foreign in this video I'm going to teach you how to create and set up your default signature signature initials and stamps to create your signature go to your preferences that can be accessed from the top right corner of your screen and pick signatures in the website menu here you will see some blank spaces for Signature and signature initials so just click on the box you will be given the option to either draw type or upload your signature so to draw your signature you first choose a color either blue black red or a custom one you can pick from the Spectrum right here and then just use your mouse or touchpad to draw your signature if you're terrible at drawing signatures like me you can just type your signature on your keyboard and then pick a style when you type your signature you can also adjust its size in the box and again pick a color or you can just take a picture of your actual signature on paper and upload it to circulator let's go with the type one and once you have a signature that you're happy with just click save it will appear right here as your default signature this is the signature that will be added Whenever there is a signature field on a document you can always change your signature directly during the signing process but this will be your default that will be added automatically when it comes to Signature initials the process is exactly the same you can either draw a type or upload your initials so this is easy so we'll just draw in a c and again once you're happy with your result press save this will be saved as your default initials to create your own default stamp just switch to stamps in the left menu press add new and for stamps you have two options either again upload an image of your stamp or design your own using one of the design templates that circulator provides for you so let's see how it looks when we upload a picture of a stamp the first step will be to crop it once you're ready to go to the next step just press crop image in this step you can change the color of your stamp type in your name and edit its transparency that can go from either completely transparent through transparent background to a completely opaque background so just set your desired level of transparency and once you're happy press save if you want this to be your default stem take this box and press save the other option is to design a stamp you will be offered some design templates that you can choose from and create your own unique stamp so let's go with this design you can rewrite all of this text right here [Music] then you can pick a border pick a color and switch between a rectangle and a circle...
