welcome to the presentation for uber ization of money transfer for remittances a collective approach to its solving the u.s. money transfer market problem for start-up and fintax what we are trying to do in this entire series is to explain to you how the money transfer Alliance is going to be put up put together we already have it up and running in a very trial manner but this brief presentation will go on and explain some of the problem points that we foresaw in the market and then how we address them so what in its in its basic sense what are we trying to accomplish we're trying to accomplish to provide a unified multi domain platform for money transfer with each participant contributing to its licensing and also benefiting from pooled earnings the problem let's look at the problem before we get to the solution part how can an MSP license in one state only legally onboard transactions from other states how can an MSP that has a corresponding agreement but let's say to beneficiary countries expand into other countries let's say I have an agreement with India and Philippines how do I get in how do I terminate transactions into Pakistan or Bangladesh or Kenny or Morocco Nigeria how can they get more business which is what everyone wants right the small MSPs are hurting everyone wants to get more business how can they get access to a unified platform how can they allow other businesses to benefit from their license without being subjected to any regulatory approval how can they continue to operate without exposing themselves to risk and who will put together the Alliance and how will it work the common denominator for any Alliance solution comes down to basic operating guidelines and agreements it's as simple as that as long as you can find how people are going to behave on the marketplace and under and and that behavior needs to be put into an agreement it really comes down to something as simple as that behavior which is guidelines and agreements marketplaces are not complex things they can be if you want them to be but putting a marketplace together basically means finding a basic operating guidelines and how all the players and participants will behave and what are the illegal agreements for doing so so let's look at the solution we are calling it the collaborative network power but what does that really mean basically me it means we find MSPs who hold licenses for a specific territory we provide a unified platform that can be multi-domain we provide a basic transaction set and how its settlement will be done and we assign affiliate agreements for generating business the affiliate agreements are very important in this entire marketplace scenario we find processing partners for payments we establish a baseline kyc AML program that would most likely meet or exceed the baseline for all the participants in the Alliance we agree on cross settlement mechanics including pricing and we seek legal opinion and flow of funds for transaction sets because I think many of them of the players would require a legal opinion so if you look at an example of how a typical brick-and-mortar money transfer operator is you know you have a shop and then you are basically waiting for people to come in and do the transfers now what if you had a person outside handing Flyers and saying hey listen if you want to send money you know come over this that's what an affiliate does that's what a reseller does they don't touch the funds they don't own the client they may at best help them fill out a form but at the end the person who has to do the money transfer walks into the money transfer operator storm hands in the form hands in the money and does the transaction the affiliate has no control over that and the more affiliates you have the better it is I mean it's no doubt right if you have more and more affiliates selling for you chances are you'll get more and more traffic coming in and more and more sales happening well that is exactly what we are trying to do we are exactly trying to portray this except on the digital front not on the physical front and on the digital front this is how it would look like you have multiple websites multiple domains each belonging to the affiliate and reseller and they are truck driving traffic on to you and what when we say what they are driving traffic on to you is meaning they are onboarding the clients data only and parsing that data to you so that you can actually go and execute that actually we'll discuss that a little bit more in the other presentations that we will be giving where we have a more hands-on approach and showing you know the exact transaction sets and so forth so how does it work I'll stop one affiliate agreement sign affiliate agreement with each platform ie domain and other MSPs in the network step to define licensing for each platform enter the states for which your license form define your pricing and we have defined your corridors which corridors you have access to your pass-through pricing and your domain go slice it's a pretty simple scenario like I said we have been doing trials for about the past three to four months with multiple license holders and you know we've ironed all the kinks out and so forth and this is where we're now trying to make it go like the flow of funds is strictly between the licensed entities all of whom have a sign correspondent agreement with each other there is no flow of funds where you where an agreement is not signed there is no flow of funds where an entity is not licensed we want to be very clear on that part and the most important takeaway is that the affiliates never touched the money in fact they don't even have access to the money they are not part of the money the flow of funds ecosystem they are simply driving traffic the revenue model needless to say the affiliate would make money on every transaction and every transfer the license holder makes money on every direct and intermediary transfer and needless to say are the SAS platform makes a small fee for a fixed fee for every transaction that they process through their platform more than 80 percent of us msps who are money transfer operators are struggling on all fronts new businesses banking online presence licensing expansion technology access to new corridors competition this is based on a survey that we have personally done talking to in excess of I think about 72 to 75 MSPs and but 82% of them are hurting the they find the competition landscape define the current scenario where banking is a huge issue to be huge down for them what we are looking for in the month of February and March we are seeking interests from licensed msps and providers in March and April will be working with select partners for additional proof of concept in May we will be launching with limited services with select partners and in June full-fledged commercial launch with multiple partners if you're interested please email me directly my email is FJ at facile con-com or you can just go to my website facile horn or calm and fill out the form we'll be happy to talk and happy to explain further thank you very much for your time appreciate
