Why were the Americans more successful at finding enemy carriers than the Japanese during the Pacific War?
At a tactical level, the premise of the question is arguable.As Gheorge Rider points out, US intelligence was much better, so US carriers showed up to a fight having some idea what the IJN would bring. The Avenger could also carry radar, so in the Battle of the Philippine Sea, Avengers were flying the longer US searches and night searches.By 1944 US carrier tactics had changed. US commanders were less worried about getting in the first strike and preferred to send off a strike of dive bombers and torpedo bombers with robust fighter protection that would attack at the same time, even if that meant conceding the first strike to the IJN. In 1944, the US had many more carrier decks and fighters, much better fighter control, much better anti-aircraft guns and fire control and better air search radars. So USN commanders knew they could fend off the first strike and get in a devastating counterattack.

Can the U.S. Air Force break the Russian Air Defence?
This question could be read as "Can the U.S. Air Force penetrate Russian air defenses?" or "Can the U.S. Air Force destroy Russian air defenses?" I'll briefly comment on both possible interpretations.The assumption in either way of reading this is that the United States will at some point attack Russian (or Russian-controlled) territory. As a retired officer who spent most of his career in the Cold War Air Force, I can honestly say that I've never perceived very much interest in doing so. Contrary to the mythology and propaganda that's pervasive throughout the world, the U.S. isn't interested in conquest. When we engage targets on another nation's soil, it's pretty much always to either forestall an attack, respond to an attack, or damage the ability of an adversary to carry out an attack. (The fact that a country is overtly hostile toward us or one of our allies isn't really a consideration in deciding whether to strike; if it was, North Korea would've had a very bad couple of days many years ago.)If it became necessary to take on Russian air defenses for one of the specific reasons cited above, it'd be a tough task. They pretty much invented the idea of "integrated air defenses" with different weapons systems engaging attackers at different distances. They've had literally decades to consider how they might overcome the advantages stealth technology has afforded us in combat. And, if they're defending their own airspace, they'd be as much motivated by patriotism as by military necessity. So, I hope it never has to be done.However, if we ever do need to strike targets behind such defenses:1. Just as they've had plenty of time to think about how to overcome our technology, we've certainly had time to consider our next moves as well. I think we certainly could find ways of hitting what we needed to hit if ordered to do so, and electronic warfare certainly would be part of how we'd do it successfully.2. We prefer not to waste ordnance on threats we can simply avoid; why make it clear where you're headed, and why waste the resources necessary to take out something that's not a direct threat to us or our interests? "Operations prior to achieving the needed level of air superiority should be reserved for targets presenting an imminent danger." (Page on doctrine.af.mil) However, if a target like a defensive system needs to be taken out for us to accomplish a given mission, it will be. It's important to bear in mind that these most likely wouldn't be hit-and-run attacks, but rather part of a deliberate, structured campaign with clear objectives. Air Force doctrine suggests that such operations wouldn't be conducted in isolation; strikes of the type you're suggesting wouldn't be like taking out terrorist training camps and headquarters, because Russian air defenses don't protect those kinds of targets. "The destruction of a large number of targets through attrition warfare is rarely the key objective in modern war. Instead, the objective is the precise, coordinated application of the various elements of airpower and surface power [emphasis added] to bring disproportionate pressure on enemy leaders to comply with our national will (affecting their intent) or to cause functional defeat of the enemy forces (affecting their capability)." (Page on doctrine.af.mil)At the beginning of this response, I talked about the scenario of striking something protected by Russian air defenses on Russian or Russian-controlled territory, and made it clear that it's really hard to envision us ever having a need or desire to do so. However, there's always the possibility that Russian-built equipment could be provided to a hostile third party to protect non-Russian targets of vital importance to us. During the Vietnam War, the SA-2 missile system was a bad early surprise, and it took quite a while for us to figure out how to deal with it beyond just trying to attack the launch sites themselves. However, our surveillance and electronic intelligence-gathering capabilities are orders of magnitude better than they were a half-century ago. For that reason, I personally believe Russian-built defenses would be quickly detected and decisively dealt with, and in the process we'd learn way more about them than the Russians would want us to know.(Updated answer correcting my incorrect reference to the SA-6 to the SA-2; tip of the hat to John Chesire for the catch!)

After our in-house marketing activities, we received so much feedback and luckily many registrations. And guess what?We started to store all that leads, ALL customer profiles in the spreadsheets. In six months, it was a terrible disorder out there (with over 6k lines of emails, customers details, etc.).Of course, we forgot about follow-ups. Of course, we missed a bunch of potential customers (losers, agree?). Our sales and customer support team asked people the same questions just to find out the context. So I believe that was a huge mistake not to hire even the cheaper and most simple CRM form the first days of running our startup worldwide.In six months, we integrated the Streak.
