I'm a small CPA firm and require signatures on engagement letters and confidential tax documents. I've tried other solutions but some of my clients found the other solutions a bit clumsy. I've received very positive feedback once I switched to airSlate SignNow. I also really appreciate the option to choose 'do not send signed documents' for confidential information. It's a great choice for CPAs, Attorneys and anyone else needing a secure yet easy-to-use solution. It's also IRS compliant.

My favorite part about airSlate SignNow is just how easy it is to upload, setup fields and be done with it. It literally takes me less than 3 minutes to upload the document, add text/signature/date fields and send it for signature. I also like that the signing process for other users is very intuitive so I don't have to explain anything, they can just follow airSlate SignNow's instructions.

How do I add an eSignature to a PDF?

signNow allows you to add a signature to any PDF in clicks. You can draw, type, and upload your signature. Add the PDF file you need to eSign from your device or cloud to your Dashboard and select the My Signature tool from the Edit & Sign section. Once finished, you can send the document and be sure that the form or contract and be sure that it has legal force. signNow doesn’t limit the number of signed documents you can create or send for signing.

Just upload your file, open it and create respective signature fields: My Signature to self sign a document and Signature Field to collect signatures. For self signing, you’ll need to generate your own eSignature. To do so, just apply the My Signature element and follow the instructions and either type, draw, or upload your signature. Once you like what you’ve generated, click Sign. After that, assign signature fields to recipients, add their emails, send it out and wait. Once everyone has signed, signNow will automatically send each party an executed PDF copy.
