hey everyone Alan here just want to give you a quick little golden nugget on how you can make your signature in your email callable and the reason why this came about was because I asked my virtual assistant and to make sure that when I emailed someone when they receive my email that they can literally click on my signature and immediately call me now not as easy as you think but she did a lot of great research so Big Ups to Anne for putting this together and making this happen not just for me but for all of you first things first though when you check your email when you open up your email as I've done here make sure that you have a white picket realty signature this is part of our branding our professionalism and the thing that keeps us all United when people see us from the outside in as people who take this very seriously and are committed to having a consistent brand now when you click on that it's going to ask you where it should go alright and you should see something there now to get to that link you're going to have to go to your settings so I'm going to click out of that go into email settings the little gear here at the top and I'm going to scroll down and it's going to say oh look signature settings alright I'm going to click on that and you'll notice that the link says te l : 8 3 2 +5 3 2 + 9 - 2 9 alright now you can change this and you can have it mail to someone mail to yourself or you can add a link and you can go directly to your webpage the way to link it though is by literally scrolling over it clicking the little link button there and it takes you to something that says edit link alright well now when you do that that's where you're going to type in your telephone number so te l : 8 3 2 3 2 + 5 3 2 + 9 2 2 9 now once you've got that set up when you go ahead and click on that and by the way it's + not - when you're when someone clicks on your picture they'll be able to call you alternatively one of the things that Anne found was that you can also just have it mail to you so if you wanted to mail - you're going to type male 2 : your email address and then when people click on that they'll be able to immediately have a link where they can mail to you otherwise you're going to type in te L your number with pluses in between just like it is here all right you can see it in this write up make sure that when you guys do that you take advantage of it by letting people know that they can immediately call you just by pressing on your signature again if you do not have a professional white picket realty signature right now is the time to get it set up make sure that all of your materials everything that you're sending out there to the world is professional and keeps us all consistently branded if you have any questions on what to do or how to do it feel free to reach out to me otherwise best of luck make sure you're using this awesome little golden nugget and feature don't forget to share something that you've learned what you're passionate about on social media so that you can continue being that magnet for people who want to buy sell or invest in real estate have a great day
