Hey, everybody. Welcome back to RavenHawk Coins, and this is another edition of L-l-l-let's Talk Currency, yes, guys, the weekly episodic series where we discuss everything currency. And right now we are in the fancy serial number part of the series. So what we're going to discuss today-- and it's been brought up more than once. People have asked, is there a premium, or what can you tell me about the X note, which basically denotes that the serial number ends in that little X right there? And I have two examples today. Both are pretty heavily circulated. I don't see a lot of X notes, and the reason is it's rare for them to get up to this number. What the X note denotes is that they've actually produced a lot of bills during that time or notes during that time and that nothing has changed in the way of, like, the Secretary or treasurer. The signature stays the same, so the series can keep running. When they have new people come in office, there's new signatures made, and new bills are made. So it is pretty much rare for the X to happen. And actually, the most rare is the Y. If you find one in a Y series, that is actually a rarer bill than the X note. Now, the collector value is relevant to these. Yes, there is a premium to the X notes. But we've got to remember that the most important thing on coins and currency is condition and rarity. That will drive everything. So one of the things that would make this even better is if this X note had a fancy serial number like a bookend or a repeater or a ladder or a radar, something like that to give it that little bit of extra allure. But it is still an X note. It does have a little bit of a premium. They are not as common as other notes and something cool to look out for. Now you also know about the Y note. You definitely want to put those aside. So make sure, guys, if you're going to collect currency, that you learn quite a bit about it. Because you don't want to get hustled or scammed on anything that you see from auction sites or eBay or whatnot. There's a whole bunch of videos that I've put out about different currencies. And I always talk about in my searches what to look for on the bills. So if you go back and take a look at some of those, there's some great information. And we're continuing this series, and we're going to have a lot more information come up as far as what kind of bills are being used or have been used throughout history, et cetera. So if you guys have any questions and you want to correspond, it's ravenhawkcoins@gmail.com. Our PO Box is 721296 Norman, Oklahoma 73070. Make sure you guys take care-- make sure that...
