quality eSignature solution for small business

What do you like best?

We needed a basic eSignature solution that would be cost effective. We don’t need complex logic or much automation since our volume is low. The User Interface design is easy to use and quick. Also it sends us email notifications immediately when we get the docs signed. The reason why we went with airSlate SignNow over other competitors such as DocuSign is that the cost is lower but it has similar features. DocuSign is a huge name and my thinking is they spend a lot on advertising and charge a lot for their high quality service (kind of like Apple). airSlate SignNow made the most sence for us due to the feature comparison vs these other bigger name solutions.

Frequently asked questions

Learn everything you need to know to use airSlate SignNow eSignatures like a pro.

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

You must have Acrobat Reader installed on your machine or else Adobe Reader will not display this document and will not be able to download it. If you are not using Acrobat then the most likely error is: "The Document Object Model for .pdf files does not support opening and reading of this type of attachment." What can I do? What do I do when you say I need to do some conversions? There are a few possible things to do with this. You can try one of the following. 1) You can convert the .pdf into text (not text only). Or you can convert it into a .dwg (Document type document or .doc or .txt document). That would give you a .docx file, and you may be able to do some further processing on it if it's not text only. 2) You can use Adobe Acrobat to open and print the .pdf. What is an Adobe Acrobat document? This one is a free program that you can download for your pc or mac. It uses Acrobat Reader to open .pdf files. What is Acrobat Reader? Adobe's free program to open and print PDF/PS files. Adobe offers a free version of this program. But you must have Adobe Reader installed for it to open and print a PDF file. How to convert pdf to digitally sign a pdf?

Is it possible to make a pdf-signature on a document without leaving any identifying information? Yes. How it works: Download and install the free Adobe Reader 7 or 8 free program. Download the signature pdf and open it with Adobe Reader. Go to File, Open (or use File, Save). Then, click on File, Print. (If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download it free on the Adobe website.) Make sure you print out (or download and import) everything as a PDF file in a folder on your computer. Now you have the digital signature that has the signature info from Adobe Reader in it. Now the signature can be sent to your printer to print or used digitally. You can also use the digital signature to prove that you did not alter the document when you printed it. See below for other options. Printing with the PDF-Signature The signature is on the back of the page, so it's easy to see. When you are done printing, remove the printed part from the page and make sure that it was in the same place as when it was printed. Make sure to make some notes on the back to keep track of what was printed from the signature. You can keep a copy for proofreading your signature, to prove that your signature was original, or to make a digital copy to print again. If you have made a digital copy of a signature file, you can print it again to get a new signature. You do not need to keep the original file in case you need to use it again.
