How can I implement a signature when posting in the forum?
I agree with what Kevin Fernandez has told about getting signature option. But I would suggest you comment on those posts which is related to your niche, as it will create relevant links and helps you to build your reputation and drive targeted traffic on your site. How can we increase customer satisfaction by implementing e signatures into our ECM?
So I'm the founder and CEO of ApproveMe and the WP E-Signature WordPress plugin which focuses 100% on legally binding documents and UETA & ESIGN compliance in the WordPress space.Using eSignature in your ECM can save you hours upon hours in administrative time by automating the signature collection for redundant forms like NDA's, Time Sheets, Terms of Service Agreements, New Hire Documents, etc. Create it once... and watch it repeat forever (don’t spend precious time crafting, sending or even scanning standard documents). You could also automatically sync saved document to a Dropbox account (using WP e-Sign Dropbox Sync Add-On). Or send "Auto" Signing Reminder Emails when users have not signed their assigned documents within a pre-defined time frame.

How can implement python 3 with oracle database? What I have to do to use oracle database with python 3?
There are several methods can be used to access Oracle database from python:Native, cx_Oracle provides a mature feature set which could be issued to access data from Oracle database from python. It is the common way used and supported by most 3rd party libraries such as SQLAlchemy, Django, and many more. https://pypi.python.org/pypi/cx_Oracle/5.2.1ODBC, PyODBC does provide DBAPI interface for python to access data from Oracle database via ODBC layer, it is differ from cx_oracle, pyodbc is not limited to Oracle database, but for any database (sqlserver, db2, mysql, postgre, etc) as long there are odbc driver exists for those supposed database. For this, an appropriate odbc driver should be installed. https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyodbc/3.0.10JDBC, specifically if jython is used instead of CPython, java has jdbc feature of which this could be accessed easily from jython, one could use zxJDBC API for interfacing between python and jdbc in the same way as python DB API works, or use JayDeeBeeAPI for this purpose. Do Oracle ERP implementations are always take longer than expected? If so, how can this be minimized?
I recently sold my Oracle consulting firm after 15 years and 50+ implementations. My experience is that during the sales cycle most of us implementation guys would have to first decipher wether the client could handle the truth. Mostly they couldn't. Very few clients would have any recent experience putting in something as massive as a whole new ERP system. For our customers (complex manufacturing companies) the ERP implementation would be the first or second most important thing they would do over the time of implementation. On par with merging with another company. Given the size of the job it was going to be time consuming and expensive. Our best customers were companies that had tried and failed already. They were not going to believe any rosy projections on time and cost. The others having had no recent experience with something this large would have nothing to go on but the projections from a variety of vendors. So we would all attempt to find out what the number was that the client had in mind for the implementation. Knowing that our competitors would come in as close to this number as possible meant we had to as well. If we didn't come in with comparable numbers and told the client it couldn't be done for less the other firms would simply say they had developed tools and best practices in some canned fashion that would expedite the implementation. Some times the partner brought in to quote the implementation would be the one the software vendor felt would provide the lowest quote for implementation. This is because many customers would look at total software license cost as well as implementation cost before determining which ERP vendor to choose. There are lots of things that have to happen for an implementation to be successful and for no more money to be spent than needed. The most important being the quality of the consulting team, the quality of the client team and the amount of time the client team dedicates to the project. But one major reason that many go over budget in my experience is that the original budget was not realistic and it could never have gotten done at that price. Also there is no way to really know what needs to be done and each business's complexities until you get heavily into the implementation. Even if you had recently implemented a direct competitor, two companies in the same business's can have vastly different processes. And I don't think Oracle would be any different than any other ERP vendor as far as this issue of going over the time and money budgeted.
