If you are using Windows XP, you will have Acrobat installed by default. If this is true, you'll see a prompt (on the left side of the interface):

Acrobat will ask for an Admin Password, which is not used by default. You can change that password from the Acrobat user interface.
To make sure your Acrobat Reader is updated, go to File->Preferences->System->Acroreader Settings, select the "Check for updates" checkbox, and click Save.

First you'll need to open File->PDF Reader and choose a file to sign. To sign a single page, right click it, choose "Sign as PDF, with Signature", and then click "Open as PDF".

A. A person may be found to have violated the law if either of the following applies:
1. The signature is forged, altered, or falsely made;
2. The signature is the result of an unauthorized use of a key or combination.
