They are:Class I DSC – Individuals get it for validating the email identification of the users and in situations where risk is minimal and here the signature is stored in software.Class II DSC – Business organizations or individuals use this digital signature certificate to validate the information given by the subscriber in the application against the information available in a trusted consumer database and in other such situations where security risk is moderate. In this case a hardware cryptographic device is used for storing the signature.Class III DSC – This digital certificate is directly issued by the signNowing authority and it is required that the person applying for DSC must be present at the signNowing authority’s premises and prove his/her identity in front of the authority and the security risk involved in this case is very high. In this case also a hardware cryptographic device is used for storing the signature. How to get a Digital Signature?A licensed authority also called as Certification Authority (CA) that has been granted the license to issue digital signature certificates by the Government of India can issue digital signature certificate under the Information Technology Act 2000. You should pay a specified fee and submit certain documents for obtaining DSC from CA. The e-KYC documents will fetch your DSC on the same day from CA. The documents are:Self-attested PAN card as identity proof.Voter ID card or driving license or passport or latest utility bill as address proof. The Necessity of Digital Signature CertificatesFor e-filing of the income tax returns by any individual, the Government of India has made it mandatory to affix digital signatures to the income tax returns documents. The receiver can easily execute the information in the document without worrying about the document being forged. What is the Validity of Digital Signature Certificates? The digital signature certificates in India issued by licensed signNowing authority approved by Ministry of Information & Technology are valid in India as per the ‘Information Technology Act 2000’. The DSC’s come with an explicit starting date & explicit expiration date. Usually the expiration time for standard digital signature certificates issued by CA will be from 1 year to 2 years. The digital signature certificates are managed by Certificate Revocation List (CRL) based on expiration date. An Indian national can have two DSC’s, one for his personal identification and another one for official identification.Check Here : Digital Signature Certificate Price

The 2 most important, IMHO, are do you need 1. A “standing order” doc that can be easily signed anytime by anyone, such as an injury waiver at a karate school / trampoline park / etc- that sort of thing. The signor is not pre-defined. For that, we (SwiftCloud [ https://swiftcloud.ai/ ]) may well be best, but there are dozens to compare, and important to consider is volume, HIPAA medical compliance, integration to marketing, etc. 2. Specific doc / signor - such as a real estate sales contract. The parties are pre-defined, and automation can be added to flow from group 1 (say, “the seller(s)”) to group 2 (seller’s agent, for example) to group 3 (the buyer(s) consecutively or concurrently. The #1 reason to use e-signature is to save time + integration on the data i.e. so marketing is 100% automated for example, and reducing time-to-close which results in higher sales pull-through rates. Don’t get me wrong, saving money on paper, printer, ink, printer jams, etc. is important - but that’s a money saver, not a money maker. Marketing and sales will actually create new revenue for you, so to not use electronic signature [ https://swiftcloud.ai/products/electronic-signature ] is for most businesses, downright neglectful. Granted, I’m a bit biased, but happy to do a formal study to prove it with real numbers, should anyone be so inclined. And you are good to go!!

What do you mean by full signature? My actual signature in all my documents includes just my first name. But a college form want
There are two types of ways of signing. One is signature in full which is called “signature” and another is signature in short form known as “initial”. In legal matters normally only the “signature” is recognised.Full signature implies it is NOT ‘initial’. If your signature is legible or illegible, if it in any language or not, if it is readable or not, if it contains your first name or full name or not the way you put your signature is your signature. You just say to seekers of your “full signature” that it was your full signature. What is needed is that you maintain uniformity in your sig...

Why do some people oppose voting ID laws?
I am a liberal highly in favor of the concept of voting ID law, but staunchly against the law in practice. Voter ID laws are effectively a poll tax, and serve only to disenfranchise poor voters. When proponents of Voter ID laws are being honest, they admit it.Wisconsin’s voter ID sham: Republican rep admits the law targets Democrats — it’s time for the rest of the GOP to say it, tooAccidental Republican candor about voter-ID lawsWhat sealed my opposition to Voter ID law was my mother’s experience in renewing her Ohio state id.She’s 86 and has never driven, but got an Ohio state ID card when she moved there 11 years ago. It was not free. She doesn’t have much money, and she doesn’t drive. She had to impose upon friends to drive her to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) office, wait in line, and dip into her savings to pay for it since she, like most seniors, has a tight budget. The cost was a minor hardship, but she suffered with it.Since it is such a pain to physically get to the BMV office, she inadvertently let her ID expire. The expired ID was fine for almost anything she needed, since she doesn’t drink or fly. However, she needed a non-expired ID to vote. Surely there is a grace period for an expired license? Surely a senior citizen could easily get past this oversight? No! When she showed up to the BMV with her expired ID and the documents she had used a decade before, she was informed that she had to provide an ORIGINAL, certified birth certificate and marriage certificate, both of which would cost her money to get. The copies she had were unacceptable, even though they had been used ten years before and even though she had been issued an ID before. So she spent the money and started the 6–8 week wait. When the birth certificate arrived, it had the wrong name. The vital records clerk in Pennsylvania, looking at the microfilm copy of the VERY SAME BIRTH CERTIFICATE WE HAD A COPY OF, transcribed the information into a computer record, but wrote the last letter of her first name as an “a” instead of an “e.” They tried to take that to the BMV but were turned away because the names did not perfectly match between her old ID and the birth certificate. Showing the official, and unofficial certificates together did not move them to see the obvious transcription error. Since, the new, certified, “official” birth certificate had her name WRONG, we got to engage in two weeks of back and forth phone calls with Pennsylvania Vital Records and a comedy of bureaucratic errors before a new, corrected birth certificate arrived. 10 weeks had passed.Armed with the official, corrected birth certificate, a marriage certificate and her old id card, she was rejected AGAIN because the middle name was an initial on the marriage certificate, but spelled out on the birth certificate (or the reverse, I don’t recall which). The fact that one document used an initial and the other used a spelled out name caused her to be rejected a third time. Now she would have to go back and fight with the Vital Records department in Pennsylvania to harmonize the documents from 1930 and 1954, respectively, and pay to get a new certified marriage certificate. All of this called for extra fees.Fed up, my sister in law called her local state representative and told them the story. That person than called the executive management of the BMV and read them the riot act. It’s a good thing, because our next stop was the newspaper. So, on the fourth visit, after dozens of hours, unjustifiable stress on my mother, signNow cash out of her pocket and the enthusiastic intervention of an elected official, she finally got an id card. This was complete and total bullshit. It was a hardship for my mother, but would be impossible for people without money, transportation, and advocates. My mom is not alone. Check out this news story which was on its way to a less happy ending until the press shamed the bureaucrats into action:. 92-year-old Texas woman denied photo ID to vote: “Not to be able to vote breaks my heart”Because of this nonsense, I contend that modern non-ID voting works well enough against tampering thanks to the registration process, signature tracking, and by election monitors. Unless states make it free and easy to get acceptable ID, Voter ID laws are nothing but disenfranchisement machines. I would prefer a smattering of vote fraud over widespread voter disenfranchisement.
