yo what's going on guys ken lamas chair I'm gonna be showing you the social media marketing template / the contract agreement template that you sent out to your clients once you close them on this on a deal right on your social media marketing service deal and by the way guys like a lot of people always ask for this some people will charge money to give up a contract and their agreement I was give it to you for free okay it's honestly this is one of the things that really holds a lot of people back is is they did it that they think holds a lot of people back is that fact that you think you need a you think you think you need a perfect contract you think you did the perfect agreement to get really to get started with your agency but really you don't um this right here is lured audited right I've had my my lawyers audited this contract I've had other of my clients lawyers their lawyers saw the contract said it looks good and I've uses multiple multiple multiple times I've every time I close deals so how it goes is after I've closed him on the deal over the phone they greeted everything what I usually do is I send the client my clients are there the invoice along with a contract and basically all I do is say I said as I say okay looking forward to working with you now I'm gonna go ahead and send you a contract don't say contract say agreement right so that's where I actually change it so agreement mmm the reason why you don't want to say contracts because like it kind of scares them but agreement contract it doesn't really matter but it's better to say agreement so I just send them to an agreement and then I send them an invoice along with it and then they just handle it and then it's pretty much done and after that I just on board them so here's the agreement like I said simple I'm gonna go over it real quick though yellow ones are the ones that you actually change so you're a logo agency nama for example my agency name is blocked me the agency three months service agreement so basically whatever however months you decided with your clients you change it to this so maybe you did a one-month service agreement or maybe you did a two-month service agreement three months three months is usually my average my usually minimum time that I stick with a client so three months now for the timing usually we are able to begin within a week of your approval and we will schedule a kickoff meeting right here but blah our relationship is month-to-month or you could change this whoever however you want we're never hitting many of those X's within the first 90 days right so I said three months is my minimum so three months is equal to 90 days it could be 60 days for you as well so just change that joint accountabilities you will be in charge of providing access to your current online platforms and content including logins so that means that they're gonna provide you with their logins if they need be if it needs be um that would aid for the project this would include providing photos graphics for the ad copy for the ad creative along with your cooperation for consecration we are a digital marketing and lead generation agency now that's for me right we are I am a deep digital marketing and lead generation agency I don't really do social media management anymore you can also put aa we are also a social media management agency boom that's it all right depends really what type of agency you're running if it's running lead generation so really I recommend this if you're just starting out right and that's what you're probably here for it because you need a contract cuz you're just starting out terms and condition blah blah blah blah blah blah this contract will remain valid for however long you set the deal for so mine three months yours could be one month yours could be sixty days depends termination the client may terminate the contract with a written agreement seven days prior to the third month so what I usually do with them is that if they don't let me know seven days before that they want to cancel the third month or the fourth month of the fifth month they have to let me know seven days before right and if they don't give me seven day notice via email or message then it will be renewed for one more month after it will be terminated after that okay so they have to let me know seven days before you know the start of the month otherwise it just renewed itself again so I get them for another month and it depends for you as well right service is surprising payment is due upon acceptance of this proposal recurring every 30 days for three months so every single for every 30 days I will get a new payment in the invoice every single month every single 30 days for the next three months right so three month contract could be different for yours like I said the yellow ones the yellow highlights like I said are the ones you change the price for our services or your service below is a total of X amount of dollars every 30 days or whatever it is for you now here's for the service right it really depends what you offer them it really depends what service what services you guys agreed upon so I like to stack my service so just he looks more appealing so example I only do Facebook ads and lead generation so in that case I'd like to put on ad creative I like to put on lead generation basically I just like to staff the services you just even put one service which is Facebook ad marketing it really depends but with the Facebook ad marketing you're also creating the ad creative write your you can also do a Facebook Instagram as creation and management email marketing and facebook Messenger sequence that's just addition you don't really need to do this but you can even if you just have one service here so you can just delete all this depending on what your services delete all your service here just put in Facebook ad marketing or Facebook ad campaigns or Facebook social media management or Instagram it really depends what it is right ad spend the ads but is anything that you feel comfortable with the client feels comfortable with I recommend no less than three hundred dollars per month for my clients it's usually a good starting point it could be different for yours you may have an e-commerce clients that need over a thousand dollars per month just for ads spent right that's not your service fee your service fee is what they pay you every single month that ad spend is what stays in their ad account is what they use is what you use to you know spend it on ads to deliver them results so that's it acceptance your signature indicate acceptance of this proposal in terms and conditions blah so at that point like I said the only thing you need to change is the yellow the yellow highlights now sort of this provider um basically here's here's what I'm gonna do right so you'll get this copy of the template right it's gonna be a little link in the description so what you do once you're on Google Drive so I suggest you make a Google Drive right all you have to do for every time you get a client right you always have this you always have this template all I have to do is make a copy so let's say you say let's say you're about to sign on a new client right so before every call you do this you do the same process right make a copy of this template so let's say your clients name is Bob right Bob agreement all right click okay write this this never changes right this always stays here so Bob agreement right you get Bob now now you change your logo name let's say you are just your agency name is um Facebook agency right I'm speaking example pretty much service agreement now what you're gonna do is go on the file right so before you you save this as a PDF just change whatever you need to change right here on your Bob agreement copy change whatever you need to change here go on the file click download as a PDF right and when let's the ones when that's done it should have the PDF right here now you're either gonna go on a doc you sign right so doctor siding is a platform I use you can either use hellosign all right hello sign all right this is another one it really the it just depends I use DocuSign sometimes I use hello sign as well right and it's just an EC electronic signature software that you can send templates out no need to do a fax or send him like a mail you could just do it too here right and right here dr. signing once you make an account it should bring you to this page all you have to do is get this file put it right here drop documents in there and boom that's it bagram it Bob has been uploaded click Next for the name so this is my email my name add recipient so years ago you'll you are gonna be the first recipients to your name your business email and the name so Bob right Tess at G so whatever I hope this is not really a real Gmail so so I'm just gonna send this to my other email actually so whatever so so Bob you put Bob's name here right and his email right so you're always gonna be the first signature Bobby's the second one your client and whatever recipient else you need to add maybe Bob as a partner then just add recipient but in this case it's just you and Bob that's signing it because Bobby is the owner of the business so click Next and then at that point you scroll down here write all the way to the bottom where a service provider was a service provider and that is where you put here so in this case my name is Ken and for the business name all I have to do is click the name right here full name click company click the signature or is that click the date and the title of me right and that's it that's where I fill out once I'm clicked next all you do is just drag and drop so click and drag it drop the Box where you know the name indicates now it's Bob's turn or your clients turn so click that it's caught it's color-coded by the way so for the business name see company right there Bob's company right there full name where Bob answers answers in his name the title of Bob would Izzy the CEO the owner the operator the date signed by Bob all I have to do right and next is once you're done once you're done put that's really all you need to do is put that oh sorry signature click next after that's pretty much all done and filled out click Next okay now email subject um so so Ken Lamas slash Bob served Bob service agreement you can do me whatever you want hey Bob here's the agreement along with the contract sent looking forward to working with you and that's pretty much it right you can preview it you can send it but here's the thing I'll send it right so I'll send it um and then it should have been sent now basically all I have to do is check my email because like I said you are the first one to receive the email of your contract of your agreement and boom right here as you see right here review document and then at that point I scroll down here required company title see the title is already made cuz like you know they already know it's me title ce o-- signature our videos click that and boom there my signature is done I'll have to do is click finish and then that's it I login but blah and then what happens is once I've done that basically Bob gets his copy so now it's Bob's turn to sign and then when Bob signs it you both are gonna receive a copy of your email of the of the agreement and that's pretty much done right once that's done it's done and you can access it to DocuSign or whatever it is so now like I said it's waiting for Bob to sign it so whatever email I sent it to Bob is just gonna sign that and that's it right that's your contract it's sign is in the database I'll have to do is go ahead and click manage it's there I don't want to show you guys my my agreements with my other clients but pretty much it's all there all right with that said like you don't you really don't need to get a membership for this so with that said you could use hello sign or DocuSign the template will be there links it will be the link in the description so click that and it's pretty easy right you close them a deal you close it on the deal you you agree on whatever service you want to do the price the the month the month month basis you edit the contract right you this is this is your baby right file make a copy you rename it as whatever your clients name you change them stuff after you've changed everything there then you go ahead and download as a PDF and then what you do is drag and drop into the talking sign or hello sign and then you should be good to go with that said send some agreements out call it agreements not contracts close some deals and make recurring monthly income now vulgus gave you a lot of value and like I said some people will
