Welcome to The skyo Help Center let's learn how to raise your first invoice Begin by navigating to the dashboard menu and click on invoices you'll find options to either create a new invoice or upload an existing one proceed with create invoice to begin customizing your invoice your company's billing information is already pre-filled for convenience to edit this click on the pencil icon now let's add your client's details click add add a new client and fill in your client's name then select their operating country enter their address details and save the information next we'll move on to the billing items choose your client's preferred currency from the drop- down list then enter details of the billable item in the add item section and specify the amount to be build for the same to include several items just click add item again if you're offering your client a discount you can apply it here in case your client is covering the skyo fees remember to include that on your invoice then select the local account you want your client to pay into based on their location for example for a client in America select your local USD account your invoice is now nearly complete take a moment to preview it and check all details for accuracy continue with an autogenerated invoice number or enter one manually set your invoice date and choose your payment terms ranging from immediate payment to 45 days post invoicing if you're setting up a recurring invoice for your client make sure to check this box with all details in place simply click finalize invoice to complete the process your invoice is now ready you can download it or email it directly to your client you now know how to create your first invoice on skyo go ahead try it out and see how easy it is
