Upload initial disclosure

uploading disclosures to your listings is straightforward you can do this with or without add edit permissions this video will focus on adding disclosure paperwork first open your listing that needs to have disclosures added for editing you can do this by going to my listings and checking the check box next to the listing that needs the documentation added then clicking edit at the bottom alternatively you can go to the add edit tab and select a listing from the quick edit drop-down or enter the listing number and hit edit to the right once there click on the link for manage documents via transaction desk for this example we will assume you are the listing agent and do not already have a transaction for this listing click on the button create new transaction from there it will auto fill the name field with the address of the property for the drop down at the bottom labeled add me as choose listing agent then hit the blue create button at the top now there will be a blue space below that says drag and drop files here or click to upload click on the blue area to open the file upload box and navigate to the disclosure saved on your computer select a file then click open you can change the visibility of documents added to the listings by clicking on the star the star will need to be green for the mls agent view or blue for the public view for the documents icon to appear on the listing the link for your disclosures will appear on your listing within an hour if you have any problems uploading documents or with the link not displaying on the listing please contact us at the service desk our email is available 24 7 or you can contact us by phone monday through friday 8 a.m to 5 30 pm
