The BEST Decision We Made

Laura Hardin

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

Easy to use, increases productivity

Erin Jones

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hello everyone welcome to boys junk talks so I'm trying to brand all my videos with hashtag was junk talks so that everyone who are searching for the videos will be able to get everything at one tag so this is what I will be tagging all my videos with and coming to part two of forms in your iPod actually we discussed about all the properties in the earlier video now in this video we'll see into the form designer what do we have and how exactly we can get the data so if you are aware of bootstrap UI this is something kind of similar where we'll be having a container which can be divided into multiple grids there is a grid system we can directly add a grid and so layouts okay we have this in the layout panel and we can add as many columns as we want or as many components as we want so along with that if we add six more which altogether combines to 18 better it it can be four four four which gives us in total of 12 which is a normal grid layout in bootstrap say so deleting okay let's remove this and you know this has well let me add just a column with components can be other lint so since we have to I'm changing it back to 6 auto-adjust Collins will not adjust the size of them and here let's go with basic components later we'll go with other things like how to make it as a template and how to save it as a template how to add different templates coming back to text field let's add a text by default we'll have all these properties let's go not one by one but because most of the things are self-explanatory but I will just show you how easy it is to make some kind of form in UI path so that let's say for an example a attended board where user need to enter some customer data and if we want to do it without the forms either we need to add something like sis forms or we need to write some kind of C C shop coat or VB code then we need to add some components in it but adding forms is such an ease and we can do it right away and everything comes out with paper promises and here we have a data and we can add a default value and if we want to refresh we can do that like if there is any page refresh if there is some change then should it get refresh then we can do that as well coming back to validation we can set what is a nice long length let's say that maximum length can be okay minimum length can be two and maximum length can be five and minimum word length may be we can say that the minimum number of amount of words can be added to this field so there is also if I stretch it to count the words and give it I am NOT going in depth where else we can have regular expressions as well if we have something like a mobile number we can keep the mobile number as a regular expression and wild it on change yes we can weld it on change like if anything is since then we can weld it or all blood like if anything is added then if we move out of that field then it will be checked but let us keep it has changed so that on every keystroke change it will check and we can also mark it as required so that a user need to enter the data let's say that we are searching for a user and we need to have some kind of ID for the user so let's say that this is a user ID where we need to enter it is ready and in the default we can write test enter user ID next going back to binding so this is the key where we will get the output like if we have a dictionary let's say that every item comes out as a JSON format and this user ID will be a key and the result will be a value coming back to conditioner we can also set whether a value or an input is dependent on a different input for example there is a 12 digit number that we need to add and there is some other text that we need to enter after a 12 digits are placed in this particular field till then it cannot be seen so in that case maybe we can add this adding the second value will adding this second copy and we'll paste it here maybe we can drag and drop it here and we'll change this edit and we'll keep it as username and this will user name ease and coming back to validation same thing follows here I'm saying that minimum should be four and maximum should be ten and we can have minimum word length of two and maximum Berlant of three first name last name and a middle name can be a proper naming convention binding okay we can keep it as user ID - or else we can also update it as user name and conditioner yes as I have said maybe we can keep it as okay this component should be it should display no it should only display when the form component is okay we have user ID has a value let's say that we have a value one two three then this should appear that is my condition you can keep whatever condition your require and let's go with save and on Savior and click on preview okay we have a data and we can add one two three okay it actually I quoted it in a reverse manner so let me make a quick update in this so by default it should be user has a value okay user ID or should display say lets me check with the preview okay when we enter user ID as one two three then we have this name user name should be my name should have more than one words must be shorter than 11 characters excellent so this can be a proper name and I can submit it so this is only for previewing this is not the actual actual form let's save it and let's close and let's run it but before that we can also see what is the sector butter ass TR underscore selected button and formfields output data what is the data that we will get out of these forms until K STR or we can say it since it's a string which is in the form of j7 we can write STR let's go this output and we will also know if the form is dismissed like we have discussed in the earlier video bull which is a boolean value is dismissed which will give us proper a proper result okay let's start our flow and along with this I'll keep a log message that we will be able to see it in the log and we should see STR JSON output st dissing output and Str underscore selected button which will give us which button will be select and along with that will say or will check if the form is abruptly closed bull is dismissed not to string so let's start you so this is a form ID our given condition as one two three maybe we'll add four five six seven eight nine since we did not add one two three we did not have the value like username I am adding was wrong B which will give us proper validation and let's submit it submission completed and let's see the output okay we have these as outputs okay we have user ready as one two three and username as virgin and submit did we submit yes and here we can see which button did we click on like if it is submit or if we add a different button what will be that and also if we abruptly closed it which is false for this video I am adding just one more thing like let us add one more button copy paste instead of submit let's write to BC and conditional should be leaving it for now you so that we will get the button of which we clicked starting go with 1 2 3 instead of 1 2 3 all right 1 2 5 and save and here we can see save is true and we have user name as empty because we don't have we did not enter any user name and it will be empty and user ID will be 1 to 5 and we clicked on save here and it's not a replica lost so this is the way how we can use forms and now if you require any help in understanding the forms or a new project if there is any requirement for you which I can help maybe you can contact me over my email and my mobile which I will be updating in the description of this video and please subscribe like this video and keep checking with the hashtag virtual talks thank you bye bye see in the next video
