hello and welcome to the University of Calgary's instructional video on how to upload your admission documents today we'll be going over how to access the upload feature what we are looking for in the uploaded documents and how to successfully ensure you've submitted the document correctly you will begin by logging into your University of Calgary portal using the e ID and password you created at the very beginning of your application has seen here once you have signed in we will navigate to the my application tab located on your student center homepage this will be your go-to resource for updates further required documents and admission decisions this space also contains the location of the upload document links found next to your current program choices before selecting upload please be aware that you can review the required items for your application underneath your to do list this is an extremely helpful resource not only showing the documents we require for evaluation but also the final deadline for these documents to be submitted by now that you have an understanding of what you need to submit I'm going to explain the file specifications for transcripts and admission documents firstly we ask that all students are learning documents combine all the required pages into a singular document PDF format being our preferred document type uploaded transcripts must also include your full name and the name of the issuing institution if we are to accept them for evaluation purposes if you need more information about our transcript upload requirements please feel free to use our transcripts guidelines resource located on the documents and transcripts page of our website now that you are aware of the upload specifications and your file meets this criteria please navigate to the document upload page to proceed at this stage please first read the upload disclaimer for your undergraduate applications as it contains important information surrounding estimated processing times and instructions surrounding incorrectly submitted files once you have reviewed this information you can find the appropriate select button for the corresponding document you wish to upload please be aware you can also navigate to the specific document upload page from your to-do list item another important note is that in order to move through the document upload page and before you click select it is imperative to have pop-ups enabled for your web browser as the upload page will not load through otherwise please make sure the document you are uploading matches the corresponding title found at the top of the page having confirmed this we will now upload the documents please click upload and find the correct file meeting our specifications from your device once you select the file and it has uploaded to the file attachment screen please select done the process is now almost complete before the final step which is saving please review your documents by clicking view to ensure its accuracy in terms of what we are looking for please note...
