covers this shows the total charges for your water supply which includes the clean water you've used the wastewater that's coming from your business premises as well as surface water charges when it comes to v80 you only have to pay this on water if yours is a chemicals construction engineering manufacturing mining textiles or utilities business but if we don't actually know what type of business yours is we have to add on v80 by default so it's always best to check and let us know if you think we've got this wrong if you'd like more information about v80 and who needs to pay it you'll find it on our website if your account is in credit or debt we show this as the amount brought forward when it's in credit we take the amount off your bill and if it's in debt and you still owe us money we add it on finally this balance here takes all of the above into account and this is the total amount you need to pay at the bottom of this first page you'll see there's a direct debit guarantee for or if you've taken out a contract with differ prices it also happens when the bill period covers the 1st of May and the beginning of October this is when summer and then winter prices start for
