What is the most asked question on Quora (by the number of questions merged into it)?
As someone who writes mostly technology-related answers, I see the following question so much it makes me want to tear my hair out:“Can iCloud Activation Lock be Bypassed?”For those who don’t know, Apple devices that have an iCloud account active on them with Find My iPhone enabled will lock the device to that Apple ID even if it is restored to factory defaults. This is designed to prevent thievery, since stolen devices (typically iPhones) are useless without the Apple ID password they are locked with to unlock it. It is incredibly common for people to sell devices without removing the lock beforehand (likely because they don’t know it exists, or how to remove it) or because it is stolen. Either way, the lock cannot be bypassed without that password… but that doesn’t stop everyone and their mother from asking if it can be done as if the rules somehow don’t apply to them.Instead of viewing the answers on an existing question, or even asking new people to answer that existing question, they make a new one. Every. Single. Time. Quora is absolutely flooded with these questions, and I get A2A requests for them more than anything else.

Why do people get a lot of piercings?
As long as we are ready to acquiesce that people do the same thing for various different reasons, I’m ready to talk. I’ll start with myself. As they say, charity begins at home, and though I wouldn’t indulge in so much of self-adulation as saying writing answers on Quora is akin to doing charity, I thought I’d start with myself. To start with, I got pierced without having any say on the matter. My mother, asked my maternal aunt, to take me to the doctor and I got pierced in both ears. They say I cried a lot. I have no memory of it. And since I wasn’t capable of expressing my thoughts via language and widely understood formats of communication, they wouldn’t even ask for my approval..... and I couldn’t do much about it other than crying my lungs out.I was less than 1 year old. So that part was involuntary. Therefore, some people get pierced because it’s ritualistic and cultural to do so. My brother wasn’t subject to this involuntary treatment. We have the same parents. However, my husband got his ear pierced. In his teenage years.Considering that he was able to express his wish, I wouldn’t term it as involuntary. My husband got his ear pierced as part of the ritual to be a Brahmin (an upper caste in India). Brahmins males have to go through a ceremony by which they hang a collection of threads across their bodies like a sash held by beauty queens, and in this ceremony of getting that thread, they have to get their left ear pierced.Since he doesn’t wear an earring (and doesn’t wear that thread either), his piercing got closed. This part of the story would attribute piercing to ritualistic and religious reasons, and membership to group affiliations. When I was 30, I decided to get my eyebrows pierced. This time it was voluntary.I had always wanted an eyebrow piercing. I wish there was some deep, personal stories to talk about as background factors of this want, but unfortunately, there isn’t. I just thought I’d look good in it. It was part of my fashion sense or aesthetic sense. Just like wearing make-up……with the difference of it being jewelry, like wearing a ring or a pendent:........like wearing conspicuous blue eye-shadow.I was quite specific that I'd get an eyebrow piercing and not a nose piercing (as is common in my culture and country—India), though I’d frequently wear fake nose rings.......as shown below:..........along with black lip gloss. So even though I wanted to wear a nose ring, I never wanted to get a nose piercing. Therefore, the reasons to get a piercing could or could not align with the reasons of wearing jewelry; I can wear nose jewelry without piercing my nose, but I can’t wear eyebrow jewelry without piercing (as far as I know). One reason doesn't account for all, and furthermore, one reason doesn't account for the same individual in the same lifetime. The fact that I was 30 years of age when I got my eyebrow pierced, can safely remove the possibility of the need to get a piercing as a sign of teenage rebellion. I haven’t wanted any other form of piercing and still don’t want any, in the foreseeable future. Moving on from the narcissistic brand of telling stories, let's turn our gaze onto the world, keeping in mind that one or more combination of reasons could account for getting piercings. There are many studies that attribute the reasons of getting a piercing to the following: Personal narratives of reclaiming the body whereby piercings tend to have a self-healing effectNeed for self-mutilationSelf-expressionPhysical Endurance of pain and strengthResistance (to parents or other subcultures)Spirituality and cultural traditionGroup affiliations and commitment Sexual motivations, andHaving no specific reasonsYou can start with this paper: Wohlrab, S; J Stahl & PM Kappeler. What forms of delayed retaliation and revenge have you experienced from a narcissist after going no contact?
Going no contact with a narcissist is a must and takes back power from them.Because you stood your ground and taken back power you’ve taken away their control. As control freaks they will now seek revenge.Anything petty is expected and it can turn nasty, you’ve caused a narcissistic injury and they now see you as all bad in their black and white thinking. The things they first found attractive in you are now the things they despise about you. They will seek to destroy you and cause you pain, often they will become obsessed with revenge.Posting pictures of new supplies, trying to ruin you financially, passive aggressive comments, smear campaigns, all go to tools for the narcissist. You’ve taken control and the power they had over you is no more, they now see you as something that must now be pulled down.To them now everything is a competition they must appear to be doing better than you, they’ve appeared to be something they’re not all their lives so appearing to be happy is easy for them as they literally live a lie. They seek to destroy you because they’re jealous of you, jelousy and envy go hand in hand, they must hide the jealous they have so they mask it with hate, they become so envious that they seek to destroy the traits and things you have because they will never have it themselves.Always remember they hate you because they envy you

What are the innovative decisions taken by Delhi AAP Government, which makes them different from other parties?
Although there have been many policy changes, many ways to stop corruptions, many arrests in case of corruption, this question seeks certain innovative decisions, not particularly related to better administration, but out of the box initiatives.Hence I would skip the usual stuff and come to the one which blew my mind, and has the potential to change the health sector across the country:1. The Aam Aadmi ClinicUsually a dispensary is built by Rs 20 Million / 2 Crore. However, these Aam Aadmi Clinics are being built in a frugal budget of Rs 1.5 Million / 15 Lakh. One thing apart from the frugal budget and the nice output that I like about this particular clinic is that ramp at the left. Most health facilities in India miss that.A view from inside: 1,000 such clinics are planned all over Delhi and 500 such clinics are planned in current fiscal year. The plan is to reduce the load and on bigger hospitals. There is a waiting room, a doctor's room and a pharmacy as well, which distributes free medicines. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art blood testing facility. A gynaecologist and paediatrician will visit the clinic once every week, besides regular doctors posted at these clinics. Ambulance services will be arranged so that if any patient is referred from these clinics to hospitals there is a facility to take him or her there. As of now, 180-200 patients visit this particular facility every day.More discussion on these clinics has taken place on Quora at What are the pros and cons of the Neighbourhood Clinics launched by the AAP government in Delhi? 2. Crowd-Sourcing the Yearly BudgetThis year, Mohalla Sabhas (community discussions) were done in 11 constituencies in Delhi. Not only that, people from industry were also consulted. The end result, the final budget impressed everyone, and shut the mouths of the cynics and the critics. The accolades came from CII - CII CEOs on Delhi BudgetThe members also appreciated the Government for incorporating many of recommendations and suggestions submitted by CII Nobel Laurette Kailash Satyarthi - Kailash Satyarthi on Twitter From industry to child activists, eveyone loved the budget. Not only was the budget for Education and Health sector hiked, the cash strapped MCD was also given adequate money to fix itself (I think this is the last chance for MCD).Read Ten Highlights From Aam Aadmi Party's First Delhi Budget 3. Redesigning Delhi RoadsDelhi already has a huge road network and the width of the roads is also decent enough. Still it continues to battle with the traffic issues. To counter that, it has been decided that a better use of available road space would be done, instead of building new flyovers.1,260km of Delhi roads to be redesignedThe target is ZERO fatalities on the road as well. The BRTS was also scrapped, which was only adding to more chaos in the city and it is being planned from scratch now. AAP is focussing more on better design, rather than taking up a haphazard approach. The new BRTS is being planned at Rs 20-30 Crore per KM, against the older one which was built at Rs 50 Crore per KM.The height of the foothpath would also be reduced to 6 inches, when the current foothpaths are much higher. The plan is to add the cycle tracks as well, widen the footpaths and ensure that the public transport is given the priority.4. Bus MarshalsMuch has been talked about the women's security, or a lack of it in Delhi. An initiative to make at least the bus ride safe for women of the city is done by deploying bus marshals in DTC buses. Delhi government to deploy 4,000 marshals in city busesAlso, CCTV cameras have already been installed in 200 buses as of now and more buses would be covered as well in the future. 5. Power from unconventional sourcesDelhi doesn't generate power and has to buy from other states. In order to counter this, the AAP government is taking initiative in few areas.Solar Power: There have been few developments in this area:AAP Government Plans to Install Solar Panel on Roofs of Bus Shelters: A target to generate 1000 MW from Bus Shelters in next 5 years has been set.Delhi: Discoms buy solar power from rooftop units: Not directly under the Delhi government, with Delhi government being a stakeholder at 49%, the DISCOMs are now going to buy solar power from rooftop units. The two BSES on Monday said they had already started net-metering at six locations in the city — four residential and one commercial building in south Delhi and a school in the east. It would save them Rs 3,000 to Rs 32,000 a month. Delhi Jal Board commissions first hydropower plant - Think about power being generated out of the effluent coming out of the sewage treatment plants! And it produces produce 20,000 kWh of electricity per year! That's how innovative this AAM government in Delhi is.“It is a pilot project which has been set up free-of-cost. We are also exploring the possibility of replication of this ‘Green Power Generation’ at other installations as well”Also, there are plans to create many garbage to electricity plants across Delhi, however a feasibility study is going on, if it should be done on a large scale.6. Toilet to Tap WaterNot that it is being done for the first time anywhere, however what the catch in this news is that the water to the Delhi Secretariat would now be supplied from the Toilet-To-Tap water treatment plans. CM Kejriwal drinks treated raw sewage water“Similar plants in every colony would do away with the need to have sewer pipelines and water pipelines to transport them to big plants. Water can be produced from raw sewage at the local level at small plants such as this”The plan is to build a large number of such small plants across the city, perhaps in every colony, so that there would not be any need to have sewer pipelines and water pipelines to transport them to big plants. The idea is very ambitious, however if it is implemented successfully, it can change the face of the city.7. Delhi to be the first e-StateCome 2016, and there won't be any paper work being done inside the Delhi Government ministries. The government has approved the e-office plan and it would be implemented by December. This would streamline the processes better, introduce transparency, remove corruption and expedite the processesDelhi to be first state to go paperless in all govt departments“Delhi will be the first state to implement e-office in all its departments. In the first phase, it will be implemented in 15 departments. Simultaneously, all other departments and their attached offices will also start necessary preparations for its implementation. In these 15 departments, there will be no physical movement of files from December 1,” an official said. Wait, there is more to it. Remember that every MLA (and MP) gets certain amount of funds for local area development? Do you know what happens to them? Most of us don't.All this information would be soon available online as well - Now monitor Delhi MLA projects onlineThe online application, hosted at Welcome to the MLALAD, has been developed by the 'Delhi e- Governance Society' and will be coordinated by the newly- formed body Delhi Urban Development Authority (DUDA)Also, now acquiring government certification for marriage, income, domicile, caste, nationality, birth and death will soon be replaced by a virtual experience on the e-district platform in Delhi - Govt papers now just a click awayMore on the e-State initiative, the Delhiites get e-locker for papersCitizens can now digitally store revenue department certificates as well as identification documents including Aadhaar, voter ID and driving licence. The portal is accessible on smartphone and a mobile app is also on the way. Users may upload documents and place digitally-signed certificates in the locker. Once a file is processed and certificate generated, the locker is the space where it goes to by default. The user can access his document through the unique password issued at the time of registration Of course, all this would be very handy with the free WiFi coming up at various schools, colleges and 1000 select places soon, but that is already a given.Delhi would soon be the first state to fulfill the Indian dream of Digital India!8. EducationSchools, colleges, argh!! We all have been through the abysmal condition of the public schools in the country. I was lucky enough to study in a Central school, but it was not all that rosy as well. I remember seeing the roof of my school blown away after heavy rains and winds once. My wife still laughs her heart out listening to it.We don't want to send our kids to government schools. Municipality schools are a strict no-no for us. I don't have to mention that the government schools in much of Europe are awesome. However, I was surprised to know that even in case of USA, people prefer government schools than private schools.AAP, unlike all other parties, steeply hiked the education budget by 106%, as I mentioned above. Apart from that, there have been other developments as well:The Education department has decided that it will now monitor all nursery schools and playschools running on private land as well - Playschools on private land to be monitored Education dept has introduced skills training in high school. Besides Academic degree, student will pass out with skills degree47-50 new schools were planned to be built this fiscal year, however recently CM Arvind Kejriwal announced that the work for 236 schools have already startedNSIT has been upgraded to a university now - Cabinet approves varsity status for NSIT - The Times of IndiaCCTV cameras are being installed in the schools of Delhi. That would improve both discipline in the government schools and the quality of education as well - Install CCTV cameras, schools toldThere cannot be any illegal demands from the parents from the schools and the Delhi Government has been very strict on this - School donation: Parents get help to report illegal demand. Not just that, Action Against Delhi Schools if Parents Not Allowed Mobiles Education dept has introduced skills training in high school. Besides Academic degree, student will pass out with skills degree.AAP govt offers higher education loans to studentsThe scheme is being introduced to help students who wish to pursue higher education. A loan of up to Rs. 10 lakh will be given by the bank with the government as a guarantor. The student will get a gap year after completing his/her education, after which the repayment period of the loan has been earmarked at 15 years. The interest rate will be 2% in addition to the base rate offered by the bank. The scheme also has a mandatory insurance with a varying premium. In order to help the kids of construction workers with better education, the Delhi Government gave Rs 15 Crore to the Education ministry to help with the education of children of 26,451 registered construction labourers, who are studying in 266 schools of the city. Also a database of these kids is being prepared for the last fiscal. - Delhi Government Announces Increase in Aid for Construction Workers I just couldn't stop myself when it came to education. There are many good initiatives to make education not only affordable but also of a better quality. Investing in our kids is supposedly the best investment indeed.9. Employment GenerationFor all the schemes, life is miserable if you don't have a job to do. There have been many initiatives by AAP government, which sadly other governments are not taking, to provide employment to the youth:Apart from the initial plan of backlog of 20k posts to be cleared by year-end, the Delhi government has been holding job summit as well - Delhi government to hold a large-scale job summit. After the job summit in the first two weeks of August, which gave jobs to 2000 people - 2000 people get offer letters, Delhi govt to organise 2nd job summit soon. However a true boost to employment generation can only come from private sector, and for that there have been many tax reliefs, plus a boost to women entrepreneurs - Kejriwal assures help to women entrepreneurs. Also, VAT procedures have been simplified - VAT made trader-friendly, tax form deadline extended.10. Fight against Drugs MenaceLet's face it. Only AAP MLAs have been the ones which have been mercilessly bashed for their fight agains the drug menace that has occupied many parts of Delhi. In 2014 it was Somnath Bharti, in 2015 it is Alka Lamba. Local friends tell me that drug peddlers have fled the Malviya Nagar area, and the fight against drugs by AAP carries on. They can be abused as drama-queens, but the truth is that they are sincere. Read Delhi, Drugs And Alka Lamba - Time To Defame AAP! to know more about the Alka Lamba case.11. Curbing PricesI thought of writing 5 points, then thought of writing 10, now this is the 11th one. I promise this is the last as of now. When the whole country was crying over the onions, the AAP government at Delhi was the only one which was able to first provide some relief, and then substantial relief by its sincere efforts.Although the initial 250 or so government outlets for onions were inadequate, later, by getting more onions, it was able to control the price of onion below 50 - Delhi govt starts mobile vans to ease onion prices. When the onion was cheap, the AAP government had bought in bulk (I think at Rs 19/-) and later it sold at a price of 30 via its 250 outlets. Hence the onion was not really subsidised as well. That's it for now! Phew ... I would add if anything new comes across.

What symptoms did you notice before being diagnosed with cancer?
I have a different story but won't be surprised if there are others out there like me. I had all the symptoms and just explained them all away.I started getting tired. At weekends, I would even take an entire day to clean up the house - no kidding and my partner would take pity on me and at a stage he began to do all the cooking and cleaning. My routine was to clean one toilet, then rest, clean a room, rest. It's no wonder he decided to do it all. I would fall asleep at the drop of a hat whilst we were watching a movie or just sitting on the couch after a day at work. My partner would encourage me to have a check up and I'll tell him all working mothers with a new toddler are busy and therefore it was my new norm and that any reasonable doctor would ask me to slow down and rest. So I assumed I was working too hard and thus, I cut down on my hours.I was losing weight and I cried, “oh thank goodness! My dieting is FINALLY working!” For a new mum wanting to lose her flabs after two stubborn years post-pregnancy, I was in second heaven and even used to give tips to work colleagues and friends on how (I thought) I'd lost my weight. You don't even want to know the funniest tip of all.. What a fool I was..I would get breathless whilst walking up the stairs; my knees will hurt like MAD when I knelt down to pick up things or play with toddler and and I would say to myself, “golly Annie, you sure need to renew your membership with a gym somewhere…anywhere! Your dieting is not enough; you're out of shape, girl”.So it continued until we started planning for another baby few months later. I did fall pregnant pretty quickly - within three weeks of the decision. It was then I found out I had a blood cancer during a routine baby-related check.. although I lost that baby, that pregnancy saved my life because without that child, I would surely have died as I am so stubborn and used to have the philosophy that one shouldn't bother with doctors unless it was ‘serious’ and I didn't count tiredness or breathlessness as serious. Indeed, weight loss was a blessing!I will never forget that phone call from the hospital asking me to come in after I'd had my bloods taken. The circumstances of the blood being taken so early was itself a miracle and only because I pushed for them to be taken as I didn't want to take time off work to return to the doctors!I was found to be producing almost 100 times more white blood cells than the normal human being. There was no doubt about it, I'd have fallen and collapsed to death in weeks if it wasn't discovered when it was. After many years of treatment I'm only now in remission.. I count myself blessed and I thank God every day for that pregnancy. My health is not perfect and I still take a tablet every day but I rather be here than dead and for that, I am grateful. [edit: I should also add for completeness that two years later, I went on to have a miracle baby despite being told my medication would kill off fertility and/or cause deformities. It was a difficult pregnancy but, here I am]. Also, I am still working and continuing with life only that I still do get tired but nowhere near the crazy type of tiredness pre-diagnosis.Go check yourself if your body is behaving differently. Some cancer symptoms are like the flu symptoms but if they don't go away, you might be staring at something bigger than you think.Good luck…

What are some “Wait, what?” moments that you’ve had with your child’s school?
My daughter's teacher sent out a sheet before the beginning of the school year with $150 worth of “required supplies” that included pencils, erasers, notebook paper, folders, glue, crayons, markers, Kleenex, sanitizer, chalk, and so on. Many of these items were duplicated and it ran up the amount.Okay … this seemed excessive and some of the items on the list seemed to me to be the school's responsibility, but I dutifully picked them up.First day: My daughter comes home after school and tells me that the first thing her teacher did was have all the kids place all their “required” items in the middle of the floor and the teacher then divided everything equally, so that nearly half of my child’s supplies went to other students whose parents had not sent anything.Needless to say, I was miffed by this. Suffice to say I’d had other issues with this instructor and others in her “clique” at the school in the past. I was half expecting something like this to occur.Second day: I took the day off and went into school with my daughter. I sent her to class and went to the Principal's office. I informed her that I was livid about what this teacher had done, and I demanded the return of the property I had purchased for my child, and I demanded a written apology from the instructor be sent out to all parents with an explanation of why what she had done was wrong. I insisted that this would happen or my next three phone calls would be to: 1. The local police to have the instructor brought up on charges of robbery; 2. The Superintendent of Schools to let them know I would be filing suit in civil court; 3. The local newspapers to ensure that there was media coverage of everything.Of course she initially didn’t take me seriously. She tried to brush me off claiming I was overreacting and that this was no big deal. So I called the police department and had a car dispatched. I held off on the other calls for the moment.Keep in mind that I come from a family of cops and at the time was Safety Commissioner of the City this occurred in. I knew most of the cops in the city. When the officer arrived and I explained the situation, she turned to the Principal and explained that this was not a “petty theft” issue at worst (as the Principal had been asserting). Almost quoting from the statute she said something like: robbery, in contrast to theft, is a taking of property that does involve person-to-person interaction with force, intimidation, and/or coercion. That robbery of any amount was considered a felony and that the principal could be considered an accessory after the fact if I chose to press charges. This immediately changed the course of the conversation. I got my apology, other parents got their explanation and apology (turns out this instructor had her own welfare system going where she would tell certain families that the supplies were taken care of), my child got her items back, the instructor was forced to end her little Socialist experiment and ended up leaving the District halfway through the second trimester. Lists had to be approved from then on and were about $30.***EDIT***Many comments bring up the point that these kids “had nothing”. Not so. There are already several programs in place that get school supplies to kids and the PTA sends out requests for donations which we had already given to. My point was that it wasn’t the job of the teacher to do this, or to spread the lesson that kids should believe it is right to have things that their parents had given them taken from them without the knowledge or permission of the parents. My tax dollars are already paying the third highest per-pupil funding in the nation. Education takes up 28% of all spending in Minnesota, and we are the 4th highest tax rate state. This does not include local referendums that are voted on (and usually passed) on the ballot by school district. Those things are paid for by the schools here.If “extra” is needed there are requests that go out at the beginning of every trimester. This list was “required” not “requested”.***EDIT Part Deux***Thanks for the 1000+ upvotes! Long live parental rights!***EDIT: The Final Chapter***First answer with 2000 upvotes! I didn’t expect that. Thanks!

What do pro-choicers think of third-trimester abortions?
First, the child has a “head and limbs and everything” much, much earlier than the third trimester. So if the criteria is that a fetus with “a head and limbs and everything” should not be aborted, the period of time when abortion is okay would have to be before 8 or 9 weeks or even earlier, depending on your perception of what constitutes a “head and limbs”. The little buds and the little webbed looking hands are seen by 8 weeks, along with the large (seemingly) misshapen head that will envelope the amazing human brain.I personally believe that the fetus is not conscious until around the 24th week of pregnancy. (I came up with this general time frame from reading about neurology, consciousness, and fetal development; a complex topic that I won’t detail here.) I don’t believe the fetus feels pain when aborted before about the 22nd week. Although it is heart-wrenching to watch images of the fetus (reflexively) attempting to escape abortionist tools. They jerk and pull away, as all living things seek to preserve their lives. However, as I said elsewhere, that to me being unconscious does not mean a living being does not have rights. I recently had surgery and was unconscious for the procedure. I could have been terminated and not felt it or known about it, but that wouldn’t have made it morally right.Very few abortions are done in the third trimester. Few doctors will do them. When they do occur it is often because the fetus is so seriously deformed and would not survive the birth process anyway. (But since your question is about having a head and limbs, we needn’t stick to the last trimester in our discussion.)Abortion is not legal throughout all three trimesters in most states. Many states have limits of between 20 to 24 weeks, some even earlier. But even at 12 weeks, yes, there is a very human-looking being with a little head, arms and legs and visible, although still ambiguous, genitals.I don’t know what “pro-choice” people think about very late abortions. Some may have an arbitrary timeline in their own mind as towhen the baby is too human to deprive of its life, and others follow the “gospel of choice”. The gospel of choice is that any and all rights an unborn person has are null and void because the rights of the mother trump them. Once the infant is born and takes a breath, then and only then can humanity be ascribed to them. Here is an interesting video in which a (former) fetus speaks of surviving an abortion attempt:I must say, I am suspicious of your claim to be pro-choice. Forgive me if I am incorrect in my suspicions. Frequently, posters on this forum will pose as pro-choice and ask innocent questions meant to provoke the discussion on Quora. It is futile to try to dissuade most pro-choicers with these ethics questions.Of interest, there are many former pro-choice warriors who have struggled with the issue and have jumped the fence. Notable is Dr. Bernard Nathanson, the abortionist who may have done more than anyone else to make abortion legal as one of the key figures in the work of the National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws. (NARAL) . His turnaround was so radical that he went from an atheist to a Catholic and spent his remaining years fighting abortion. I have not been able to find online recently his breathless deathbed plea for unborn life, but this obituary provides his perspective. B. N. Nathanson, 84, Dies; Changed Sides on AbortionOther well-known figures include the “Roe” of “Roe versus Wade”’ Norma McCorvey, who changed her mind and spent decades as a prolife activist Norma McCorvey on becoming pro-life (1998) - CNN Videoand Abby Johnson, the former director of a Planned Parenthood. AbortionWorkerOf course, these mind-changes have no effect on discussion with true-believing pro-choice people; such people are seen only as turncoats. If the “gospel of choice” community responds at all, it is usually in the form of attack or attempts to discredit those who have jumped the fence. For those who have a grain of doubt in their position, who are troubled by the fetal attempt to squirm away from a sharp tool, then perhaps the reasons these pro-choice icons became turncoats may be interesting. But they will not interest those who have no doubts.I will provide here links to two videos showing fetal life. One is a miscarriage, and the other is labelled as an abortion. I don’t believe the moving fetus is an abortion, despite the claims of the person who posted it. The medical personnel are speaking a language I don’t understand, but you can hear tones of sadness as they discuss the little fetus, and further the fetus is not damaged in anyway, so likely this is footage of a natural miscarriage. This is graphic, but not gory, it is merely a fetus moving a little bit as it dies because it cannot live outside the womb. This fetus is too young to try to breathe or have any pain or consciousness. I am estimating that it was born early in the second trimester. If you are sensitive, it may be too alarming to watch. I am sorry about the banner “Abortion is Murder” and so on. but this is the only video that shows the miscarriage of a fetus of this age that I can find. I don’t think all the “murder” talk and the accusations help the discussion. Anyway, this is not a third trimester baby by any stretch of the imagination. It is likely 14 to 16 weeks and yes, there is a head and legs.I want to also add that I don’t think that reversing the Supreme Court decision regarding the right of women to terminate their pregnancies will help anything at this point.I am more interested in being free to talk about human life with those who have doubts and to explore addressing the cultural effects of the legalization of abortion. For instance, there are movements such as Feminists for Life and other secular prolife movements who offer a different perspective from the religious dissenters and the “gospel of choice” movement. secularprolifeYes, the Supreme Court has spoken. But no law has been enacted that prevents thoughtful people from re-examining and conversing about the disquieting questions that the theme of abortion gives rise to.
