welcome to vinyl island TV from Manhasset to Montauk we have traveled our communities to bring you the following events I'm your host Waldo Cabrera my Long Island TV starts now I am printing an order for employee of the month yeah a parking spot or place where the Employee of the Month sits or whatever it's just for him/her the first step is you have to set the screen they want 13 12 pieces punch the hole whatever the hole go on the piece I take the blank put it on the table I have chunks yeah this is where I sit the material it's not going anywhere I take the screen and I I want the print in the center that first print will show you how close it is you might have to slap it around a few times but you'll get it once you set the screen you tighten it up you pick it up when you put it down because sometimes the screen move if it moves then you have this the hammer the whole thing will move and then you do it again you feel a bump that means the screen move so you have to move this move this a hair tighten it back up it doesn't hit the chalked anymore you ready to print this is emerald green you don't need a little bit you don't need a whole lot because you're not that we're not doing that many pieces make sure you get all the dust and everything off there touch the squeegee in there now you're ready to put you flood the screen you eight maybe a couple of seconds where the ink goes through the image and you scream nice smoke smooth print you hit it twice voila there is your review print this and just stick it outside and the rain hits it or the dirt sticks to it that's what it'll stick to it and then just fade away this is a UV dryer it has to go through the machine the cure the ink that takes the moisture out of the ink and bond it to the vinyl that's on the metal nice and dry and that's the way we make parking lot signs at Allstate sign and plaque on Long Island
