How do I bypass the two-step verification of my Google Account?
Try it1. Go to Sign in - Google Accounts and click on Security. 2. Under 2-step verification section click on the "Settings" button. 3. Now under the "Application-specific passwords" section select "Manage application -specific passwords" (you might be required to enter your password again for security purposes). 4. Now just enter a descriptive name for the application you want to use the password for (in this case probably something like "Live Writer" and click the "Generate password" button. 5. Copy the newly generated password, then use it as your Google account password on Live Writer instead of your real password. I hope this helps.www.icognix.net

What should be wrapped around a metal to conceal it from a metal detector?
What should be wrapped around a metal to conceal it from a metal detector? About 100ft of soil, that should stop it being detected. If you are talking about an airport metal detector then there is nothing you can wrap around a lump of metal to hide it, the clue is in the name of the device - a metal DETECTOR!

What do pilots on international flights feel about flying to India & Indian airports?
I always admire the professionalism of Indian air traffic controllers. They give out very clear instructions and follow proper ICAO standards. I specially am really impressed by the radar controllers who vector airplanes to absolute precision. You do not see that in every part of the world. It is not only the controllers. Every single staff in the airport usually knows what to do and are pretty good at their job. And they always have a warm smile and shows a lot of respect. I think the airports are a pretty good standard. Well organised taxiways and are usually very clean. Airports like Chennai even have visual docking systems to assist aircraft to park. The negatives I have are not exactly negatives. But still. Landing in India means a lot of paper work. I remember once the fuelers made me sign three papers. Just the fueling required three separate signings. That was completely new for me. There are two other document signings we do. I think we also have to sign a form after the aircraft gets cleaned. In other airports the signature of head cabin crew is usually enough. In India every single crew member has to sign the form. Then of course there is this phrase you have to say when you call for start up. ‘We have 150 POB, through security.’ Honestly speaking, I do not even understand what the phrase through security means. Mostly, I enjoy going to India. Sometimes I have to pass through Indian air space and talk to Indian controllers when going to other destinations like Bangkok. It has always been a pleasant experience.

What is it like to attend a U.S. citizenship / naturalization ceremony? What happens then?
Something I've done in the past year so here's my experience...Once you've completed your interview and your citizenship application has been approved, you'll either attend the naturalization ceremony the same day or be scheduled for one in the future. Mine was the same day.You arrive at the ceremony and are presented with a form asking about certain activities you may have performed since your application was approved. Things like "Have you engaged in or solicited prostitution?", "Have you engaged in the sale or distribution of illegal drugs?", "Have you left the country?", "Have you gotten separated, married, divorced or become widowed?", "Have you helped an illegal alien enter the United States?", "Have you been arrested, fined, cited, charged, indicted, convicted or imprisoned since your interview for any offense other than a traffic violation?" and so on.Fill in the form and hopefully answer "No" to all of the questions presented. I had only three hours so its kind of hard to leave the country, pick up and sell a drug shipment, engage in human trafficking and go to prison in that time. Once you return the signed form, you take a seat in the room where the ceremony will take place. A citizenship packet will be handed out to everyone which includes a passport application, voter registration for your state, a "Welcome to United States Citizenship!" booklet, a welcome letter from the President and a small American flag.A USCIS representative will take the podium and proceed to explain the details of the ceremony. They will cover checking your Certificate of Naturalization for errors to ensure any are corrected before you leave (it's $400 to fix later on), process for registering to vote, visiting the Social Security Administration to update their records, applying for a passport and a welcome presentation. They'll provide some details on the number of people naturalizing and the number of countries represented. Then they'll start the process in earnest. Everyone will be called up to a table to turn in their Green Cards and validate their form from earlier. Then each person will be called by name to receive their Certificate of Naturalization. Once everyone has their certificates, everyone rises and the new citizens take the Oath of Citizenship followed by the playing of the National Anthem. Those moments can be very emotional. At the end, you are congratulated and you have an opportunity to take photos with the flag and/or USCIS staff. Then you gather up your guests, head out the door and enjoy your first day as a new citizen of the United States. The whole ceremony will take around two hours. Most of that will be explanations of various processes, explaining things to do as a new citizen and making sure paperwork is correct. The actual swearing in process only take a few minutes at the end. From there, you just leave and lead your life as normal. Just with the title of "US citizen".For me, after the emotional part of the taking the Oath (it does hit you hard) was the profound relief that when I left that USCIS office, I'd never have to set foot in one again, never have to file a single USCIS form, pay another fee or ever have to worry about my status again.

What can hackers teach web developers in one minute to change the way they are thinking?
A signNow portion of my day-to-day work involves breaking into web applications. However, periodically I have the opportunity to forensically review logs of compromised web applications. It is interesting to note that most web applications don’t offer enough visibility into the the user’s behavior. So here is my advice: Develop your web application in such a way that the developer/system administrator will be alerted on malicious behavior. Don’t wait for someone to review logs to find out that the website was compromised 2 years ago. Here are some suggestions on how to proactively monitor for hackers:Monitor for special characters in places where there should only be numbers. If you are expecting a numeric value to a parameter but receive special characters, sanitize the data and send off an alert. Raise the alert level if this happens multiple times over a short period of time.If an IP address has multiple login failures in a short period of time, kick off another alert.Implement a blocking mechanism to block a detected hacker. Keep in mind that it may be very easy for him/her to change their IP address.Send an alert when someone tries to access URLs found in the robots.txt file. *The robots.txt file is used to tell search engines to skip certain URLs.If the user is generating many 404 File not Found errors in a short period of time, kick off another alert. They may be scanning the internet for vulnerable applications.Ensure that you can white list certain IP addresses. It is important to selectively disable security to permit a third party company to test the web application.Hope this helped!

How strong is Narendra Modi's security?
From what I have perceived since a long time , PM Narendra Modi has got a tight security which was befitting for a person of his status and the power he commands. Guarded by those who are often touted as India’s own “Men in Black” known as Special Protection Group they form the inner circle of PM’s security.SPG Operative in USA with a Chevy Suburban nicknamed 'Halfback' by US Secret Service which contains the protection details for 'Stagecoach'Armed with a plethora of Belgian-made FN Herstal weapons like FN P90 Personal Defense Weapon , F2000 Assalt Rifle , SCAR-H Battle Rifle and FN Five-Seven Sidearm they have to move with every step Modi takes to ensure his complete security and ensure any threat neutralization.NaMo has been known to break many well-established protocols many times and this sometimes panics even the SPG Operatives as well as they are sometimes ill-prepared for such a situation though with such incidents , they brace up for such eventualities.Composed of CAPF personnel , they form the inner cordon for PM in their trade-mark safari suits with communication sets and sunglasses ever vigil to track and defeat any threat. Luckily under their cover , there has been no such deathly attacks on PM Convoy or Prime Minister himself which speaks volumes of professionalism of this organisation. In the Air India One , which is the call-sign of the aircraft carrying PM/President operated by Air Headquarters Communication Squadron of IAF , SPG handles the PM security thanks to the intrusion detection system (IDS) onboard which ensures that the system is hack-free and it can also detect any suspicious pattern indicating towards a system compromise or someone trying to break-into.On ground , a massive network of CCTV Camera and other assets take care of the PM Security by taking care of any visible threat. Snipers take care of strategic points as soon as the security arrangements are started for the PM to arrive. This ensures that NaMo’s security remain fool-proof and perfect at its best.NaMo with a SPG OperativeSpecial Protection Group is the hall-mark for Indian Close Protection Tactics and Development which started ever since 1980s when 4 Vikas and 9 Para SF provided inner security to Prime Minister at that time. Tactics developed at that time were quite unique in Indian subcontinent which were then adopted by Special Protection Group to perform effectively and without any obstacles.SPG Operative with FN SCAR-H with Trijicon ACOG and Ruggedized Miniature Reflex SightTrained to look into someone’s mentality by observing their body language they are the men who are much responsible for keeping the security protocols intact and you have to laud SPG for their efforts in keeping this intact . “No other Prime Minister except Rajiv Gandhi was under such a threat as Modi from militant groups”, a Delhi Police officer told on condition of anonymity. SPG has lots of vehicles like Range Rover Sentinals and BMW 7 high-security vehicles to keep up the bulletproof cover intact on NaMo. His convoy is also regularly checked in by Convoy Jammer systems who can mute Remotely Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIEDs).Few more pics of SPG :Hope my answer serves the purpose =)References :Modi enjoys twice the security cover of his predecessor (100 days of Modi government)

Cricket: What do you think about Duanne Olivier giving up international cricket to play county cricket in England?
So, this answer started off as a comment before I realized maybe I should write something about this. Now, understand this. South Africans playing for England is nothing new.Allan LambEngland had just been traumatised by a belligerent West Indian attack for the fourth time that series in the summer of 1984, a series that would ultimately turn out to be a 0-5 rout.To find some relief in the defeats, a cartoon had done rounds in the English papers, depicting the defeated English captain David Gower as saying, “Sure, England can be the best team in the world. Get us ten more South Africans.”This was basically a tribute to Allan Lamb, a man who had stood bravely amidst the superfast missiles, ruins and debris, scoring his third hundred of the series.Allan Lamb, left SA to play for England because SA back then was banned by the ICC because of Apartheid.Tony GreigGreig, who was born in Queenstown, South Africa to a Scottish father, captained England from 1975 to 1977. Again, apartheid made him move to England and pursue his cricket there.Basil D’OliveraHe’s the whole reason why SA got banned by the ICC — for good reason. He was a Cape Coloureds cricketer who played for England. When chosen to tour his erstwhile home country, South Africa, in 1970, the apartheid government refused him entry, resulting in cancellation of the whole tour and finally pushing the South Africans into wilderness for 21 years. Served SA right, I suppose.Kevin PietersenRemember him? Yeah, he’s from Pietermaritzburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa (the same place from where Gandhi was kicked off the train). Guess what! He played for the Dolphins before moving to England. Not a Kolpak victim!Jonoathan TrottHe played Under-15 and Under-19 World Cups for South Africa, before switching over to England. No Kolpak deals signed here either.Right, so living in SA, I can attest to the fact that racial reservation is very real. Be it government offices, educational institutions (although there might be some exceptions here), sporting bodies, etc. It’s like revenge against apartheid or something!Let’s take the example of South African rugby. Umm, no harm in a little detour from cricket, right! (I hope some of you know a little bit of rugby and international rugby rivalries. Just like India v Australia (or Pakistan) is in cricket, Springboks (SA) vs All Blacks (NZ) is one of the greatest rugby rivalries you’ll find.)South African Rugby has a target to have a Springboks team with 50% black players by the 2019 Rugby World Cup [1].Now SA is a rugby powerhouse, ranked 5th in the world. But if you look at their performance in the recent 2018 championships, especially the one against the mighty world champions, New Zealand All Blacks (Ranked #1), on their home soil, you’ll realize that their rank does their team no justice.Essentially, SA rugby doesn’t need any quota system. They’re magnificent as they are.Having said that, let’s be clear on a few things here. The current African National Congress, the party that’s ruling SA, would deny any kind of racial quota systemOfficially, quotas don’t exist on paperBut, do they exist? Yes, very much so.Quotas are unconstitutional. It’s racist! It is in bsignNow of the Chapter on Human Rights in the Constitution. It is against International Human Rights laws. It is in contravention of international sports bodies rules and constitutions. The problem is that the ANC does not abide by these imperatives. They choose to threaten, lie and misuse of power to force quotas, instead of helping the disadvantaged. White people in SA apparently don’t matter to them. Now, coming to cricket.Just like rugby, officially, there’s no quota system. However, internally, everyone knows that this thing is real. Now this brings me to the point of competency. Players like Lungi Ngidi, Kagiso Rabada, Vernon Philander, Temba Bavuma, Keshav Maharaj, etc., have done absolutely nothing to compromise the quality of South African cricket. Quota or no quota, these players absolutely deserve their spots in the team.Rabada used to be the #1 bowler in tests (now #3), and Philander is #4. Among All rounders, Philander is #5.Among batsmen, sure, you have white players Markham, du Plessis, and de Kock occupying #8, 9, and 10. Look, these guys are great and that’s why they belong there. In ODI’s, Rabada is #7th, with no other South African ahead of him. Among ODI all rounders, Andile Phehlukwayo is ranked 13, with no South African ahead of him. These guys of colour are quality players. You can crib about quota as much as you like, but if you’re better than Rabada or Philander, there’s no reason you won’t make the cut.As for that unfortunate World Cup 2015 semi finals, where Philander went for 52 off his 8 overs, it was a one off day. Philander is a good bowler and that day wasn’t his day. Happens to even the best in the business.Yes, Kyle Abbott should have made the playing 11 because of his outstanding performance through the WC and his exclusion from the team was a shocker. If I were Kyle, I’d have said fuck this, I’m out as well. No questions asked.Duanne Olivier, on the other hand, comes as a shock. He was a standout bowler against Pakistan. Bowled exceptionally well against Sri Lanka, had his contract extended till 2021, and yet took the deal. This is surprising.Given his performances, one would assume he’s be a direct entry into the playing 11 for their upcoming series against India (2019), England (2019–20), Australia (2020), and West Indies (2020).Given the wickets SA is going to be playing on at home and in the Caribbean, I thought Olivier would have been an obvious choice in the playing 11.This brings me to the question of his contract. Does a contract guarantee a spot in the playing 11 or not? Even if not, do you still get paid? I mean, if a player feels, despite a contract, that he doesn’t belong, I have no idea what’s going on there.Olivier says in a statement:[2]"I would be lying if I said this wasn't a difficult decision to make. It's giving up playing for my country with no guarantees of playing international cricket again. But at the end of the day, I needed to be true to myself. I've only got this one chance to see where my talent can take me and Yorkshire just felt right to me."I don’t even know what the hell this means! Once chance? He got his chance and he proved himself! He’s got talent! The world knows his name now! What the hell is he talking about.Well, there are things we know and there are things we don’t know. Why Duanne Olivier took the Kolpak deal is something I guess we’ll never really know!Footnotes[1] Jeremy Guscott: SA rugby must get rid of quotas[2] https://www.cricbuzz.com/cricket...

I can see Federal, State, Social Security and Medicare taxes mentioned in my W-2 Form? I am completely new to taxes, how do I fi
Technically you don't file taxes. Instead taxes are automatically witheld from your paycheck and once a year, you file an income tax return statement. If it turns out that more money was witheld than you actually owe (the most common case), the government will send you a check for the difference. If instead you owe more than the amount that was witheld, you will have to send a check for the difference along with your income tax return. The address you need to send your completed and signed form is included with the instructions (it may also be on the form itself).Ernest Montague is incorrect about the 1040 NR form (the form he is referring to is the 1040 EZ). Since you are not a citizen, you will need to file either the 1040 NR or the 1040 NR EZ (NR stands for Non-Resident). The 1040 NR EZ is the simpler form. If the instructions say you can use the 1040 NR EZ, then you should do so. Otherwise, you will have to use the longer 1040 NR form. You can download these forms and their instructions from the IRS at Forms & Pubs Just enter the form number (1040 NR or 1040 NR EZ) in the search field. You can download the Massachusetts state form and instructions at 2015 Massachusetts Income Tax Forms and Schedules Again, download the non-resident form.Good Luck!
