hello everyone uh this is just a brief presentation on how we can get an agent the possibility to verify a modifier document before employee signature this is because in the service documentation normally they have a lot of example of how to ask someone to sign a document but that document is populated automatically by the system or by a field in the hr case here we want to see how it's possible to have some automation but also allow some manual modification from the amp from the agent before the document is sent to the employee to be signed so now let's say that um so the first thing i'm going to do is just to use this is just a that instance so you can have it for free in servicenow on developers.servicenow.com and what i've done is simply to activate the plugin called um lifecycle event for enterprise i advise you to do the same because this is the one that has all the demo data that you need for a lot of examples try to understand how the hr service delivery works in service now so this is the name of the plugin so this is called a lice cycle i'm not going to use lifecycle event i just activated this plugin just because of the demo data so when you click on install it's asking you if you want demo data and then you say yes so the other thing i advise to do before you start see yourself how it works it's just to allow a user to be an agent in servicenow so that's really simple uh on many example demo data they're gonna use hr type one so what i'm gonna do just to add one group member that is going to be able tutor and this again is one of the user that you got as a demo data in service now so let's say okay so now we got able as an agent the last thing we need to do is just to go to document template again demo data you will see sorry hr document templates one of that is called employer fiction letter usa and you will see that this example by service now has the defect they only got one signature so there's only one signal there is the hr signature what i advise you to do is to add two signature the agent signature and the employee signature just to see how things are gonna work here and why this is gonna be a much nicer or like most most common case compared to just have one signal today is either the agent or the employee so i'm going to click on insert signature and i'm going to say okay so the agent typically is assigned to the case so i'm going to click on assign to and then i'm going to add another signature maybe at the bottom that is the employee signature so...
