taking the time to tell you about errors that they see and you make sure that you're one of the signing agents that don't um make those errors you're going to get more business from them okay so they send out this email kind of going over some of the major errors that they see on a regular basis on pennymac files and i thought it was a really good email because a lot of these errors are not just specific to pennymac files a lot of these things can happen on any any file so they're going uh over having two pieces of identification for the borrowers i just make it a practice to always record two forms of identification on the patriot act form some lenders want one some want to but i always just take two just in case don't have to worry about it don't have to go back and forth that's something i learned very early on okay the deed of trust or the mortgage always has to be acknowledged i think that goes without saying if you do not know that the deed always needs to be acknowledged that's why i say always go back and make sure you are properly educated okay you want to make sure there's no mixed signatures initials or dates if there are two borrowers on the loan both borrowers always need to sign the first page of the residential loan application otherwise known as the one zero zero three notary stamps and signatures don't need to be missed i think that goes without saying as well there's no missing client demographic information and the loan proceeds form is always completed make sure any form the package is always completed and i like that they included samples um of the documents which i'm going to go over with you right now let's let that download okay so check this out they're showing you um the patriot act form okay and it's our responsibility to check the signers identification two forms i always take two forms and record it on the patriot at form this top box always needs to be completed with their...
