welcome to the stroma on file tutorial to do this week we're going to show you how to upload evidence as well as use of the resources section once you've logged on you'll be greeted with the home page and as you can see currently have one task pending if you look on the left hand side you'll be able to see the task icon if you want to click on that once you've clicked on this this will take you to the tasks page once the tasks page loads up you'll be given a list of all the currently available tasks it will also be a brief description of the tasks as well as what is required to complete the task when highlighting over the tasks if you right click to enter this will then load and give you a bigger description of what is included in the task these are usually broken down in bullet point forms and give you a much greater detailed explanation of what you need to do to complete the unit if you want to scroll down you'll see the box where the evidence is required to be uploaded there's also a text box there for you to type a message to your Assessor when you aren't loading the evidence just below that box is a little green paperclip under the header assessment evidence if you click into that this is where you all load the documents for your evidence you then have the option to drag and drop the evidence into the selected area or you can click on select files and select the piece of evidence you wish to upload once the file is selected this will then upload into one file and appear in the uploaded files section below you also have the option to rename these files specific to the task for example knowledge and understanding questionnaire you can also add a version number at the end of the description if you have had to resubmit evidence for example this will allow your Assessor to know which evidence needs to be assessed once you're happy with the name of your file you can then save the name at the far right under the options section once this is all complete click attach below the page will then refresh and you can see your evidence is now being uploaded the important thing now is to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen and agree to the Declaration to state that this work is genuine and is your own once you are happy with this and on completion button this will then ask you to either save and refresh or save and quit if there has been an error you can even cancel on this occasion we're just going to save and refresh the page now all your evidence has been uploaded as you can see your evidence in document form appears in the window and there is also...
