this instructional video will show you how to upload an Excel spreadsheet for your paid family and medical leave contributions in masstaxconnect if you do not already have the excel template downloaded you can do so by clicking on import from Excel and then download Excel template when you are going to file your return we will visit the screen later on as well here is an example of the template you will need to fill out all applicable information prior to uploading it to masstaxconnect once you have completed entering your information save it to your computer and then log into your mass Tax Connect account once you have logged in let's start by clicking on the paid family and medical leave account click on the file return link next to the period that you would like to file click on the import from Excel link click import and then click Choose file navigate to your saved template then click import after your file has been uploaded click OK verify that all of your contribution information is correct and then click Next verify all the information you have entered is correct then click Next select the way you would like to pay in this example we will choose to make an electronic payment from your checking or savings account in this example we already have a payment channel saved we will select our saved account and then confirm our payment amount click Next once you have verified that your return in payment information and amount are correct click Submit you have now imported your paid family and medical leave return by using an Excel template and made a payment
