[Music] hey everybody today we are going to talk about how to create a phone number that is a quick click so that way when you send out an email they can quick click your phone number or your picture and be able to call you back in one single click so the most common that you're gonna see like are these you know just a random typed phone number okay we're going to highlight this and we're going to click insert link we're going to type in tel colon and then you type in the number again no spaces no dashes just the ten digit number without the one and you type that in and hit save or hit okay so now you notice that it turned into a link so when they get this email they can click it you can also do the same if you have a digital picture as a signature these are not interactive so you can't just click on these but you can program it so that way it will do something whether it is a phone number or a link to your facebook page doesn't matter it could be your website so i'm going to do mine for the phone number because i want them to call me so let's do an insert link and in this case because it's an image there is no text to display so that's going to be blank and we're going to do the same thing el colon for phone number and the ten digit number and now you click ok so if i send this out to somebody and they receive this from their mobile device they can click on my picture or on this phone number and be able to call me and there's they don't have to go back and forth trying to remember the number so this is a great way to make your email signatures interactive you can do the same thing with an address just go to google maps find the address and put it into the address so you could type out the address here and i can show you how to do that in a separate video all right thank you so much for watching
