everyone it's mark Wiens I'm in Bangkok Thailand and one of the the top questions I get asked very frequently is how I'm able to keep fit even though I travel and constantly eat and I don't know if I have all the answers one of them is that I just don't like sweets very much but another is that I just love to exercise and I'm not like a I don't exercise like a crazy amount but I just think it feels really good to to get out to exercise I love sports I like jogging I like biking and I don't always get to exercise as much as I like to when we're traveling if we're in a hotel room I'll try to do some push-ups and sit-ups well not every day but as much as I can but when I'm at home in Bangkok I have a workout what I sometimes do and I'm going to do right now and I'll show you this workout routine okay so I got this yoga mat and the reason it's pink is because it's it's Yang's it's my wife but she hasn't used in a while so that's why I inherited it and that's why I started using it but I want to tell you the basis of this workout is that I keep on moving for the entire workout so there's no break you keep on moving and that's the whole idea of this workout the first step is push-ups 25 push-ups [Music] Oh [Music] me [Music] okay push-ups are done and then I go to these Texas it up I don't really know the names I don't really know the name of this type of sit-up but they're really really hard and I do ten of them next up for near suppers and I do 20 of these five well you can really feel that in your abs after doing those sit-ups [Music] and you immediately go into the next exercise which is ten more sit-ups but just like this crunches okay and now comes what is one of the most difficult most challenging parts of this entire workout when I did my first verb' a couple years ago I thought this is the absolute worst exercise ever and that's what I love to do and I do 15 burpees in a row [Music] [Applause] [Music] and then the final exercise in this series is to jog down to the end of the road and then back it's probably about 100 meters and that completes one set okay and that completes one set I do a total of six sets so five more sets to go [Music] okay I'm three sets down at this stage I'm usually yes I'm having a little trouble if you're carrying up this camera right now but at this stage I'm usually in a little bit of agony depending on how hot it is which today is actually not too bad in Bangkok and depending on how big of a lunch I've had today I'm okay but at that halfway stage I gulped some water but don't take much of a break well try to take as little break as possible and then straight back to the net okay I just finished my six sets that completes the workout depending on your humidity conditions you may or may not look like this when you are finished with the workout oh man the sweat is just dripping okay I'm going to cool down and then as soon as I could put the huncle down all I'll talk to you more okay I'm slightly cooled off after that I'm still sweating out of control right now but the whole point of that workout the whole point of that exercise is to just keep on going for 30 minutes without with braking as little pop as possible I just take a couple sips of water and that's it and what I like about it what I love about that workout is that it takes me it takes me about 30 a little over 30 minutes to do that workout but it's like all out thirty minutes you really feel like you did something it's your it's really an effective workout I'm like I'm like like wiped out after every time I do that but it's it's a really good use of thirty minutes of exercise you don't spend time resting or messing around that's what I really like about it I will warn you that it is very strenuous you can try it and you can also go at a slower pace or at your own pace and also I want to warn you that I'm not a I'm not a physical therapist I'm not a I'm not an expert when it comes to working out so I just I just enjoy working out I just enjoy exercise and sports in general so and so that completes this video about my quick workout I hope you enjoyed it and I hope it motivates you to get out and do some exercise thank you very much for watching and be sure to subscribe to the vlog for more videos like this and lots more food and I will see you on the next video
