"Leads" is a standard salesforce object and the tab is already available for use. You just need to click on the "+" symbol along with the tabs if "Leads" tab already not available on visible tabs. After clicking on "+" you should be able to see a whole lot of tabs and if it is still not visible then you can click on "Customize my tabs" on the right top corner, and you can set the "Leads" tab to any app which is available.
