before you have a seat hey everyone so in this video it's going to kind of put together the last two videos that you've seen where the patient is being brought back to the room the vitals are being done and then also the patient history is being taken and we're going to combine that with how to enter the patient history form into our EHR go system so here the patient has been taken back to the room and the vitals are being done so first you're gonna see that her height and weight are being taken and then next up will be her vitals the rest of her vital signs so after she's done taking her height here she's going to then take her over momentarily and take her temperature her pulse and her respirations and then also take her blood pressure on our Wally here we called them Wally's because they look like so little Wally robots from the Disney movie but sometimes they're called Dinah maps or the automated patient monitors and so she once she finishes up here she will remember all of these readings and then put them into the EHR system and so I've cut these parts of the those parts where she's going back and typing things into the EHR out of these video clips so that I can show you on screen well so that will look like at the end of this video segment all right your oxygen level nd8 and your pulse rate is 115 - oh what's up and dr.
