So, we went with DigiSigner because it was affordable and it was easy to use. We had Adobe e-sign at first and Adobe e-sign, we had to have multiple accounts for our recipients who was receiving the documents. So, we didn't want to have multiple licenses and DigiSigner gave us the opportunity to whoever's receiving the document on the other end doesn't have to create an account. So, that was good and we wasn't restricted at how many we were sending out and it was still secure. So, we chose DigiSigner because it had the option to... We can integrate with certain shared documents which we was looking into. It had the IPI solution that we can actually look to integrate with some of our softwares. It also had where we can do bulk send which was pretty big for us because we send a lot of legislations to our recipients and it allowed us to sign on the iPad like it was a actual signature, instead of just having to type. It was very easy to get started with DigiSigner. The sales associates was very responsive. They responded to all my questions, I was able to get started with a trial and once I started with the trial, I was able to actually see if the software was actually going to be something that we are able to use. So at the time, we were shopping around with different e-signature companies. So, DigiSigner was very easy, quick. Didn't have to put a lot of information to start off with. The only advice I would have for anyone that wants to try out DigiSigner is that if you are looking for a simple, quick, very easy user-friendly software, DigiSigner is the software to go. It is hard to actually subtract the report from the document if you would like to just see the document, instead of the document ID. You can't just download a document report by itself. But other than that, everything else about DigiSigner is great.
