[Music] hey guys welcome back to my channel i pray all is well if this is your first time here welcome if you're already part of the family welcome back so today i want to kind of just do a simple q a with the most common questions that you guys have been asking me the first question that i have is simply what training or courses did i take so i did notary to notary i actually have a link in the description box so you can you guys can use that link it basically tells the course that i was the one who actually referred you so you're welcome i purchased it's the loan signing agent bundle package there is it's a part one and it's a part two i want to say it was about 250 to 270 dollars i'm not sure about other courses but once you purchase the course you have ac you'll always have access to it no matter what so within these courses she reviews in depth what a how to be a notary public how to be a loan signing agent she provides the different resources she talks about signing services she talks about marketing your business there's even a section that she just added where she goes into depth over different loan documents that you're commonly going to see i always forget about this she also help has like this i would say it's like a little study guide to help you pass the n a test and so as i've talked about in multiple videos um a lot of people ask are you in a certified aside from the loan signing agent bundle package she does also offer e notary course which i am going to take eventually and then she also does offer one-on-one coaching as well so question number two is it's kind of in regards to signing services because i did make a video just on how to find signing services where to look how to look them up etc etc but you guys um it shows me that you're actually doing it um so the question now is when you get to the signing service site if there isn't a section for notaries or if there's not a portal or an application how do you go about signing up for it with the actual signing service what you want to do is i say this and i'm going to continue to say this you have to be proactive you have to just find creative ways to just put yourself out there so personally what i did that i found very very helpful i go to the staff or the team members section i find every single email address on that website and i send every last person an email hi my name is such and such i'm looking to register as a notary in your database is there an application do i do you have contact information for somebody else go ahead and create um kind of just a generic email that you can copy and paste to continue sending out to multiple people and the other thing is i don't know how well this works but you know it's better than nothing what you know when you go to the website there's usually like a contact us tab and it'll give you like a little message box first last name email address message and fill that out accordingly again you never know who's going to see that email i've had instances where i will send out all of these message all these emails and somebody will contact and said that they will either forward my information to the scheduler or they simply just provide me with the scheduler's contact information question number three um is can you be a loan signing agent without having any experience whatsoever in the real estate field and or business so the simplest way that i can answer this question is by providing personal first-hand experience i went from so i was a student athlete i actually played basketball in college i then decided that i wanted to pursue pre-med so i got all the way to the point of actually applying to medical school and then i was then kovac came and it changed a couple things and i was like you know i need to do something to supplement my income and that is where notary public and being a loan signing agent came up definitely a learning curve but the thing is you have to you have to believe in yourself you have to say you know somebody else was knew what this wants if they did it so can i i have literally watched interviews where people 50 plus have you know just up and said one day i want to try something new and they're extremely successful in this business really just your mindset okay it's it's what you tell yourself if you if you're already telling yourself you know i i've never done real estate i've never been in the business you're already programming your brain to believe that you are not going to be able to do it so question number four um kind of goes with the last question how do you know when you're ready to go ahead and go out there and complete your first loan signing so the thing is you you just have to again you have to have confidence in yourself if you've completed a course if you've watched a ton of videos if you've read a bunch of articles listen to me you are ready you're ready okay there's not going to be a smoke signal coming there's not going to be a rainbow in the sky to dictate oh this is the day that you should do it you just have to put yourself out there and say i've prepared myself enough i am confident in myself i'm going to i'm going to do it a lot of you guys keep asking like you've taken you know one or two courses and you've just paid for all of these resources guys i do not believe in spending unnecessary money because you are going to be way in the red before you even get your business up and running i don't recommend taking more than two courses because the thing is so you take two courses that may be a total of three hundred to four hundred dollars depending on who you go with then you're also going to pay for everything through the n a of course the n a course isn't as in-depth but it's still money coming out of your pocket and that's also information that you're paying for the best way to learn is just to do it and that is literally with anything that you do in life you can get all the information in the world for example if you're trying like i was trying to become a doctor i could study and study and study for years upon and years upon years but until i you know start to actually work with patients if i'm a surgeon until i actually start to complete the surgery i'm not going to get any better so just you know take a deep breath accept that first signing and you'll be you'll be fine i promise you'll be perfectly fine with that being said i just want to say you know there is a lot of content out there there are a lot of youtubers like me there are a lot of interviews out there you know some people find success in their first month some people don't see their first success until nine months after every state is different everybody's journey is different okay you don't know um you could have person a who has been thriving in only a month but you don't know what their work ethic is like do not compare your journey to anybody else's you need to focus on your path if you're not getting any work that means that you need to be doing something different that's it with that being said you guys need to go ahead and create your goals right when you start your business okay are you getting in this business to pay off credit card debt are you trying to save for a down payment do you want to just save to take a vacation are you trying to create a business that turns into a signing service go ahead and write down all of your goals and so another question that i keep getting and i'm just so so so so blessed and honored that everything is catapulting so fast is do i have any mentorship programs and or consultations to answer your question i wasn't going to start until i want to say february 1st but i am starting to get an extremely high volume of just questions and emails and dms i absolutely love it and i do want to go ahead and put myself out there so that i can help as many other notaries as possible so what i'm currently working on and i'm actually going to dedicate this weekend i'm going to go ahead and create some type of format for these um consultations and or meetings i'm going to provide a link so that you can go ahead and click on it to schedule an appointment what i'm currently thinking is it'll be about 45 minutes or so you can ask an unlimited amount of questions if you want to go over loan documents talk about you know how to explain them correctly we can do that if you want to you know dissect your your business we can go a to z see where you are see where you want to go talk about your goals even if you just want to hop on a call because you don't feel confident you don't feel like you're ready for your first signing we can just have a one-on-one heart-to-heart genuine conversation we will talk about what every step you have completed to get to where you are we can um whatever you're you're questioning or you don't feel comfortable we can go ahead and figure all of that out what i do ask if this is something that phrase it but it's just a lot of people tell me i've been doing this one years two years i'm either getting notifications and not getting them or i'm not getting notifications whatsoever so a couple of things if you're not getting any notifications whatsoever you probably just want to scale it all the way back and start from square one because if you have done your due diligence and signing up for at least 100 signing services even if you're not getting them you should at least still be receiving notifications so on the other side of that if you guys are receiving um notifications for example snapdocs okay i signed it for snapdocs i got verified for snapdocs i received um notifications for snapdocs i have still not received anything one thing i did see from one of my subscribers she mentioned that the algorithm does take about two to three months to break into and so with that being said algorithms are very important youtube has an algorithm google has an algorithm life is an algorithm these signing services even title companies it's no different if you are receiving notifications whatsoever even if you're not available even if you don't see the notification if you were asleep even if you don't see it until one to two hours later you just still need to respond responding to every notification lets the system know that you know you are still actively looking for work and it just shows you that you're still interested in possibly obtaining work in the future this is something so so snapdocs again i have not received any notifications i still respond to every single one so that's a signing service that i would definitely keep you guys updated with what i will say is one of the main signing services that i use now so zomexome when um so i my first month of actually getting work like i said you know sometimes you do have to travel okay so my um last month in december of 2020 i took every assignment that i could possibly get i was literally driving up to 45 minutes for probably two weeks straight of course you know 45 minutes somewhere you're still new so the actual signing takes maybe like an hour an hour and a half and then having to drive back mind you this is like seven seven o'clock at night what i'm getting at is you have to put the work in just because you signed up with a signing service not only are we you may not get notifications but it won't necessarily be close and so with that being said i am so happy and so blessed thank you jesus okay i it so that was last month okay i'm driving 45 plus minutes there and back sometimes having to even scan back documents and somehow make it to fedex one time this month i have been receiving notifications no within like a 20 minute um radius from me i say that to say again you have to trust the algorithm you have to trust the process if you're not willing to work hard if you're not willing to sacrifice if you're not willing to put in the time and the effort this business is not for you as
