E signature meeting itinerary

hi this is Jill and Bobette with PCG we want to welcome you to a quick video demonstration on how to capture signatures during a virtual meeting we're using zoom as the platform for this particular demonstration and at this point you are looking at a student failure you're in your meeting you've completed your meeting where analysis file you are ready to create the final click on the button create final scroll to the bottom click display ie Pierre's I don't have any air so we're going to scroll down and you can see that the signature boxes have appeared from this point you go back up to your zoom bar up at the top go towards the right and you'll see remote control and little icon of the of a mouse there's a little arrow pointing down you'll click on that all of your participants will show up and you have the choice to give mouse slash keyboard control too and so you can give it to mom at this point they have control of the computer but so do you but they can now go over and do their signature in the signature box on the IEP so Bob hats given me control of the computer so I can sign as the parent and I can mark agree and then I'll scroll down just a little bit and initial if another parent or another family member is in the meeting and they also need to sign if they're using the same computer than they can just sign using their mouse or if they have a touchscreen you can use a touchscreen or a stylus I've completed the signatures for the parents all right now she still has control of the screen but I also have control I'm going to go back up to the very top go back to the remote control Mouse area to the drop-down and now I have the choice and the it's in red and it says abort control so I'm going to abort her control of the screen I still have control of it I can go over and scroll on down again and then now you have the special education teacher I can go back up go to that remote control so you can see you're always going back up to that very top either drop down and now I can give control to the teacher so that they can sign okay and I'll sign for the teacher they look great yeah they'll mark that they approve now again the teacher now still has control or I also have control so I can go back up the very top go to remote control click the down arrow again and abort that control and then reassign it to somebody else you'll get your entire team signatures in here if you see somebody that you want to add like the administrative rep all you have to do is put in their name and a signature line will show up and then again go back up to the top remote control give mouse keyboard access and give it to that administrative rep now they have the control of it and I'll sign as the red pretty pretty easy shouldn't take a lot of time I'm going to go back abort that control scroll all the way down to the bottom make sure everything's filled out the way that you want it and then create the final IEP so capturing those digital signatures other than going back and forth from team member to team member if everybody's in a different place it's actually pretty simple and really doesn't take a whole lot of time that concludes our demonstration of how to capture signatures during a virtual meeting you have any questions at all I encourage you to go back to the main menu page scroll down to the bottom and send us a message on the message board and we'll be happy to answer any questions for you you all have a good day and hopefully we'll talk to you later on bye
