[Music] hello everyone how are you doing this is mdtech here with another quick tutorial in today's tour she just had a hole resolved you're having an issue when you're trying to right-click on a file and then send to some male recipient and it's not working properly so this should hopefully be a pretty straightforward tutorial and without further ado let's go ahead and jump right into it so we're gonna start by opening up the Start menu type in file explorer best magical metal file explorer here so we're just going to go ahead and left click on that double-click on local disk and now double-click on the users folder select the View tab and then checkmark vs. hidden items double click on the default folder now you want to double click on app data roaming Microsoft Windows and then send to should be something this is meal we're sitting in here you just want to go right click on that and select copy and now go up to the top here and then just go back to where it says users and left global on that going to new whatever user account you're having the problem with double up on that double click on app data roaming double home Microsoft now windows and now go to send to now if you do not see a mail recipient item in here so just delete it out of here the original one and now we're gonna paste in the one that we copied from the default user folder so just right click in a blank area and this like paste once you've done that and they should be able to right click in and blank area of your desktop or on any particular file and there should be an option to send to so let's just create a word document so by right-click on it there should be an option to send to like I said and then if you had Outlook or something on your system you could just select it from this list so pretty che for process here guys do hope I was able to help you out and I do it forward to catching you all in the next tutorial goodbye
