How did Brian Roemmele become a payments expert?
Warning: I Am Not An Expert In Anything. I Am And Always Will Be A Student. My Payments Experience Is Completely And Utterly An Accident. I know not how to say this in a few words but it may be an interesting journey to share with you.A Nerd, A Geek And The Dreams Of Being A ScientistIt was all an accident while I was on my way to becoming a scientist. That dream got delayed. I was studying Quantum Physics and on the other end Astro Physics. This started as a university level course while a sophomore in High School. At the same time I was rather excited by electronics that start...

Can NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) be signed through an online form? Are there any legal implications with an online form?
In a word: Yep!Thanks to the E-SIGN Act, documents signed electronically have the same legal protections as those signed with a physical pen! As long as your eSignature solution is committed to strong legality and your NDA is drafted by a professional, you absolutely can trust NDAs that are created, signed, and stored online. There are a few options out there. The rest of these examples are using signNow’s service. You can even create one now with a free signNow account. Here’s how to set up the NDA:Step 1: Acquire an NDA TemplateYou can find NDA templates online, but I would recommend seeking out a legal professional to create one that’s right for your needs.Step 2. Upload the Template, Add SignersAfter signing in to your signNow account, you’ll see the "Who needs to sign?" menu. For a confidentiality agreement, you’ll probably want to choose between “Me & others” or “Just others.” After selecting one, you’ll be able to drag and drop, choose “Add File,” or use any of our integrations to upload your non-disclosure agreement. Now you can add signers, loop in other parties via our CC feature, and assign a signer order if needed. Select “Prepare doc for signing” to move on to the really cool part!Step 3. Format the NDA and Fill in Your InformationWith the NDA you imported pulled up in front of you, click any of the fields across the top of the page and drag it to where you want to place it in the document. Most of the fields have advanced features and some even let you add a validation type (email address, numbers only, etc.) to help guide signers and reduce errors. Take some time to click around to get your NDA dialed in.Once you get your formatting just right, hit Continue at the top of the page. Back on the “Get your document signed” page, you’ll add a title, an optional message, and send your online NDA out for signatures!Step 4. Sign Your NDA Online (Legally and Securely!)If you’re one of the signers, a prompt to sign the non-disclosure agreement will hit your (and other signers’) email inbox as soon as you send it out for signatures. Just click the “Review & Sign” button in the email to continue. We provide a variety of ways to create your electronic signature:Draw your signature on a touch screen using your finger or a stylusUpload a photo of your signatureType in your signature and customize from a selection of fontTake a picture of your signature using your smartphone’s camerasignNow will automatically prompt each signer to complete all their required fields. Once you’ve filled out your portion of the NDA, all you have to do is agree to one last legality measure and your job is done!Step 5. Access Your Online NDA Any TimeTo check the status, edit, or even download a hard copy of your confidentiality agreement; just visit the Documents section of your signNow dashboard any time.

What is the difference between a digital signature and an electronic signature in your professional opinion?
Both terms - “electronic signature” and “digital signature” - are often used interchangeably, they aren’t exactly the same. Electronic signatures could be considered virtual representations of a pen-and-paper (“wet”) signatures. Digital signatures, also called cryptographic signatures, are a type of electronic signature that’s coded and encrypted in order to prevent the impersonation of a signee, tampering, and improve security overall. The main difference is that a digital signature is mainly used to secure documents and is authorized by certification authorities while an electronic signature (e-signature, e-sign) is usually associated with a contract where the signer has got the intention to do so: Difference Between Digital Signature and Electronic SignatureE-signature helps an individual to show his agreement to the conditions and terms of an electronic service. It can also be used to confirm the identity of the message's creator. Many countries give the same legal importance and significance to e-signatures as to traditional ways of executing documents. Here are the features of some most popular tools in this area: Best E-Signature Software Reviews & Comparisons | 2019 List of Expert's ChoicesWith electronic signature tools you avoid signing digital documents by hand - which is tedious cause otherwise you need to print, sign and scan all that stuff - that’s why such tools are on the rise. If you work with such signatures often, maybe you need some simple free tool which is specialized exactly for your business tasks. It really depends on the purpose for which you need this to sign an already typed document - it is often better to use a specialized tool, like Draw Your Signature Online and Sign PDF - CreateMySignature.com (instead of a regular image editor) to streamline your business documents workflow.

How do I install a digital certificate on Microsoft Office?
Digital signatures and certificatesMore and more people and organizations are using digital documents instead of paper documents to conduct day-to-day transactions. By reducing dependency on paper documents, we are protecting the environment and saving the planet’s resources. Digital signatures support this change by providing assurances about the validity and authenticity of a digital document. For more information, see Add or remove a digital signature in Office files. What do you want to do?What is a digital signature?Signing certificate and certificate authorityDigital signature assurancesWhat is a digital signature?A digital signature is an electronic, encrypted, stamp of authentication on digital information such as email messages, macros, or electronic documents. A signature confirms that the information originated from the signer and has not been altered. The following is an example of a signature line.Top of PageSigning certificate and certificate authoritySigning certificate To create a digital signature, you need a signing certificate, which proves identity. When you send a digitally-signed macro or document, you also send your certificate and public key. Certificates are issued by a certification authority, and like a driver’s license, can be revoked. A certificate is usually valid for a year, after which, the signer must renew, or get a new, signing certificate to establish identity.Note: You can learn more about public and private keys in this article.Certificate authority (CA) A certificate authority is an entity similar to a notary public. It issues digital certificates, signs certificates to verify their validity and tracks which certificates have been revoked or have expired.Top of PageDigital signature assurancesThe following terms and definitions show what assurances are provided by digital signatures.Authenticity The signer is confirmed as the signer.Integrity The content has not been changed or tampered with since it was digitally signed.Non-repudiation Proves to all parties the origin of the signed content. Repudiation refers to the act of a signer denying any association with the signed content.Notarization Signatures in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft PowerPoint files, which are time stamped by a secure time-stamp server, under certain circumstances, have the validity of a notarization. To make these assurances, the content creator must digitally sign the content by using a signature that satisfies the following criteria:The digital signature is valid. The certificate associated with the digital signature is current (not expired). The signing person or organization, known as the publisher, is trusted.Important: Signed documents, which have a valid time stamp, are considered to have valid signatures, regardless of the age of the signing certificate. The certificate associated with the digital signature is issued to the signing publisher by a reputable certificate authority (CA).This information is available from ‘Tell me what you want to do’ on your program ribbon in 2016, or in earlier versions click F1 for Help! How has Surya Namaskar benefitted you?
I am a Practitioner of Surya Namaskar for the past several decades. I have been practicing Surya Namaskar from my childhood, though without understanding any deeper significance of the same. I am writing this note from my personal experience. I can confidently vouch for the immense benefits of Surya Namaskar.During childhood and early part of life, I used to do it as part of our Sanskar. We had a religious attitude towards this practice. In India, in many households, a child is taught to practice Surya Namaskar as an essential part of his daily routine. We used to consider it as a particular form of Surya worship with bonus benefits of the good health and memory gain.Surya Namaskar literally means salutation to the Sun. Sun is considered as a symbol of the Soul of the Universe and Source of Life.By Surya Namaskar we are evoking the physical, mental and spiritual energies which are latent in us by vividly visualizing the external Sun in physical form as well as in our mind and activating our inner energy field through an esoteric principal of correspondence. The hermetic maxim “As above, so below; as below so above” well explains this principle. This esoteric principle embodies the truth that there is always a Correspondence between the laws and phenomena of the various planes of Being and Life. It gives us a way of solving many a dark paradox, and hidden secrets of Nature. We need to understand that there are planes beyond our knowing. When we apply the Principle of Correspondence to them we are able to understand much that would otherwise be unknowable to us. This Principle is of universal application and manifestation. It is applicable on the various planes of the material, mental, and spiritual universe. It is a Universal Law. Our ancient spiritual scientists (Rishi) have discovered this principle and applied it by designing various rituals and kriyas. Surya Namaskar is one such example. After reading about it in books and later on through online sources, I came to know about the immense interest it has generated in scientific community and general population world over. I have discovered that Surya Namaskar is a ‘SMART POWER CAPSULE’ of Yoga, Psychology and Esoteric Science. We can call it Ashtanga Yoga – Yoga having eightfold aspects – sort of. In this fast paced world with paucity of quality time, it offers immense benefits packed in just 10 minutes of practice. Therefore it perfectly ‘fits’ into our tight schedule. In this note, I will not dwell on the historical origin and religious aspect of this practice. Curious reader can refer to the source material given at the end for quenching his thirst. Instead, let us focus on the direct benefits Surya Namaskar offers to us in our Life.Let me clarify some mis-conceptions about Surya Namaskar.1 Surya Namaskar is neither restricted to the Hindu religion alone, nor it is completely a-religious practice. It is a Supra-Religious practice. By the term ‘Supra-Religious’ I mean it is a religious practice which is not restricted just to the confines of Hindu religion. It is religious practice of the whole humanity. Persons of all faith – Hindu, Christian, Jews, Islam – can practice this Kriya as a part of Universal Religion of Humanity. I will explain how.2 Surya Namaskar is not just a ‘physical posture’ – Asana. It is that and much more. It is a sort of Kriya Yoga.3 Surya Namaskar is not just an activity impacting our physical body. It involves our mental processes as well as having spiritual aspects. Surya Namaskar helps in rapidly accelerating spiritual development and engendering a profound state of tranquility and God-communion.4 The Mantra to be chanted while performing Surya Namaskar are an essential part of the whole Kriya for getting best results. One can however translate it into his own language.Occult SecretThe occult secret of the Surya Namaskar is the most important aspect of this whole process, which if followed meticulously and scientifically will result in tremendous benefits surpassing all the other benefits.Let us take an example of mobile phone. We have three ingredients in its functioning :1 The hard wired electronic gadget2 Electricity to make it function3 Wireless Frequencies to signNow out4 Internet Portals to get activated and respond to our messages5 Human being to signNow out to other person and communicate with him, to signNow online sources like Quora and receive useful knowledgeSurya Namaskar works in a similar manner1 We have yogic postures which are similar to the electronic gadget2 We have specific breathing techniques to make this occult principle work. To VIVIFY this instrument, to enliven it, to animate it.3 We have special evocative mantra to be chanted while doing the physical posture of Surya Namaskar. These Mantras are of specific vibrations which set in motion occult principles of action4 We have various types and degrees of Occult Powers in the Higher Planes of Universe. These are like Internet Portals.5 We have an emotional, conscious and living human being who signNow out these powers and invoke their potentialities into his being. This he does by consciously living in the meaning of these mantras and their corresponding emotional states as is explained in the note that follows. This is the most important and crucial part. Without this part, Surya Namaskar will become a mechanical process without the real cream of the benefit. We need to meditate on the meaning of the Mantra and its esoteric meaning while doing its respective physical posture. All the five elements mentioned above has to be performed in a very precise and ‘fully involved’ manner. Our body, mind and spirit must be fully absorbed in this process. As a final culmination, at its apex level, we signNow out the source of all life and energy and abundance in this universe, the highest authority, the President of our Universe - Surya. At this stage we enliven the Spiritual Sun in our inner being as a direct reflection of the Sun in the Universe.Health benefits of Surya YogaIt has signNow effects on the respiratory, cardiovascular, cardiorespiratory and autonomic nervous systems. It positively impacts on respiratory muscle activity, ventilation efficiency, chemoreflex and baroreflex sensitivity, heart rate variability, blood flow dynamics, respiratory sinus arrhythmia, cardiorespiratory coupling, and sympathovagal balance.Surya Namaskar has a close association with endocrine system of our body through Chakra. Out Endocrine System plays a vital role in our health and well being. It is part of the biological control mechanism. It comprises of a number of ductless glands that produce the hormones, acting as chemical messengers, that are secreted into the bloodstream from particular organs to stimulate or inhibit physical processes. By adjusting the hormone levels, the endocrine system works to maintain the body in a state of optimum health.Chakra SystemThe Chakras are linked with the glands responsible for creating the hormones. Tthe positions of the Chakras correspond to the positions of the glands in the endocrine system and have an effect on their functioning. We need to keep a balance in our emotional and mental state. In today’s stressful lifestyle, stress is a main culprit in much of our ill health and immune system. The stress affects our energy field which in-turn affects the Chakra. This imbalance of Chakras disturbs the perfect synchronization of interior and exterior rhythms of human energy field and universal energy field. The practice of Surya Namaskar not only restores this balance, it also re-energize our Chakra. Our physical body is a mammoth reservoir of energy field. Much of this energy is remaining latent, unexplored, unused. A continuous energy exchange takes place between the environment and the human body. Chakras are ‘transponder gadget’ for metaphysical and biophysical energy of the human body. Through the practice of Surya Namaskar, we activate these Chakra (I am using the word ‘Chakra’ in singular as well as in plural form. I feel that the common practice of its plural form ‘Chakras’ is wrong) and open them.Esoteric Aspects of Surya NamaskarEvery position and action in Surya Namaskar has its esoteric interpretation which reveal deeper significance of spiritual universe.Samasthiti AsanaWe start with Samasthiti Asana. It gives us a sense of balance as the Sanskrit name signifies.Anjali MudraWe then pay homage to the Cosmic Consciousness with Anjali Mudra. We seek its blessings and evoke it to descend and be planted in human wombHasthpadasanaOur hands and feet are our main organs of work and execution (karmendriya). By touching the earth by our hand we signify that I have taken birth on the Earth to fulfill my karmic debt.PrasarithautanasanaAs a soul in fetus remembers his previous births and makes promise to Lord, I look up at the Celestial Beings and reinforce my journey in this life on Earth. When I stretch my neck, I signify that I confirm my faith in my evolution.Chaturdhandasanasignifies 4 pillars of life – Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. It is also four stages of my life – Ashrama – Brahmacharya, Grahastha, Vanaprastha and at the end Sanyasa.KokilasanaI go the vicissitudes of life easily and happily with the lightness of a bird.MeruasanaI am firmly rooted in life with the strength and stability of a mountain.Mukha BhastrikaAs with deep breathing I clean my lungs from dirt, all my past Karma is also cleansed.Prasarita UttanasanaI am now filled with a sense of gratitude. I am now looking at all the pervading space of Shiva and reinforce my evolutionary journey. Like my position in the Prasarita Uttanasana, I am stretched from life to death. Just as my body is half erect, I am midway between life and death.Hasthpadasana –Getting back to Hasthpadasana, I again pay my respect to the mother Earth. My physical body is an integral part of the mother Earth.Anjali MudraI am now paying my homage to the Supreme Consciousness.Samasthithi Asana –I am now getting to an elevated state of balanceMy salutations to Sun who is my Guru. May he dawn in me the wisdom of ages.Sanskrit Mantra to be chanted and their esoteric significance1. ॐ मित्राय नमः। Om Hram mitraya namaha Salutations to the Friend of all. Sun is my Friend. He is there to help me and support me and remove my loneliness in the world. He is the source of all life. The first position, pranamasana, embodies the attitude of reverence to the source of all life. The sun is regarded as the universal friend, endlessly giving light, heat and energy to support this and all the other planets.2. ॐ रवये नमः। Om Hrim ravaye namaha Salutations to the Shining One. He brings light in my life and show me path towards my mission in a shining light. Ravaye means one who shines and offers divine blessings upon all life. In the second position, hasta utthanasana, we stretch our whole being upwards towards the source of light to receive these blessings.3. ॐ सूर्याय नमः। Om hroom suryaya namaha Salutations to One who induces activity. He brings me energy and helps me in moving on my Path full of enthusiasm and passion. Here the deity Surya is saluted who represents the sun’s dynamic aspect. In ancient vedic mythology Surya was worshipped as the Lord of the Heavens, pictured crossing the sky in his fiery chariot, drawn by seven horses. This is a beautiful analogy interpreting the seven horses as seven rays or emanation of the supreme consciousness, which manifests as the seven planes of existence: blu (earthly, material), bhuvar (intermediate, astral), suwar (subtle, heavenly), mahar (the abode of the devas), janah (the abode of divine souls who have transcended ego), tapah (the abode of enlightened siddhas) and satyam (the ultimate truth of reality). Surya symbolizes the supreme consciousness itself, which controls all these planes of manifestation. Surya is regarded as the most concrete of the solar gods, one of the original vedic triad - his place being in the sky - while Agni (fire) is his representative on earth.4. ॐ भानवे नमः। Om hraim bhanave namaha Salutations to the One who illumines. He illumines my inner world and removes darkness of ignorance from my heart. The sun is the physical representation of the guru or teacher who removes the darkness of our delusions, just as the darkness of the night is removed with every dawn. In the fourth position, ashwa sanchalanasana, we turn our face towards this illumination and pray for an end to the dark night of ignorance.5. ॐ खगाय नमः। Om hraum khagaya namaha Salutations to the One who moves swiftly. He is my charioteer and enables me to move quickly towards my goal. It is the sun’s daily movement through the sky which is the basis of our measurement of time, from the earliest use of a sun dial to the sophisticated devices used today. In parvatasana, we offer obeisances to the one by whom time is measured and pray for progress in life.6. ॐ पुषणे नमः। Om hraha pushne namaha Salutations to the Giver of Strength and Nourishment. He gives me vitality and force which is ever increasing. He keeps me in good health. The sun is the source of all strength. He nourishes us with energy, light and life. We offer respects in ashtanga namaskara by touching all the eight corners of our body to the ground. In essence we are offering our whole being in the hope that he may bestow mental, physical and spiritual strength and nourishment upon us.7. ॐ हिरण्यगर्भाय नमः। Om Hram hiranya garbhaya namaha Salutations to the Golden Cosmic Self. He brings me wealth and prosperity. I get reborn into the womb of gold. Hiranyagarbha is also known as the golden egg, resplendent as the sun, in which Brahma was born as the manifestation of Self-existence. Hiranyagarbha is the seed of causality, thus the whole universe is contained within Hiranyagarbha in the potential state prior to manifestation. In the same way, all life is potential in the sun, which represents the great cosmic principle. We offer respects to the sun in bhujangasana, the seventh position, pyaying for the awakening of creativity.8. ॐ मरीचये नमः। Om Hrim mareechaya namaha Salutations to the Lord of Dawn. He brings new hope in the darkness of my mind. He inspires me for the bright days ahead. Maricha is the name of one of Brahma’s sons. Similarly, rays of light are produced from the sun. It also means mirage. In our whole life we seek after a true meaning or purpose. We are like a thirsty person who seeks water in a desert but is fooled by mirages dancing on the horizon, produced by the sun’s rays. In the eighth position, parvatasana, we pray to distinguish between the real and the unreal.9. ॐ आदित्याय नमः। Om hroom adityaya namaha Salutations to Son of Aditi, the Infinite Cosmic Mother. Aditi is the mother of the Gods. She is also the mother of all twelve zodiacal spirits from whose cosmic matrix the heavenly bodies were born. As celestial mother of every existing form and being, the synthesis of all things, she is associated with space (Akasa) and with the mystic speech (Vac). She is also seen as a feminized form of Brahma and associated with the primal substance (mulaprakriti).10. ॐ सवित्रे नमः। Om hraim savitre namaha Salutations to the Lord of Creation. Savitre is known as the stimulator; the arouser.. He also also represents the same posture, padahastasana. Savitre is said to represent the sun before rising, stimulating and arousing man into waking activity, and Surya is said to represent the sun after sunrise, which activity begins. Therefore, in the tenth position, padahastasana, we salute Savitre to obtain the vivifying power of the sun.11. ॐ अर्काय नमः। Om hraum arkaya namaha Salutations to the One who is Praiseworthy. Arka also means “energy”. The sun is the source of most of the energy in the world we know. In the eleventh position, hasta utthanasana, we are offering respects to this source of life and energy.12. ॐ भास्कराय नमः। Om hraha bhaskaraya namaha Salutations to the One who leads to Enlightenment. In this final salutation we offer respects to the sun as a symbol of the great revealer of all transcendental and spiritual truth. He lights up the pathway leading to our ultimate goal of liberation. In the twelfth position, pranamasana, we pray that this pathway may be revealed to us.As you might have noticed, I have omitted the Bija Mantra in Sanskrit Script from above Sanskrit Mantra for the sake of avoidance of mis-pronouncing the same.13. ॐ श्रीसवित्रसूर्यनारायणाय नमः। Om Shri Savitur Suryanarayanaya Namah At the end of these 12 positions a thirteenth mantra is recited 'Om Shri Savitur Suryanarayanaya Namah'. This is a sort of concluding Mantra. It is a comprehensive Mantra of all the above 12 Mantra. We conclude this process by a master mantra as॥ आदित्यस्य नमस्कारन् ये कुर्वन्ति दिने दिने आयुः प्रज्ञा बलम् वीर्यम् तेजस्तेशान् च जायते ॥It means “Those who perform Surya Namaskar daily enjoy abundance, long life, intelligence, strength, valour, good health and shining glory”Physical Postures and their health benefitsPosture 1 The first posture is Pranamasana This posture stimulates the respiratory system, exercises shoulder, back and neck muscles.Posture 2 The second posture is Hasta Utthanasana This posture promotes digestion, exercises arms and shoulder muscles, tones the spine and promotes flexibility of the back and hips.Posture 3 The third posture is Padahastasana This posture promotes blood circulation, tones abdominal tracts, stretches the back and leg muscles, stimulates spinal nerves and lymphatic system.Posture 4 The fourth posture is Ashwa Sanchalanasana This posture exercises the spine, strengthens hand and wrist muscles.Posture 5 The 5th posture is Parvatasana This posture Stimulates blood circulation, strengthens the heart, strengthens wrist and arm muscles, relieves neck and shoulder tension.Posture 6 The sixth posture is Ashtanga Namaskaara This posture Strengthens leg and arm muscles, increases flexibility in neck and shoulders, stretches arms, shoulder, neck and back muscles, exercises back muscles, releases tension in neck and shoulder.Posture 7 The seventh posture is Bhujangasana This posture Stimulates circulation to abdominal organs, tones digestive tract, stretches upper and lower body, promotes flexibility in the back, stimulates nerves in Lower the buttocks and hips.Posture 8 The 8th Posture is Parvatasana The benefits are the same as posture 5.Posture 9 The posture 9 is ashwa sanchalanasana The benefits are the same as posture 4.Posture 10 The posture 10 is Padahastana and the benefits are the same as posture 3.Posture 11 Posture 11 is Hasta Utthanasana and the benefits of this asana are the same as posture 2.Posture 12 Posture 12 is Pranamasana and the benefits are the same as posture 1.Tantra in Surya Namaskar - Bija MantraIn Vedic tradition, “Bija Mantra” are used as tools for the expansion and widening of one’s mind by utilizing the power of sound vibrations. “Mantra” is a Sanskrit word made up of two syllables: “man” (mind) and “tra” (liberate). Thus in its most literal translation the word “Mantra” means “to liberate one’s mind”. In Sanskrit a “seed” is called “Bija.” The word “Mantra” when translated by virtue of its practical use relates to a sound that can “create transformation.”Certain sounds which cannot be translated into a literal meaning but have the power to create great transformative growth and expansion in humans at the physical, emotional and spiritual levels are known as “Bija” or Seed Mantra.Great level of accuracy of pronunciations is needed in order to make these Bija Mantra effective. These Bija Mantra were considered as TOP MOST SECRET in order to avoid its misuse. They are like nuclear power. In order to pass them down through generations without revealing their explicit existence distinctly, they were camouflage in other words. These Bija Mantra are not invented by any human being. They have directly descended from their respective deity.ह्रां , ह्रीं , ह्रूं , ह्रैं , ह्रौं , ह्रः , ह्रां , ह्रीं , ह्रूं , ह्रैं , ह्रौं , ह्रःThese Bija Mantra have their own unique ‘signature’ in terms of acoustic vibration patters which are ‘designed’ to cause specific effect in the physical as well as in the astral world. Any misuse will cause harmful effects by the working of the pure laws of tantra. It is something like the process of ‘enriching of uranium’. This enriched uranium can be used for the benefit of mankind in production of electrical energy or it can be used for destructive purposes in the form of Atom Bomb.As you have seen from above, Surya Namaskar have much ‘evocative’ power. In order to get full benefits, I recommend following preliminaries to be followed1 Morning time upto 9 am is most beneficial.2 Taking bath and becoming fresh is needed.3 The ground should be clean. It is recommended that you personally, physically clean the floor with broom. Even if the floor is clean, still do it as a token.4 Do NOT use any Yoga mat or carpet. It is essential that your feet should be in direct contact with the Earth.5 Face East towards the rising Sun6 Except morning hot tea, coffee or milk, nothing else should be eaten. Empty stomach is needed.7 Do not play any background music.8 The place should be airy. It is recommended that you do it in an open place if possible.9 Give some time in practicing for a correct pronunciation of the Mantra. You are at liberty to use the translation in your own language, instead of the Sanskrit Mantra as given below. Do it meditating on the meaning as explained above. However, I will still recommend that for full benefits you chant the original Sanskrit Mantra. After practicing for millennia through antiquity, these Mantra have ‘engraved’ a channel in the cosmic world tapping the infinite source of energy therein. Using this same channel in the form of these Mantra saves us time in doing our own engraving hard work.10 Take help from a practitioner in doing correct physical postures. This is very essential. In conclusion, I will say that Surya Namaskar is a fantastic super power packed all inclusive yogic-cum-tantric-cum-spiritual practice which will definitely produce beneficial results in just 10 minutes of your time every day. It will be beneficial even without getting into the nitty gritty of their meanings, analysis, etymology and grammar. Even an illiterate person can immensely benefit from its practice.Happy Thought and Be BlessedReferencesIndian Express (4 September 2010)..Carol Mitchell (2003). Yoga on the Ball. How does one create a business plan?
Startups 101: How to Create a Business PlanThe first thing you need to do is create an executive summary and a mission statement. After that, you need to study your market, compare yourself to your competition, create a share structure, outline financials, and fill out the rest of the pertinent data like the other people suggest.Below is an example of the last executive summary and mission statement that I created for a company I was planning to launch earlier this year.Since I own the company, wrote this from scratch, and decided that I will not be launching this product, I decided to share. (Yes, it is heavily focused on marketing, but that's my primary expertise, if I'm even somewhat good at it... Who in the world knows...)I worked with a Product CEO and operated as the COO at this company and recruited a highly talented team, however the Product CEO decided to part ways so we scrapped the business. Also, you may not want to make a public benefit company unless you already have investors you can turn to for sure who don't care what kind of business you own. If you are seeking to raise money from venture capital, then it is highly unlikely that they will invest into your model. 1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARYCompany Name | Tagline | An American Public Benefit Company Founded in February of 2013, (“SE”) features contemporary women’s fashions specializing in comfort, fit and sexiness, established by a diverse group of individuals, led by the C.E.O. Ms. Lee. SE holds idealistic aspirations of giving back to the underprivileged, creates American Jobs and gives back to the community, while keeping the clientele engaged through social interactions SE provides: • A Philanthropic Vision. • Patriotism. • Quality Clothing. • Best Styles for women of the 21st Century. • Quality Content. • An Interactive Community. SE’s innovative design and marketing team constructs visionary product campaigns and strategies, designed to push SE to the forefront of the industry. Derived from the fictional character, Sophia Serrano, from the film Open Your Eyes, SE’s inspiration is characterized by Sophia’s radiant qualities of being: positive, down-to earth, original, mysterious, sexy, and guileless in a perfect world. Sophia is the “ideal” woman because not only is she divine in nature, she is able to cope through the greatest obstacles that obstruct her from her path. Simultaneously, Sophia is so unique, she makes a man follow her into the afterlife of his dreams. Not only did she (tagline) in the real world, she left him in need of her in the afterlife. SE wants other fashion brands and the world to know that everyone in this world matters, no matter your race, ethnicity, financial background or country of origin. SE empowers people to make a difference by: • Helping the Underprivileged Children of America. • Creating American Jobs. • Providing a more Eco-Friendly environment. All of SE’s products are made in the United States, providing more opportunities to influence economic growth. SE ensures no usable fabric goes to waste by collecting all the scraps of fabrics and donating the items to (charity), with the sole intent to create exclusive items, blankets, or articles of clothing for the less fortunate. In addition, SE donates 10% of all sales to (charity) , to help feed, clothe, and provide shelter for the less fortunate.SE plans to take a creative approach to branding and marketing the company. Not only will SE use traditional methods of marketing, such as mailing clothes to celebrities, look books to bloggers and editors, buying editorial spots, sponsoring events, and advertising online, SE will take grass root efforts to the next level in attracting hits to the website, along with social media to keep the clientele engaged. Sending celebrities, fashion editors and bloggers free gifts never guarantees the promotion of an item, so SE has decided to implement a revenue sharing program with its clothing. Each individual influencer will have a personalized URL to direct their clients to SE’s website. Each purchase made within thirty days by the referral of an “influencer” will generate an earnings check of $25 to the referrer. Checks will be cut once the accumulated balance signNowes $300, or can be exchanged to store credit. SE will seek out make up artists, photographers, stylists, and other professionals within the fashion industry to provide an opportunity to earn an extra source of income through its revenue sharing program. SE will also provide clothing to stylists, to have featured in editorial along with video content. SE’s grassroots efforts will take place in the form of carefully selected event sponsorships. Through event sponsorships, models will be showcased wearing the SE product through a trade booth. SE will take pictures of celebrities who try on the products and feature blog posts through social media efforts of the celebrities, while distributing the highly sought out images to fashion bloggers. SE will then pass out $10 SE Clothing Branded Gift Cards to people who fit the role of the target consumer of the brand at the event. Initially, 50,000 gift cards will be made for distribution within the first year, of which we expect at least 25,000 to visit the website URL. SE will implement a referral based program, where if a friend is referred to purchase an item through the SE website through their email or social media link within 30 days, the customer will have the choice to have one of the following occur: • $25 will be credited to the referrer’s account for Future Purchases. • $25 will be donated to the referrer’s Charity of Choice. The referee will also receive $10 credited off their first purchase. Studies indicate that 1 out of every 3 customers will refer their friends to a site that they trust and enjoy. SE will partner with publishers and affiliates such as Google Affiliate, Commission Junction, Avantlink, Affiliate Window, Webgains, Pepperjam, Integrate, Etc. to allow professionals to earn a profit by referring their clientele to purchase items from SE. In order to create better organic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) results to guide more online traffic to the website, SE will carry lines of both popular name brand and up-and-coming American Made products by other designers, such as Nasty Gal, Diesel, Ralph Lauren, Armani, Etc. In order to acquire the product necessary, SE will create a strategic partnership with its manufacturer to sell their excess inventory. Once new customers visit the SE site, they will be given an opportunity to register on the site to claim their $10 credit. Through registration, information such as the customer’s name, email address, phone number, address, and social media profiles will be gathered. Once the customer registers, they will be able to access the site. A welcome email will be sent to the customer within one day, welcoming them to the site. Within 5-7 business days, a letter stating SE’s appreciation of the customer with an outline of the brand’s philanthropic vision will be physically mailed to the customer on company letterhead and hand signed by the C.E.O., Ms. Lee. The customer will then be emailed, informing them that their gift card will expire in 30 days, 3 weeks, 15 days, 7 days, 3 days, 2 days, and a final offer email. This cycle will repeat for another 30 days for a total of 60 days, which will trigger a sense of urgency within purchasing an item within the allotted timeframe. SE will engage with customers by providing the first few sentences of educational content through email, while providing links to the blogging section of the website to read the full article, along with social media efforts on Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, DeviantART, Tumblr, Google+, Polyvore, Wanelo, Quora, Lyst, Etc. to build trust with the clientele, and keep them engaged with the brand. SE will track user activity through analytic services provided by Kissmetrics to measure which campaigns work best, to better understand our audience. SE will influence increases in transaction sizes by donating one item to charity for every $300 spent in a single transaction. Not only would revenues increase, the philanthropic vision would accelerate to creating a bigger influence to society, which in turn will create a better image for the brand. SE will have a section on the site where users can upload images of their new purchases, how they pair their outfits, provide feedback to others, and like other consumer’s styles, creating an engaged society of buyers who become advocates and prosumers of the brand. SE will begin sales on the retail website, then slowly trickle into many online boutique stores, physical boutique stores, then into major department stores. Since bulk purchases from vendors decrease manufacturing costs, the business model is extremely scalable. As SE becomes a more established brand, price increases will be implemented in 10% increments per season, increasing profit margins while manufacturing costs decrease. SE will create separate databases for consumers who have at least purchased one item and another database for loyal consumers. In regard to the database of consumers who have purchased, collateral material providing a promo code for a promotional discount will physically be mailed to the clients two weeks prior to an anniversary or holiday sale, to provide exclusive access to the promotion. SE will randomly select users from the loyal consumer database to provide a free gift with purchase, expedited or free shipping, and various other promotional tools to reward brand loyalty. Once SE establishes a loyal client base, verticals will be integrated one product at a time in minimal quantities, initially to test the market to see how well the product does. Verticals will range from products such as cosmetics, shoes, handbags, hats, stockings, scarves, jewelry, and other womenswear based products. Led by C.E.O. Ms. Lee, SE has hand selected a managerial team of 8 creative unique individuals to grasp a portion of the $500+ billion dollar market by creating quality content, negotiating with vendors, managing finances, and laying out the long term growth of the company, all while creating beautiful product. 10 years from now, in the year 2023, SE plans to be acquired by LVMH, PPR, Richemont, Valentino Fashion Group, The Aeffe Group, Puig, Diesel, Phillips-Van Huesen, Hermes, Liz Claiborne, Inditex, The Arcadia Group, or Aurora Fashion for a strike price of $300 million. SE is currently seeking seed financing in the amount of $275,000 to be used to cover manufacturing, marketing, legal and operational expenses to establish the brand. MISSION STATEMENTUnited together, SE’s commitments to society are as follows:#1. To Mother Earth:We vow to make sure that no usable fabric is wasted. All usable scrap material will be recycled into specialty items, blankets or created into articles of clothing for the less fortunate.#2. To Our Nation:We vow to Shop American. We vow to only manufacture our product in America. We are creating American jobs and doing our part in rebuilding the American economy.#3. To Our World:We vow to take a stance against child labor. We take a stance against the Chinese sweatshops with hazardous work conditions.#4. To The Less Fortunate:We vow to provide food, clothing, and shelter for children who are unable to take care of themselves, especially the ones right here at home.#5. To Our Customers:We vow to make sure you feel beautiful and (tagline). We vow to create the sexiest, most reliable products made from the best material we can find. We will provide the best fit possible. We will listen to your opinions and make decisions based off of your feedback. Your voice will be heard. #6. To Our Design PartnersWe vow to provide our client base accessibility to your designs to increase your exposure in the market place. Whether you are a small designer who is just beginning or an established brand, there is a place here for you to showcase your items, as long as the product is manufactured here in America.#7. The whole process took less than a week, since we already had our business plan finished prior to showing up. We ended up not taking the loan because our programmer ran off with the money we had paid him prior without delivering our technology. There are Small Business Development Centers, sponsored by the Small Business Association, all across the United States that will help you make a business plan for free, read it, and even shop it out for business loans. If you're using a business plan to attain financing from an Angel Investor or VC, then all that matters is your executive summary and your slideshow. I mean, you still need the other data filled in, but these are the only two areas of which they put their main focus on. However, a lot of investors use two financial analysts to carefully go over every detail within a business plan prior to investing their own cash. So, the fine details are pretty important regardless of what anyone else says. What are the biggest problems with digital or e-signatures?
[full disclosure: I’m VP Digital Transformation at Solutions Notarius Inc., a company that supplies electronic and digital signature solutions]Great question. I perceive the biggest challenges in relation to electronic and digital signatures to be:Not understanding the function of a signature and therefore what e-signatures are. In the physical world, people intuitively understand what a signature is in its manuscript form, whereas in the electronic world, e-signatures encompass a much wider range of possible forms, from email signature blocks to voice recordings to secured online session date (when you click « I accept ») to images of manuscript signatures to cryptographically protected digital signatures. A signature is a permanent mark that is unique, exclusively used and traceable to a person and affixed on static information with implied or expressed intention. Everything in the electronic world that fulfils that function is a signature. Not understanding that e-signatures are a means to an end / that end is legal reliability. Whenever you are applying a signature to something, especially documents, it is to create evidence of a transaction. The degree to which that evidence will possess the following four reliability attributes will affect the probative value of the evidence: identity (certainty of the identity of signers), integrity (certainty of no undetected changes to document / information signed), authenticity (all that is required to prove identity and longevity is embedded in the document itself) and longevity (document or information signed can be opened, read and authenticated for at least its retention period). Not understanding that there is no such thing as “universally legally valid e-signatures”. People often ask “are electronic signatures legal and are they recognized by courts”? Ascertaining the legality of a form of signature calls for a 4 step analysis, always. First, what is the applicable jurisdiction for a specific or category of information / documents? Some contracts for example include a forum conveniens clause which make applicable the laws of a specific jurisdiction. Second, in that jurisdiction, what are the form requirements for signing those documents? Form requirements may include signing before a Commissioner of oaths and some statutes even prescribe the use of paper (!) in some cases. Third, absent specific form requirements, what is the general default legal regime that governs e-signatures for that type of documents in that jurisdiction? Fourth, is the e-signature solution you plan to use / have used will meet statutory functional requirements? So, in conclusion and from the previous 4 step analysis, it should be clear there cannot possibly be any e-signature solution that is universally legally valid for all types of documents in all jurisdictions.Administrative Adoption. When UNCITRAL e-commerce model laws where adopted worldwide in the period 1998–2008, it created a vexing situation where e-signatures were legal but not administratively adopted. Even if a statute proclaims as a general rule, for example, that “you cannot deprive of legal effect a document that is electronically signed solely on the basis that it is electronic”, administrations such as governments and banks, when they insist on receiving and processing paper documents, are maintaining a barrier to the adoption of e-signatures that e-commerce statutes were supposed to help take down. Not understanding that e-signatures are not all equal when assessing reliability. To assess the reliability of a particular e-signature, one has to assess identity (is the identity of signers reliable? why?), integrity (are changes to the document correctly invaluable dating associated e-signatures? can the original document signed be retrieved notwithstanding changes?), authenticity (is all necessary information to prove identity and integrity embedded in the document - in which case the document is a proof; or not - in which case it is merely a commencement of proof) and longevity (is the document signed and preserved in a logical format - for example ISO 19005 PDF/A with PAdES LTV signatures) - that will ensure it remains readable and verifiable for as long as required?). The word of e-signatures, when it comes to understanding the range of reliability offered - or lack thereof! - is severally lacking in its general knowledge of what makes an e-signature reliable. For example, an signNow Self-Sign certificate that is auto-generated by a user is great for integrity but worthless for identity because the user can declare whatever identity they choose in the certificate. There are other problems and challenges of course but the above are top of mind challenges I see and encounter all the time.

Which open source software helps in signing documents?
When you said ‘Signing Documents’ the software that came to my mind was signNow, but since you asked for open-source, these are some of the alternatives. They can be found here [ http://alternativeto.net/software/signNow/?license=free ]. Source: Rolustech Blog [ https://www.rolustech.com/blog ]

Frequently asked questions
How do i add an electronic signature to a word document?
When a client enters information (such as a password) into the online form on , the information is encrypted so the client cannot see it. An authorized representative for the client, called a "Doe Representative," must enter the information into the "Signature" field to complete the signature.
How do they know an electronic signature is actually you?
And, more importantly, does it have a secret meaning, and are you actually the owner and not just someone pretending to be you?
The answer seems to be yes. In fact, it's the best answer any of the researchers could come up with: They believe that it's the secret to a digital signature, and their findings have been published in the academic literature.
The paper is entitled "Secret Authenticity of Digital Signatures: the case of the 'IOU'" and is a collaboration between the researchers and David Chaum, the author of the famous paper on digital signatures that was used to prove the security of electronic cash transactions over the Internet in 1999.
It was a pretty big deal back in 1999, because it proved that it's possible to make an electronic currency that is not vulnerable to "double spending" -- where the money itself can be duplicated and used to defraud the network.
And since then, digital signatures have been at the center of many new innovations in electronic banking, and now the technology has moved out-of-the-box into other areas, like online payment systems, the blockchain, and smart contracts.
And Chaum, who is also the author of the classic book "Digital Money: Theory and Practice," has been working to prove that electronic signatures are more than just something that can be used for digital signatures.
He did that with a proof-of-concept experiment at the University of Illinois a decade or so ago. He wanted to see whether it could be possible to take an el...
Zipformplus how to send for esign?
i tried sending a pdf (not a logo, but a pdf of a logo) as the proof in an email. i received the logo a few days after, but the email was sent to someone else. i can not tell who it was, but the person i sent it to told me it was sent to an employee. i know the email was not supposed to be sent to them. what do i do to send it to them?
A: In a case like this, I would send the logo as an attachment and ask the client to email you with any details, then you'll see if this person has the account you intended to get the logo for.
You should also look through the customer service section of the website and check with a few of the staff members how this process works. Sometimes it's quite straightforward. However, if a mistake has been made and the logo is missing, then you'll need to contact me and I'll be more then happy to provide you with the contact details for the individual.
Q. What is the difference in the two ways of displaying the logo in a website?
A.
The two ways are:
1. When you upload the picture of the logos on the website, the logo is uploaded as a PNG image. The logo is sent as a PDF with a transparent background to the email address you supplied in the email. This is the most simple to use method.
2. When you upload the picture of the logo as an image on the website, you will need to provide a link that directs to the logo and the client will need to upload the logo image as PNG image to the website.
