in this video i will cover all of the ways that are possible to create an active agreement in fieldwork so when you add an agreement and you select your client select your location and the agreement type the agreement status now is a view only option but as you click next the ability to update that status is now in the drop down or pop up menu that is to the right of save agreement so i have the ability to save and set this as active immediately so as i create a new agreement another option is if i have existing pending agreements and the client calls and wants me to update that to active i can select those or select all update the status change that to active and update that will also update all of those agreements to active status in the edit agreement window with a pending agreement again this pop-up menu i have the ability to save and set it as active here also if i take a pending agreement and the client signs it through the portal through the mobile app so if there is a signature on that agreement that will also set that to active so the different ways of creating an active agreement in the system are to either add a new agreement to a brand new customer and when you are saving that you can save and set as active again in this menu to the right of save agreement or you can take an existing pending agreement and bulk update from this page to update the status or individually update by editing the agreement and clicking that arrow to the right of save agreement signing that agreement that will also change that to active and you also have the ability to create active agreements on current work orders so those that are already in the system existing so if you have work order series that don't currently have renewals associated to them you do have the ability to add the agreement to those existing work order series whenever you are in the location and you see the add agreement button click that button click ok twice and after the green next again you can save and set as active so those are the different ways that you have the ability to activate agreements in client accounts
