hi and welcome to this webinar introduction for snap Docs thanks so much for taking the time to be here my name is Sonja and I'm a member of the customer success team here at Snap Doc's this webinar is here to walk you through how snap dots can be your best partner in the loan closing process if you have any questions about anything that comes up during the webinar you can ask them here or reach out to support at staff Doc's comm first let's talk through what this webinar will go over during this time we will cover what staff Docs is how to add orders talk through the order page and go through the flow of an order to start what is snap Docs let's use this time to get acclimated with the app snap Docs is a way to manage your closings or your technology partner in supporting and growing your operations we're totally secure and CFPB compliant we're the largest database of notaries in the United States and we're the best value loan closing software on the market when you log in you'll see something that looks like this though yours will probably look slightly different as every dashboard is customized to the company this dashboard is the centralized management of all your closings it's where you can see all your orders at a glance now let's take a deeper look at each element of this page on the left side you'll find different ways to filter your dashboard view mine are open orders for which you are the order owner open shows you orders that have not been closed cancelled or completed they will appear in order of urgency by the time of the signing unfilled our orders that do not have a notary assigned yet also an order of urgency by the time of the signing today our orders that are scheduled to sign today and tomorrow our orders that are scheduled to sign tomorrow did not sign our orders for which the signing status it did not sign and the order is still open closed orders with the did not sign status will not show in this view completed our orders that have been successfully completed are not yet closed orders that are closed will not appear in this view this view will also include orders with post-closing errors if those features are enabled for your company on hold or orders that are up in the air and not ready to be closed orders will stay on hold until you remove the hold at assigning status and close the order post closing includes orders that require action for post closing this view is only available to companies who have post closing features enabled finally closed orders are all orders that have been closed orders will stay here until they are automatically archived after 90 days you can use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to search for orders...
