[Music] shauna [Music] okay there are like seven main documents or same main sheets or documents like i said the first place within a loan package that you really need to know or focus or get familiarized these are you know once you did i say around eight or nine loan signings after you do about eight or nine you'll kind of have these like down packed memorized by by your heart by heart or whatever so i'm gonna tell you real quick just those seven if you can focus on just these seven like the rest of the package should kind of be a breeze for you not a breeze but you know a breeze you kind of like him you know wiggle your way around the rest if you know at least these seven so the first one is a settlement statement a settlement statement is just basically a document that shows you all of the statement charges involved in the loan the second one right there for you is your notice right to cancel which is just a document that allows the borrower to cancel their loan within like three days so that's really important they they feel more at ease when they know oh they're not locked into this they still have three business days among you to cancel and sunday is not considered a business day sunday and holidays so then there's the deal of trust that's number three the trust or the mortgage either way what you want to say it's basically it gives the lender uh interest in the signers property then there's the promisionary note or real estate note and this just says basically how much the borrower has borrowed and then there's the escrow disclosure and the escrow's disclosure is basically just a document that involves their escrow account held by the lender that's all you need to really know about that you don't need to go in detail if they start asking you like detailed questions you say yo we're going to stop and you can call your lender because i ain't here for that of course you don't say it like that but i'm just you know exaggerating okay and then there's the truth and lending document statement and this just explains all the closing costs about the loan and then last the first payment letter which is basically self-explanatory it's the paperwork that explains your first payment when your first payment is due so if you know those seven like if you familiarize yourself with those seven the rest of the documents even if you don't know them by heart you can kind of wiggle your way through like you know uh so those seven memorize those learn those at least you should be golden like i say this a lot all the information i'm giving you is free and then also i will link any additional resources and information you want to know down below just check the description box because why pay for information when you can get it for free so check the link down below and i'm out you
