good morning and happy Friday I hope you are all having a great morning and a great week thank you for joining this week's fun fact Friday my name is Tori and I am part of the support team here at corporate if you have not joined a fun fact Friday previously welcome every Friday I go live right here on Facebook for 10 minutes or less to show you all a tip or a tool that is right at your fingertips we have so many tools and as we grow we will be able to offer more and more tools to you this week I'm going to be going over digi sign which is a feature in sky slope where you have the ability to obtain digital signatures on your documents from your sky slope dashboard you will first click on the digi sign icon it's going to bring you to a new page which is the main digi sign page then you will click on new envelope this is then going to bring you to the properties page on this page you have two options you can either select a property from below or you can click on no property for today's example I'm just going to go ahead and click on no property from the next page you will need to go ahead and upload the document from your computer so just go ahead and click on upload then select the correct file from your computer once that is done you will click on next on the next page time's up fans and signing order this is where you will add your recipient to add yourself go ahead and check the your name and to add new parties click on new recipient you'll fill out their name their email address then you will need to choose their role so whether they are the seller the other agent the buyer or anything else on this list under the type you have the option to either choose needs to sign if you need a signature from that party or if you just want them to receive a copy of the signed document you can click on receives a copy you can continue to add additional recipients just by clicking on new recipient and continuing to fill in the information once you have added all of your recipients you'll click on next as you can see it's going to bring up your document at the top of this page you have a toolbar and it has different options on what you need on the document such as dates or a signature to place your blocks just click on what you need so we'll select signature and where you need it to go it will say the name of the person who is signing here if you have multiple parties you would choose the appropriate party from this drop-down menu you can continue to place as many boxes as needed such as a date or initials you can go ahead and move them around as well you can also use the rideable option up here too in fit your own text into the document once you've placed all the blocks necessary you'll go ahead and click on send in the upper right hand corner you will then type a subject line and a message that will be included in the email that is sent to all recipients so you can write need signature and please then once you're done click on send for signatures and then you'll just click on done and it's that easy you can make sure it was sent by going to the sent tab from the main digi sign page from here as you can see it shows at the very top it was sent out you can also edit this or resend so if you needed to change any email addresses or anything like that just click on this button to edit you can also view the history of that envelope and you can void it there just click void and void envelope so that is all I have for this week's fun fact Friday if you have any questions about digi sign or any questions at all please feel free to email me at support at AJ I corporate comm and I'll be happy to help you thank you all for joining me today and I hope you all have a great weekend bye
