All documents require different different modes of proof in the eyes of law. Some documents like wills , powers of attorney etc mandatory require that they should be witnessed by two major witnesses . Some documents which do not fall in this clause and still be enforceable can be oral contracts or agreements in which case the onus of proof will be tough and surrounding circumstances and evidence should be strong to corroborate the same such as putting forth the reason as to why the same was oral and was not penned down and witnessed . Surrounding circumstantial evidence like proving the passing of consideration  has to be strictly proved as agreements and contracts without passing of consideration are void. For a safe agreement and contract the same should be in writing on appropriate value of stamp paper as prescribed in the state where the same is executed and the same should be witnessed by at least two witnesses and preferably got attested by a Notary Public so that the same may be more authentic as the Notarial attestation carries sanctity to the same which is accepted all over the world. Agreements and documents executed on plain paper are also acceptable in evidence . But to be read in evidence all documents so to be read in evidence are to be exhibited by the person who has executed or witnessed its execution. At the time of exhibiting the same in evidence the opposite party can raise an objection on account of non stamping or under stamping of the same. But this short coming can be legally got sorted out by depositing a penal amount on the unpaid or deficient stamp duty that it should   Have been written on. Here I would like to bring to your notice that short coming of deficiency of affixing stamp duty as required by the applicable under the law where the same is executed  can be covered in case of all documents except the stamp duty applicable in a Demand promissory not which defect can not be rectified under the provisions of any law in force. And this objection can be entertained at any stage of the litigation and the same shall be up held.

Common Scams in India:Scene 1: Aadhar mobile number update:Went to a private Aadhar e-seva kendra, filled form and was ready to submit. Assumed it’s going to be nominal charges for same. Lady said 300rs. I said bye bye.Went to e-seva kendra. This time all done. Lady asked for 50rs. I said I know its 25rs.She said “Sir we have to pay rent as well.”I said “As you are asking very less compared to others I will pay 50rs.”Felt bad about it later. Complained to UIDAI via twitter. Got reply that they will register an official complain and take necessary action.In addition to this its very common that these e-seva center charge anything between 100–300rs for new Aadhar registration(should be completely free) or update(nominal charge of 25rs). Saw it happening in one instance, raised my voice but no one supported. Seems everyone else was just wanted to get their work done and I was creating a nuisance.Scene 2: Mobile number portability:Went to Idea store. With commanding voice, I said “I am here for MNP”, as I was giving them a new customer. Got reply from lady “minimum recharge of 475rs will be needed for MNP”. I said “MNP charge is 19rs, what recharge I do after that is my choice”. But this lead to nothing. Left the store.Visited a local idea retailer. Inquired about MNP and he said 178rs minimum recharge. Didn’t want to argue again. Paid the money and left for home. Felt bad again, later complained to idea_cellular and TRAI via twitter. Still to receive a response.Even for mobile and Aadhar linking some retailers charge money, its supposed to be completely free.Scene 3: Flash Back - Last monthHad a bad mood and my train was about to leave. Thought some water could help. Went to stall and asked for two water bottles. Vendor asked for 40rs(20rs per bottle, MRP was 15rs). I became furious and scolded him left and right. Got my money back (10rs). Complained to local DRM via twitter. Got response that action will be taken and immediate fine of 500rs is charged to vendor.You see what I am trying to say, here in our country(not only our country) people always find a way to dig out money or more money by this means or another, many are aware of it but many just ignore it. I know I can’t be idealistic all the time but it disturbs me seeing people’s common lust for money around me.Call it a scam or whatever, but it’s part of our life, it’s more of a mindset and reflection of our ideologies.We might accept it, ignore it or fight against it.Sometimes it seems like endless cycle, because “We the people” always find innovative ways to scam each other.Take Care.PS. KFC - KFC people will not miss any opportunity to scam people. I had faced many instances previously and another one happened yesterday.Charged me extra without notifying me and refused to reverse the charges.I went to KFC in HSR layout. Wanted to eat a simple potato crisper. Ordered that and was TOLD that it is ₹45. Gave a 500 ₹ note. Cashier took 5–10 mins and delayed my order and then returned me ₹ 452 (not 455) saying that he has ₹10 note and not ₹5. I let it go because it was a small amount. Went to the table. While eating my food I noticed on screen display that same burger was ₹40 and not ₹45. I also noticed that these people had not given me the bill. Went back to the counter and asked for the bill. Response -”Sir, we threw away the bill. We cannot give it because it is in dustbin somewhere.” I thought something is fishy and still insisted. If not original give me duplicate bill. Lo and behold - 5 mins later the original crumpled bill was present on the counter. And what I noticed is that I have been charged ₹5 extra. Here is the picture.I asked why the 5 extra and they said it is for some hope foundation.Me: That's ok but why is it charged without asking me.KFC:Sir, this is for hope foundation.Me: but WHY is it charged without asking me??KFC: ?????????Me: please reverse the charges. I want my money back. (I was angry because they had done it without my permission)KFC: Sir we cannot do that since bill has already been generated. Photos were uploaded on Twitter and again the same sorry response from KFC.Beware people.Another point-one customer was not happy with his chicken since it was not hot at the bottom of his tub. He had eaten the top pieces. KFC person took the chicken piece from his half eaten tub and kept it BACK WITH THE OTHERS and gave him fresh ones. If this guy was diseased I am pretty sure some other people would be sick after eating the KFC soiled food.

I was tested at 180 when I was 14. They thought I was actually learning disabled because I didn't go to class and I was failing all my subjects. Actually, I had high As in all subjects, I just didn't meet attendance criteria hence the failing grades. I didn't need to be physically present in the classroom the whole week to score 100 on the tests. I just absorb, I guess. I've found out that a score of 180 isn't even properly tested by almost any conventional testing methods.After 3 freshman years and a senior year, I began to notice that everything and everyone seemed a little bit, “off.” I started sitting by myself in the dark for hours, oftentimes crying or fuming with anger. I didn't understand anything that was going on. I made my first attempt at suicide when I was 19. I overdosed on Seroquel. I have since tried at least 9 more times. I have endured 8 hospitalizations, ranging from 3 days to 16 days.When I was in my mid 20’s, I was made aware of a government program known as the Bureau for Vocational Rehabilitation. The BVR. They specialize in testing and diagnosing people with SPMIs (severe persistent mental illness) like me. They offer jobs with businesses that are a little easy on their attendance policy, or will ease up when you are referred by the BVR. They can pay, or help pay, for job training or even help matriculate. They sent me to their doctors, my whole life, DOCTORS DOCTORS DOCTORS. The gentleman that was my liaison, Dave, asked what I wanted to do. I said, “ I would really like to go to O.S.U. for astrophysics.” I thought he was gonna fall over and die, right there. He said,” That seems a bit much. We will get your testing done and you will need to be fully screened by (another) psychologist,” I took tests in record time he told me. A week later he called my wife AT WORK, to tell her that in his 20 years doing this, he's never seen scores even close. They WILL send me to O.S.U., for astrophysics. Hell, they WILL pay 97% of my tuition to be,( you ready for this? ) a ‘career’ student. All I have to do is contact 4 currently employed astrophysicists, one can be a professor but the rest have to be employed at private or government facilities. I have to ask 5–10 meaningful questions without approaching any salary inquiries. That was it. 4 people, 5–10 questions each. 97% of infinite Ohio State University schooling. PhD after PhD on my wall. I didn't call one.As a blind man has acute hearing and deaf people can ‘feel' music, I'm opposite. Parts of my brain are on overload ALL THE TIME. Other parts suffer. I'm a walking PDR. My memory isn't eidetic, though. Hyperthymesia is term.That's my I.Q. horror story. To be honest, I don't see an upside to it. It's crippling. I can't work. Not gonna say I've been with hundreds of girls or anything, but I've never not had at least one girl. I have a howitzer for a right arm, I have short legs for my height which makes low center of gravity so I'm real hard to tackle. I can draw. I remember stuff that people don't expect me to, so they feel I paid attention to whatever they were saying. That comes in very handy.Well, all my smarts haven't gotten me anything but 2 prison numbers for trafficking and possession of heroin, fentanyl and carfentanil. Most people think I'm strange or weird. I'm socially awkward at times. I have irrational fear of large bodies of water. My OCDs get out of hand sometimes. I'm a light switch when it comes to my daily moods. I'm an asshole fr. I've been told that I'm an intimidating person to talk to. I talk how I talk and people just don't quite get it sometimes. I know that there are people who can converse with me. Over me, as a matter of fact. I'd just teach myself whatever they knew and we'd be level. Nothing as far as math or sciences challenge me. I've got an excellent grasp of the English language. I can just make some shit up and make people believe it's real by making it sound so logical that you would be ashamed that it hadn't occurred to you on your own. My ex-wife calls it Craig logic. Cognitive impairment psychosis really puts a spin on reality. I do honestly perceive the whole world and all the people who inhabit it, wrong. Differently than everyone else. Visual and auditory hallucinations are common, almost daily. I don't even ask people if they see it or hear it anymore.That's it, I guess. Anyone approaching an I.Q. that is considered unmeasurable, is in a position to suffer the same way I have. Some days I just want to die, not because life is hard, no. I want to expire myself because the people who love me would get over the loss easier and with less adverse effects then if they have to suffer with me. I lie in bed at night and I pray to the higher power that has to be there, that I won't have to wake up. Please God, can I just sleep? Forever? So, if you or a loved one are showing signs of exceptional intelligence, logic and reasoning, I honestly recommend that they, or you, get some mental health services. The earlier the better IMHO. Now, I do understand that a higher I.Q. is extremely advantageous, I just believe TOO high is worse than under 120. Some people seem to confuse high I.Q. test score with real intelligence. A 200 would be as shallow as a dollar store wading pool if there was no education. I.Q. test scores show an individuals capacity for learning. Reasoning, memory,and logical thinking are the traits the tests look for. I was told by more than one professional in the field that the higher the I.Q., the more depressed, lonely, dissociative, lazy, lethargic etc…one becomes. Idk if anyone with an average or slightly elevated I.Q. understands what I mean when I talk about 3 voices. Idk if anyone understands what it's like to never have had a moment of peace IN THEIR ENTIRE LIFE. I'm not paraphrasing. It's not a metaphor. It's not an exaggeration.
