generate digital signatures and attach them to your invoices to create a digital signature for your invoices navigate to the settings tab within the dashboard under the billing and invoicing section click on the digital signature option you can choose from the different variations of your signature customize the font size and choose an alignment you can also upload a pdf or image file as a signature to add your invoices click on the choose file button to upload your signature choose alignment on the invoice from the drop list to select the position of the digital signature click submit to save the signature and your changes to add a digital signature to your invoice navigate to collect payments within the dashboard and click on create invoice select an invoice from the drop down and click on the edit format button scroll down to the plugins section of the invoice format and click on choose plugins scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up menu and switch on the digital signature plugin click on save to save the changes made to your invoice format to send an invoice with the new digital signature navigate to collect payments within the dashboard and click on create invoice select an invoice from the drop down and click on the select format button fill in the required details in the final summary section you will be able to see the digital signature attached to the invoices click on the preview invoice button in the final summary section to review the invoice click on the save and send button to send the invoice with your digital signature attached register with swipe easy and manage invoices with ease
