so you want to add a signature in your iphone notes let's run through the steps so let's open up the notes app here and let's say i wanted to scan a document and add a signature to it i'm going to tap the little camera icon at the bottom center here and tap scan documents so i just have a random piece of paper here that i'm going to scan and i'm going to hit save at the bottom right oh keep scanning them so i'm going to hit save at the bottom right here so i'm going to tap on one of these scanned documents if i want to sign it if i tap that markup icon on this screen it won't give me the ability to sign that document but let's tap on the actual image itself this is the other one i'm going to delete that one so say i want to sign this document now that i've tapped on it i can hit the share icon at the top right here and then tap markup at the bottom and now at the very bottom right it gives me a little plus icon and i can tap on that and tap on signature now i can choose a signature here or i can create a new signature if you don't already have one i can resize it i can put it anywhere i want i can also use this to use my finger to fill in the date as well so i can tap the plus i can tap signature i can tap add or remove and then at the top left tap add so i could say the you know do the date 9-22 or something like that and then hit done that looks pretty terrible but you get the point i can put that somewhere in there or i can just add it as text as well if i wanted to add that on there so then just hit done at the top left here and now you have signed that document hope this helps thanks for your time today and i'll see you on the next one
