in this video i'd like to discuss the electric sign maintenance agreement the electric sign maintenance agreement is used whenever you have a electric service department and on the purchase of your signs or other signs you sell maintenance agreements to maintain those signs for a certain period of time so if we're looking at this product inside of control under the list of all products under service insta installation you'll see a product called the electric sign maintenance agreement if we open this product up you'll notice it looks somewhat like the electric service and the electric uh install product as far as the top is concerned it wants to the service location so if you had the company in there you can see the company location or third-party location and the details as far as where it is where that location may be the sign details so that you know when you can access it the sign type how it's mounted the surface below it height above ground the it availability etc the location information this is the on-site contact for this sign the foot above ground and this this is a repeat of the sign details it's just pretty relevant so a lot of people put it in there even if they don't add the details the agreement period such as is a six-month agreement or 12-month agreement the beginning date of that agreement and then what's covered under the agreement this is a list and it can be added to of the things that you may or may not agree to this maintenance and i would just put them all such as defective tubes are replaced are broken ones defective transformers maybe broken tubes as well due to the type of agreement we have insulators leds depending on the type of sign and you just list out what is covered in this particular agreement the monthly charge if there is one how much they've prepaid you if they have and they've prepaid that for how many months four months the sign manufacturer this basically did you build it or did somebody else build it the date it was manufactured and the ul number for tracking purposes [Music] at this point this will show you the summary or what's going to print to the client regarding this agreement at this point it's laying it all out you do want to take a really good look at this agreement at this point you'll notice if i try to hit ok it's going to throw up an error message and this error message is to remind you that you really need to look at this agreement agreements may change from state to state and we can't guarantee that this agreement is what your attorney is going to approve nor do we want your employees or employees to be sending this agreement out without the owners or management's consent so at this point to be able to save this as an item you'll need to set those up so if i go to set up at the top pricing setup all pricing and this rule will require an upper level of security rights to do so in the product setup under user constants you'll see universal product options in this universal product options once you have it highlighted you're going to want to hit edit here and you'll see maintenance agreement verified if you're happy with the agreement the way it is just go ahead and hit yet type in yes it wants to know who's verifying it and the date of that verification and we will see now once you've saved this information now in our electric sign maintenance agreement you'll notice it is now saving it and you will no longer get that message if you're not happy with the agreement and what changes made please contact our implementation department and let them make the adjustments with your direction if you have any further questions please review our other videos or contact our serious implementation department thank you
