hello everyone welcome to our live demonstration of the belimo zip economizer just a quick note this zip economizer is wired for single dry bulb let's go ahead and get started okay the first thing you want to do is go into your settings if you have a heat pump or a two speed fan that's the first thing that you want to set so that'll be here and here we're going to assume that we don't have those things and therefore we'll start at the beginning so zip code first things first my zip code is 91792 set that once it's set go ahead and press escape go back this is for your heat pump operation you could either set it to off meaning you have a conventional unit either gas or electric heating heat pump zero power cool pump b power heat heat pump w1 power heat okay so if you choose the cool option you're basically saying the reversing valve is powered for cooling and vice versa if you choose the heating if you choose the w1 that translates to a standard thermostat where the reversing valve is controlled by an internal rtu defrost board okay we're going to go ahead and go with off you can see here it's detecting our compressor one but our cc2 is actually wired so we're going to change that of course you always want to make sure that you have the correct wiring but change that here you can see it's also detecting your exhaust fan and a two speed fan you usually want to set those to audit to auto if you know for a fact that it's wrong and you've checked the wiring you can manually set it for our purposes we'll leave the exhaust fan and the fan to speed as auto okay so that's your devices one you can see here cc1 cc2 and an exhaust fan next you have your devices too this is concerned primarily with your humidity sensors since we don't have any it's set to auto and you don't see any here all right next up we have our ventilation minimum position this you can set anywhere from zero to 100 percent for this demonstration we'll go ahead and set it to 20. you may not be able to hear it but the actuator is actually setting or going to minimum position right now next up since we have our co2 sensors here you're going to get the option for dcv minimum position so this value is always going to be less than your minimum damper position okay you can see it actually stops at 20. so we can leave it to 15 for this okay after that you're going to be able to set your ppm set point so we're going to go ahead and put it to a thousand basically just telling your controller that any value is above a thousand the damper is going to increase from the dcv...
